  1. HAHA! I remember that, Jean P even had Opal fluttering around in a long white gown, and speaking in a breathy babyish voice
  2. Epiphany on Sonny/Carly ass kissing duty a.k.a. keep conditioning the audience to accept that Sonny/Carly are this generations Ma/Pa Walton, was ridiculous. I don't know if it's ABC, or the writers who are determined to force Sonny & Carly to be the patriarch/matriarch of the show, but it just falls flat for me. Not only have they not earned it, they are the completely wrong characters for it. So..just like that Helena's "dead"...no fanfare..no nothing? OK Liz leading Jason out the room, did look like a mom taking her son home for a snack & a nap lol Carlos's "Oh SHIT!?!" look as he gazed at Sabrina's belly was the highlight of the episode for me.
  3. Hi all, I mostly lurk, but had to come out of my shell for this shit. That custody hearing was rage inducing. Sonny was whitewashed to EPIC proportions, and even Michael excused AJ’s murder as (paraphrasing) “crazy things happened that night” & “animosity between them.” Right down to the judge not bothering to discuss AJ, & whitewashing his murder as “a letter from the mayor on the matter.” I don’t even like Ava and thought the pile on of her in the courtroom was beyond ridiculous. This is what they consider drama and suspense? Damn, even the judge hand waved AJ’s murder as a letter from the damn mayor. I couldn’t believe the crap coming out of Michael’s mouth, Chad looked sick having to say such dismissive things about AJ, about a story line that finally let Michael grow as a character.
  4. Here's a few seconds of Tony & Kim practicing in Atlanta.. https://instagram.com/p/8MmGLtt3lB/ It's a wonder they didn't insist on filming the entire dance. Not that it wold help her "get me back on the show" campaign, but it made me wonder if the dwts film crew had left Atlanta by Friday/Saturday.
  5. I was completely waiting on him to add " it was the main event at Wrestlemania, and he jumped off the top rope...."
  6. Remember Tori, the internet never ever forgets. Look at what Dean forced our poor heroine to do/say. http://youtu.be/oqltPUBNM4U?t=3s
  7. Not an issue here either, nobody is perfect, nor claiming perfection. Didn't matter to me either, for me she beats them all too. I understand; however, rightly or wrongly, it’s only human to question how Dean managed to catch a seemingly great mature confident woman, and wonder when she realized she was too good for him.
  8. As far as Jack and the party, Tori and Dean can miss me with the tip toeing around about the number of guests. It's your damn house you can set limits, Jack would have been fine. It's not like he's some spoiled demanding brat, he seemed cool with whatever Tori came up with. Any residual guilt Dean has about not saying no to Jack is Dean's issue, no need to place that on Jack's shoulders or behavior(which seemed pretty decent as is). They were making issues where there was none for the sake of filler for the episode. I don't know much about Mary Jo & have always side eyed her for getting with Dean in the first place, but no controversies have ever followed her that weren't engineered by the McDermotts to embarrass & tear her down, so I've never had a problem with her. Her humor comes off as dry & sarcastic, and that's how I took those Lifetime movie of the month comments. They typically are badly acted cheesy crap that's really befitting Tori & Dean's entire "relationship" and it's beginnings. That has to crush your ego/self esteem, knowing your husband left you while filming a fucking Lifetime movie. Mary Jo does not have to defend me as a viewer (I secretly love the Xmas movies!!!), she can bash whatever she wants lol.
  9. I think Patti just had a hard time letting Kendra go make her own choices & mistakes. Looking back, I always got the feeling that Patti thought that Kendra was still very irresponsible, flighty, & immature. Living at the mansion (and having the reality show) gave Kendra stability and a decent bank account so far from home (not to mention off the pole). Then in a world wind she ditches the mansion, marries Hank, & gets pregnant all at the same time. As we all saw, Patti was left out of Kendra’s life changes, & she felt slighted by that. As far as Hank, I don’t think Patti had much faith that he could take care of Kendra with his well… "football skills", and thought she (Kendra) was rushing into marriage just because he was a fine “baller” who’ll end up with a lucrative football contract. I mean her room at the mansion was still a messy pigsty as she got ready to leave after the engagement. As for an agenda, I just think Kendra doesn't want to hear any "I told you so" lecture from Patti, and on many levels, blames Patti for her dad abandoning them (her & Colin). Patti gave up too easily, & should have worked harder on the marriage she wouldn't have felt rejected by her dad etc.. All of this explains her straddling the fence over Hank's cheating. 1. She's afraid she's becoming her mom, & 2. Kendra is lazy as hell, & doesn't want to be a single mom and actively raise her kids. With Hank still at the house, he can do most of the cleaning & child-rearing while she sleeps & lays around. Sure she plays with the kids, loves them, probably even changes a diaper or two....but Kendra isn't doing any heavy child care.
  10. That was the delicious rub though. Mary Jo's nonchalant quiet confidence & ease with Dean just ate at Tori. Speaking of Tori, she came off more & more pathetic as the episode wore on. The secondhand embarrassment was thick when she was trying to get Mary Jo to join her "I hate Dean" club & got promptly rejected lmao
  11. LOL, the split second she said that, I pretty much figured Tori was probably half assed even taking birth control in the first place. There are plenty of cases where it (getting pregnant on the pill) happens, but Tori? Nah, she was probably skipping most of her doses from the jump.
  12. Yep, medical intervention is why Sam was able to conceive, all Jason did was provide moral support & well...later on his deposit.
