  1. Netflix released the first 8 minutes on Youtube. Pretty crazy stuff.
  2. Thank you! I remember her from Season 7 of Charmed.
  3. I'm in the middle of watching Season 2 and I don't love this reboot. I enjoyed the more personal stories of Season 1 and the team and the police precinct setting. Now it's just political or terrorist stories like every other show. They don't even use her abilities that much like in the first season.
  4. Does anyone know who plays the mom in the Progressive commercial with the son who still lives at home and thinks his dad is his roommate? I know I have seen her younger self in a sitcom or something, but I just can't place it. I keep trying an internet search, but I only get that Dr. Rick guy.
  5. I can't believe Chrissy has made it this far. When the season started, I thought she would be gone pretty quickly. Why did Sam look so upset at Mark during latest tribal?
  6. I saw her and Mark in that one season they were on and couldn't stand them together. This time when they were on separate tribes, I actually started liking her. She became awful when her and Mark were reunited. I'm glad she was voted off and I hope Mark goes soon, but I think they may have left it too late to get rid of him.
  7. I was remembering how Season 1 & 2 Phoebe always had random jobs or reasons why she had to quit. She was a hospital volunteer in one episode. A fortune teller in one. She had to quit Bucklands after a day because she couldn't touch the antiques in case of possible premonitions. She quit the one day real estate job because she didn't agree with her boss having an affair. I guess she was waiting for her Ask Phoebe job.
  8. This is pretty awkward: Sam at Jury Villa She blames Jordan for signaling Josh during tribal and that's what got her booted.
  9. I just discovered Charmed Rewind on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzSaABvhwN1OuNLVTYriPyqvQ4WCCeD6x It is done by Lupa who did the Charmed Manic Episodes. They are hilarious.
  10. What never made sense to me was "Deja Vu All Over Again". At various times 1 or 2 sisters died, effectively breaking the Power of Three. So why keep rewinding? Yet in Charmed Again, The Source says with one sister dead, The Power of Three was broken. Because she is still utterly self absorbed. And it is quite disturbing that she and Paige trick demons into murdering a HUMAN in Hyde School Reunion.
  11. I have been going through the seasons (on Tubi) from Season 1 and am on Season 9. First, I'm glad they stopped the bit of them voting each other off from Season 1 and that they dropped the Masterclass episodes. I ended up not finishing one season, because it was all team challenges which I am not a fan of either. I also don't really care for the Immunity Challenges. It is rare that the amateur cook can beat a professional and I don't buy that the judges can't tell which one cooked what in their "blind" tasting. I love the Mystery Box challenges and the Invention tests.
  12. Thanks. There's not a lot on Paramount + I care about watching, although I have binge-watched Survivor New Zealand and am watching Survivor Australia.
  13. So is this going to be a full season? Does anyone know what the end date is supposed to be? I'm trying to figure out how long I have to subscribe to Paramount +
  14. Phoebe was my favorite in Seasons 1 & 2. She was funny, smart and really into helping people and learning the craft. Jumped to the last 2 seasons when none of them want to help people or be The Charmed Ones any more. I understood what Christy was saying even though she was being manipulated. The sisters became selfish and Phoebe started it. Remember when she gave Piper shit about moving out after her and Leo got married? What's the first thing Phoebe did when she married Cole?Move to the penthouse. Even in the last season she kept dropping sly gripes about needing her own place and then she moved out. She butted into Paige's relationship with Richard and was always using her empathy power to act stupidly or inappropriately. Ugh.
  15. In an interview with TV Line, Kern said: “I tried like crazy to get her in flashbacks and to have photographs of her on the walls, but what I was told — and I've subsequently been told that this is not the case — by the studio that we would have to pay her per-episode fee, which we couldn't afford, if we were even just going to use a photo of her." What great posts. I know I'm biased because I came to dislike Phoebe and that has transferred on to Alyssa. I just found the show revolved too much around Phoebe, especially after Alyssa became a producer. Her clothes got worse and more revealing. She was always being possessed or turned into some sexy thing (genie, mermaid, Mata Hari), her rotating boyfriends (which were sometimes Alyssa's). They even made Wyatt's birth some weird Phoebe obsession where she couldn't be away from him. Her great advice column from zero experience. Her obsession with getting pregnant. Ugh. I agree that it seemed like separate shows within one show. And I blame the writers or whoever was in charge for truly turning the sisters into horrible people during Season 8.
  16. So Jordan seems to have his powers under control now. Why can't Sarah just tell him she lost interest? I hate these kind of storylines.
  17. I live in Columbia and it was a big deal. I will be interested to see this.
  18. Phoebe became very unlikable after they introduced Cole. I just bought Season 8 on blu-ray, so I've got all seasons now and am about to do a series re-watch.
  19. Not sure if this is the right thread, but I thought this was interesting: Top 10 SNL Cast Members You Forgot About
  20. I thought it was pretty interesting. I didn't know about any of the murder plots going on.
  21. Anyone watch Curse of The Chippendales?
  22. Wow. Tiffany got Claire to feel bad that she is white. Nice job.
  23. Even with the guest actors you could notice the distance between everyone. walking ahead of each other never crossing too close. The way when Vera went to look at the body in the morgue, the coroner went to stand by the x-rays. It was like a choreographed dance. Even the background actors standing a distance apart. Stuff like that. It was just really noticeable to me, but I scrutinize things in shows a lot.
  24. I found it very noticeable how they were all standing far apart in scenes. I know it had to be done, but sometimes I found it distracting. Was the bald cop at the station the one who had blondish red hair?
