It would be nice if this is Oliver and/or Felicity telling the story of Green Arrow to Mia after Oliver for really real doesn’t die.

I'm interested to see what he's talking about, but...I haven't gotten the impression that Oliver was struggling at all with accepting his fate. The most we've seen was him question leaving his family, but he seems to have accepted that was the right thing to do too.

I wonder if Laurel's going to get a big hero sacrifice in this episode to complete her ~redemption before being brought back somehow after Crisis to go forth and spin off. This is my best guess for why she's not in the crossover and why we were beat about the head and neck with so many people commenting on how much she's changed last ep. I'll reevaluate this theory after tomorrow's ep. If we're beat about the head and neck with her newfound goodness again (and with Quentin returning, we must), then I'm doubling down! As for the lineup - they look good for the most part. But didn't Colton film for this episode? Or was that something else?

I wonder why Oliver's in his original hood in those pics when he's in his updated one in the other parts of the promo we've seen. Maybe one version is the other Oliver (or Olivers) he said he'd be playing.

Really curious about why Black Lightning appears to be doing a toddler armpit lift on whatever version of Wells Tom Cavanaugh is playing there. Also love the two pics of Oliver at the batman-news site in the same position with Diggle in one and not in the other, like he just appeared out of nowhere.

My last two apartments have had bathtubs that require shower curtains, and my next one has a shower that has no door - it's just a walk in with a floor-to-ceiling pane of glass where the faucet would splash but open otherwise.

No, you make sense! She's a focal point, she's bigger than almost everyone else, and everyone else around her is fighting somehow, but she's just posing. Part of the problem with her in particular is that they made her so big specifically because they wanted to highlight her cape, and then in order to do that they made the whole poster lopsided to the left.

Me too - it's remarkably consistent characterization and I'm mostly sure it's an accident, LOL. I agree. Acknowledgement and sincere regret would go a long way for me. It would certainly make all these people being all the way up her ass for ~changing and being a hero easier to listen to. I'm positive we're not done with that - I bet we have at least two more coming next week.

Oliver was trying to get out but the main captor dude told him that they tied his thumbs, that's why he couldn't bust out as quickly as he normally does. He was working to get enough slack to get out of that while Mia was fighting the guys to ring the bell.

She sees it as his fault because everything in her life changed the second he left to go with the Monitor, and that one decision had ripple effects that spanned her whole life. She's never really gotten to express those feelings to the guy who in her mind caused them, so...now she is.

Since they refuse to have her address her past villainy in even a remotely sincerely and non-snarky way, they have to keep driving home the point that she's a very, very, very good girl now and a total hero worthy of being involved in a spinoff, LOL.

Same. I don't really care so much about the excuses because I know why they're being made, and they're doing a really great job of acknowledging Felicity despite Emily's absence. I suppose I'd be bitter about it if that wasn't happening. I'm also not really sure what kind of in-story excuse could be made for why Oliver isn't hallucinating Felicity, LOL. Maybe he'll wind up asking where she is or something (provided his memory of her isn't altered, since he seems to not recognize Mia calling him dad).

Seriously - and it was mentioned by THREE people tonight. We get it show, we get it. Fully redeemed here, no more baddie, nosirreee.