  13. I have to agree with wanderwoman, if it's a bad idea then Tori is all the more driven to do it, getting the attention she craves. Bad ideas give Tori the opportunity to do it, then sit Indian style on the bed & talk about how she shouldn't have done it but must bravely soldier on with it, get fake watery eyes (if not all out whine & cry) over it, get coddled & babied through it, and finally have some sort of we overcame our obstacle storyline/interview/reality show from it. Lmao! This formula was practically every episode of this series.
  14. Yes..It's all about absolving Elena of shit she actively engaged in, or butted her nose into (Cliff in jail). Just like Nicolas, he can miss me with the John Ross "made" her degrade herself bullshit.
  15. Yep, during the first hour I thought Pamela needs to use some of that Barnes Global cash to buy herself a damn storyline. Now, thanks to the second hour..she doesn't even have that anymore. It feels pointless to be a Pamela Barnes fan on this show, especially when everything is done to keep Pamela marginalized and isolated. I had been neutral on Elena, but the woman needs to give Meryl Davis lessons on all the skating she did tonight. It was ridiculous, she pays for absolutely nothing, & gets absolved of everything. Not to mention her storyline for the potential 4th season is already rolling out. She & her "who is my baby daddy" tears are gonna eat the damn show.
  16. Ha! Medicine Crow saw it too. Whoopi could have finished the ending tag "enjoy the view" after RO started saying the beginning part, she was just being salty with her "go ahead you started it" crap. I've been pretty neutral on both of them, but she (Whoopi) was just being difficult for no reason.
  17. I completely agree about them both being needy, and unfortunately their needs are totally opposite of what the other craves. Dean needs aggressive sexual lust, and Tori needs sweep me off my feet bliss. Tori isn't leaving the marriage any time soon. As along as she/they have these emotional outbursts/cheating crises, she can be a damsel & Dean can role play being the romantic prince trying to make her happy, and the cycle continues. I give Dean less than three years to throw in the towel, he'll finally come across that horny motor cycle loving, sports enthusiast woman that he really wants. Tori was just an easy heiress for him (emphasis on heiress), and sadly she probably could have gotten all that romance stuff she wants with Charlie.
  18. Not sure what it is, but I'm not really feeling this season. I'm still watching, but there is an element (or two) that is missing. (If this isn't the right thread my apologies!!)
  19. Tori is totally in denial & she knows it, but won't allow herself to go there. If she did, she'd have to face some hard truths about Dean, and especially herself. She'd have to admit that Dean played her like a fiddle, and she willingly went along with it, dragging four kids into this mess. That's why she can miss me with the "the moment we saw each other" bullshit. Deano put on the bad boy asshole act, she got turned on, & the panties dropped immediately. To not feel like such a skank, (and with Dean's morning after sweet talk) she convinced herself this was a fairytale true wuvvvv, instead of two self-centered cheating strangers who had a one night stand.
  20. LMAO Reunion? More like a comedy special. Poor triggered Dean is still lying and manipulating as always,Tori knows deep down there are plenty of other women that he's cheated with, and ouch, saying Dean broke up his own family, and obsolved herself right in his face. So the poor kids are yet again kicked out of Mommy's bed
  21. His entire career, hell his entire existence is being Tori's husband, and I find it hilarious that while he has settled for it, and has gotten paychecks out of it, he's completely emasculated by it.
  22. I second that pointless MSoD routine, between the fog, darkness, and poor placement of the dancers I couldn't see a damn thing other than a a sea of shadowed people lol. Then they had to go add lasers too???
  23. I saw it as instead of Nene being happy to get back to work with Tony, she came in ready to revamp and critique his teaching style, and talk about all the smoke Derek blew up her rear. Derek gave her free range to with that "Jazz" dance and now she didn't want to learn the technicals of the foxtrot. Just give her one or two basics, and she'll freestyle the rest because it's more important for her personality to shine!!!! Then when he didn't find any of this cute, and detracting from her learning the dance/him teaching, she got mad, said he caught an attitude and left the rehearsal entirely, telling Tony that he better be the one with the better attitude. I mean "If you want Candace back, then go back to her" (paraphrasing), Really Nene?? Tony might have had a sour taste in his mouth after all the Derek gushing, but your attitude is what the apology is needed for. I'll eat crow if Nene does apologize to Tony, (she owes him that) but she always sees herself as the victim, so Tony will do it while she stands there looking all hurt, and blame the editing on her coming across like that, and frankly I would starve to death. I think she was crying because she wasn't expecting a network show to show her in her real light, rather than the 'larger the life" personality, she's trying to rebrand herself into.
  24. Oh my, they had so much momentum at the end of the 2nd season with Pam and John Ross getting married and becoming this potential power couple. Combine that with the ready to blow secret that her father was framed for the death of JR looming over her it all had the makings of a great season 3. I was so ready to see her come into her own still reeling with the death of the twins, her strained relationship with Afton, her and John Ross dealing with trust issues, and what means would she use in helping running the company. Instead Julie/ Pam basically guest starred as wall paper, and John Ross was wasted on tranquilized Emma. We finally had a season where we could focus on character development within the Ewings. Who are they now that JR is gone, but still having to clean up the "masterpiece" mess he's left behind. Cliff is in jail for something he didn't do, even though he's responsible for hurting his only child. He's got some deep s*** to pull himself out of, with no one to blame but his own selfish actions. Anne could have helped Sue Ellen with her drinking again, possibly trying to (but unsuccessfully) keep it from Bobby & John Ross, only to get sober again and kick some ass in business/philanthropy. Emma should have left looking for Drew...I mean they squandered so much. Elena should have been pared down this season to a great extent until the inevitable reunion with Christopher.
  25. So.....does this mean a return of the Guncles & little Simone?
