  1. Zoe is my favorite victim, but I've got to vote for Zoe's Reprise
  2. You're breaking my heart here making me choose, but I'll go with 52 Pickup
  3. My only CM fantasy is to be Hotch's wife. :)
  4. And how lucky they were to have that episode to use for season 3. I don't know if they could have gotten him to film an entire new episode to use as his breaking point, although what happened at the end of season 2 was good excuse, too. I did like the way they had him explain himself to Reid, though.
  5. Danielg, the spinoff was created before they even knew that Prentiss would actually leave and that there'd be a spy arc. The pilot for the spinoff was in season 5, The Fight. I don't think they even told AJ she would not be back in season 6 or let Paget know that her screen time would be cut at that point. I think the spinoff would have fared better if they hadn't screwed AJ and Paget on the original series and then brought in Rachel Nichols in a character that just had no business being in the BAU, especially after they spent 5 seasons telling the audience what an elite unit it was and how just any agent couldn't get in, so why on earth would a rookie be invited in? I know many folks from various online message boards who just plain boycotted the spinoff for those reasons. I watched some of it, but the chemistry just wasn't there. In my opinion, the reason why the original show has been so successful is that viewers love the team. The team on the spinoff just didn't gel. And the cases weren't anything special. Old Ed Bernero really shot himself in the foot with that idea. Sorry to go off on a tangent here, but I don't think that this particular question works based on my answer above. I like your other ideas, though.
  6. There are things I'd like to ask, but I'm thinking he wouldn't answer them, nor would I want to put him on the spot. But I'd love to know if he ever regrets leaving. Did his leaving have anything to do with what happened with the writers? I'm sure he'll say something generic and polite like he just wanted to move on.
  7. Minimal Loss Omnivore I really don't want to see any of these go.
  8. Well, Willowy, certainly let Simon know that there are a lot of us out there who liked and miss the way he ran the show.
  9. A Shade of Gray The Big Wheel This is tough. I love so many episodes in season 4.
  10. I didn't think American Hustle was anywhere near as good as Leverage, either. I also think after watching all 5 seasons of Leverage I'm not as easily fooled on these hustle movies/shows, just as reading all of Agatha Christie and many other mystery writers, plus years of watching mystery shows/movies makes it pretty hard to fool me in a mystery film or show. You get used to all of the tricks.
  11. I tuned in to Leverage after seeing Beth Riesgraf as Maeve on CM. I just wanted to see her in something else. I love her as Parker. So quirky and fun. And I'm sure those Nationwide Insurance commercials stole her character as the woman who replaces all the items in the home that were damaged. Love Parker doing all the gymnastics moves as she manipulates a theft. I never watched Angel, but I love Christian Kane. My husband is as jealous of Eliot on Leverage as he is of Hotch and Reid on CM. He knows I have my TV boyfriends. :)

  14. That's great news, Willowy. I love his hands, too. Remind us when and where to look for you when the film comes out. Many years ago I was directing a production of Godspell. One of my cast worked in a mall in the Highland Park area of Chicago. They filmed a scene there for the movie Ordinary People (love, love, love). There was a scene with Mary Tyler Moore and Donald Sutherland having lunch in a mall food court. This gal from my cast bribed a waiter to get her seated at a table behind Donald Sutherland. Whenever the camera was focused on him, you could see this girl, Bonnie, behind him talking and making big hand gestures with her red fingernails. From what I know about her, I'm sure she was totally trying to pull focus. So she is clearly recognizable in the film, even though she has no lines. She's just an extra.
  15. I love Leverage. I know it's no longer filming new episodes. I bought all the DVDs. But since I found this as CM was deteriorating, this show means a lot to me. The writers do a great job of balancing the screen time for all of the team members. There are no favorites. They're all allowed to grow their characters, ad lib, etc. The DVDs contain commentaries on every single episode and there are at least two people (writer and director) and usually at least one actor participating. So much information is given and they're having a blast remembering fun things that happened while filming or special problems they were having. They're very supportive and complimentary toward their crew and the local actors and even the city and people of Portland where they film. The Portland folks were thrilled to have Leverage film there so they bent over backwards to give them the buidlings and locations they needed for filming. This is truly a team I'd love to be a part of. They're quirky and fun and very clever. I can watch all 5 seasons over and over. And it doesn't hurt that the 3 guys are pretty hot.
  16. Wow, this is interesting. I often think about things like this. One of the things that drew me into the show from the get-go was the team, and I would love to be a part of such a team. Anyway, Reid was my first favorite. I adore the character, and while I find Matthew adorable, too, I much prefer a highly intelligent man. But I would love to have MGG for a son-in-law. But, alas, both my daughters are already married. I am totally in love with Hotch. I find TG very attractive, but I know that it's Hotch that I'd want to be with. I married a single dad, so I know what it's like to be the one to make up for a guy's bad first marriage and be the one who helps him to raise his kid so that he can focus on his career. I'm too annoyed at the changes in the characters of JJ and Garcia to want to hang out with either of them at this point. A few years ago I wouldn't have felt this way. Morgan has always been among my least favorite characters. I'm not sure that I'd want to hang out with either Morgan or Shemar, but I think that Shemar is a bit too pleased with himself. He comes across that way to me in his interviews and on Twitter. It always brings to mind that line from Broken Mirror where the unsub refers to Morgan as just a pumped up side of beef. :) I do think I would like to chat with Blake. With Rossi, I'd be interested in both Rossi's past as well as Joe's past. I'd love to talk to Joe about Bleacher Bums. I saw it in the early 80s in a semi professional theatre, a step in between pro and community theatre and yet I swear Dennis Franz was in the cast as the business man that leaves work to come to the game. His look and line delivery are pretty distinctive. Didn't save the stage bill so no way to know for sure. But I digress. For Prentiss it's the same. I'd like to get to know both Prentiss and Paget better. But for all of that, I'd be thrilled just to be a fly on a wall while they're filming. I'd also love to be an extra in a scene. I'd do anything they asked or needed just to be a part of it for a moment.
  17. Elephant's Memory Yes, I love Reid in this, but I like this episode less because it's one where I feel too sorry for the unsub. Maybe if he had gotten away....
