  1. But it isn't like he is going out of his way to open up to Laurel. He didn't want to keep up the conversation until Laurel kept pushing and trying to get him to open up. It isn't a constant thing and he should be able to open up to more then just Felicity and Oliver. Yes they need to give F/D some scenes together, some genuine catching up scenes but the writers are very narrow minded. Hopefully it will improve in the future but right now the writers seem to only have Felcity be in scenes with the whole team, with Oliver and with Mr.T. But hey, they get a whole episode it seems to themselves so who knows?
  2. You know that would make sense....which means it will totally be skipped over in the episode.
  3. And Laurel of course does not know any of that. She thinks since they have the lazarus pit that they know how to use it and how to cure it, that's how it came across to me.
  4. I think Laurel is fully trying to have her cake and eat it to and try to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, help cure Thea and bring Sara back at the same time and them knowing a way to help Sara as well. But I'm already cringing at the next epsiode.
  5. I'm really hoping that they do give us less big fights as the season goes on. Need to come up with ways to do more "intimate" fights throughout the episode.
  6. I believe DD will probably bring him into the fold. But they weren't lying when they said that Thea/Oliver played a role in birthing Anarky.
  7. Oy vey those comments though...but yeah I believe that is Katies apartment. That's cute. Wonder if it is to film anything.
  8. I took it as her opening the casket and thinking if she really wants to go through with this or not.
  9. While I can see it being selfish, it being manipulative and evil I can't see. She came across a way to bring her sister back to life and she wants to take it. Should they have spent more then 10 seconds on it and talked about it more in depth? Hell freaking yes.
  10. Yeah if they had to have Laurel be the one to bring back Sara, they could've made things better by having Laurel sit down and ask her and talk more depth about it. What is the normal villains of Star City doing right now? Are they obsolete now that DD is in town and running things?
  11. What is up with this show going back and forth with the voice changers? Olivers was totally gone this episode.
  12. Totally agree, I wish that they did show her being conflicted with it. It is the one thing that is annoying me this season is that they have been moving at the speed of light with some of these storylines instead of properly fleshing them out as they should
  13. Laurel and Diggle chalked it up to Thea just having fun, she hasn't gone this batshit crazy (that we know of) during the entire time that Oliver has been gone. Not to mention that Laurel wouldn't have any reason to suspect that something is up with her. I'm sure if they saw Thea go as crazy as she did with Anarky and Oliver, they would've been questioning her. But getting rough with the bad guys isn't something they would get suspicious about.
  14. The writers think that their shit don't stink, they think they are being smart which makes me fully believe that they are being lazy. A lot of people would go down that road if they had the chance though. Give that possibility and I bet a lot of people would take it if given the chance.
  15. I took at is "This (new) team doesn't keep secrets" but of course that was already kind of sort of thrown out of the window.
  16. I think Laurel totally cares about Thea and wants to make her better and is trying to use it as a double whammy. She thinks Malcolm will know how to "cure" Thea and because of that thinking, she is thinking she will be able to bring back Sara and since they will be in Nanda Parbat that they will also be able to make Sara better easier.
  17. She may be CEO but to not be there running the company for 6 months, it shouldn't be easy for her to just waltz in and try to run everything, especially so easily apart from firing people. I wanted to see more push back.
  18. I'm glad that they really slowed down the episode apart from the beginning of the episode. Thea's storyline is definitely the most interesting and the part I enjoyed the most. I'm both happy and surprised that they are moving it on so quickly. I liked getting more personal scenes between Laurel/Diggle and Laurel/Thea. Though I hate that we are already back to secrets! Especially with Laurel. Of course it won't be kept a secret for long but still. I'm glad that they acknowledged her not knowing what happened with Thea last season but I just hate that they have Laurel doing this after she has seen Thea go all crazy on Oliver and not really consult with Thea though I am surprised that she is down for it as well. The scene of them at Saras grave was eerie which was good and it was a good scene but I would've much rather Laurel open the box and Sara not be in there. Damien should've been the one to force Sara back to life to use against Quentin but of course the writers have to force Laurel do this. Of course it is a good question of "would you bring back a loved one if you had the chance to" but I can't really get that behind it since there are a thousand ways to do it better. Felicitys storyline was ok but I found it weird that she was able to waltz in there after never being there and just take over. I wish they would have her see that there aren't always happy endings and ways around everything but I can already tell that they most likely won't be going that route.
  19. Of course, i just try to see the reasoning behind it. I would love if they fully explored that and actually show it to us but im so used to filling in the blanks now that i learn to turn a blind eye to it.
  20. There will always be disagreements when it is more then 1 person but 1 person does not control the team anymore and group majority will win out.
  21. To each their own. Laurel/Thea let Diggle take lead in the battlefield but outside of it they are (i assume) are able to discuss the best way to do things. Laurel/Thea didn't agree with Diggle about needing help and they got help, he wasn't happy about it but he probably respects their decision to do so.
  22. I just chalked it up siblings will be siblings. Oliver will always try to do what he thinks is best for his little sister and his little sister will not want to hear it since she wants to be treated as an adult and an equal.
  23. Basically the entire time Oliver was "dead" was leading up to it. I think it mightve been Canaries when Oliver confronts Laurel about suiting up and she comes back with heroes fight for their cities and he tells her she isn't a hero then she says maybe they shouldn't talk or something like that.
  24. I was fine with Laurel and Diggles reaction to Oliver since to them it felt like Oliver was trying to be the boss again when that's not why Laurel/Thea asked him back and of course Diggle wasn't going to have it. Oliver just came across to them wrong. And Diggle was the team leader but Laurel/Thea all stood on equal ground with him from the looks of it. Of course we weren't really shown it that much but they seemed to go with what ever the best option was for depending on the situation. Diggle instructed them in the beginning then Laurel rallied them when the council was being targeted. They can be equals and still have a leader. Just people would have more say in the day2day operations and voice their objections when they have time. They aren't going to go into battle and Oliver tells them "to your left!" But they are going to their right just to spite him.
  25. Laurels motivation changed from anger to honoring her sister to wanting to save the city.
