They told us last episode that 50s/real Tabitha moves to Chicago and becomes an activist. Agree I would have liked to have heard about the others.

Okay, that is a really cool way to frame memories (had no idea about that treatment for PTSD), but I think it's giving the writers too much credit to think they're capable of that kind of nuance. When they said most of the characters forgot their bad memories, I think they meant it literally. Veronica does not remember killing her husband...literally.

The entire memories/timeline nonsense was nonsensical and convoluted. Even for this show. Memories aren't like Skittles. You can't just pick out the good ones. They're all tangled up and entwined. Trying to keep only the good memories would be impossible.

If so, that person has really bad taste.

Especially given how they ended the first time, and how they never addressed it. This whole season is nothing but filler.

I love this! Just the shot of them walking down the hall holding hands was cringeworthy. And their kissing scenes are borderline nauseating. I had to look away because I was repelled. I hope this was intentional, because if not, that's two straight love interests in a row with whom Cole cannot generate one iota of chemistry.

This has me in stitches. Because it's true.

I'm afraid of this too, and that would be so disappointing for me, after we've had all this great Nace buildup.

Erinn will be back in 7x19, but almost certainly not in the finale. I've seen quite a few people worried about Erinn being demoted. Don't be. She couldn't get out of there fast enough. I totally agree about Jughead and Veronica. I thought Jughead/Tabitha was the worst they could do, because they're so stiff and awkward, but Jughead/Veronica are actually physically repellant. Cole and Erinn seem uncomfortable around each other; Cole and Cami seemed repulsed by each other. I was hoping they'd finally have Jughead share some scenes with Betty, to acknowledge the show's most popular and long-running ship, but they seem determined to pretend that whole thing never happened.

No. Watching them kiss was genuinely painful. It was like a parody of young teenagers making out.

It is really poorly-written.

We're not. But supposedly there will be bits in other dimensions to show...something. Perfect summation. If you're watching and thinking, "But what about the fans?" remember that the writers don't care about the fans or what they want. They're doing what they want (I can't believe what they want is this). And the ratings and the social media reaction reflect this.

I wish I had your surety that he's temporary. They're working awfully hard to make him seem like a viable love interest.

I don't think any of this is supposed to make sense or have any narrative cohesion. They're just doing what seems fun in the moment. They're not building lasting relationships or endgames.

About your first comment, regarding the 50s: and about Tabitha: Cole and Lili definitely filmed together that last day, and it was just the two of them, at least at some point. There was an end-of-filming video, right after they finished the very last scene, with clapping and a speech, that type of thing, and they were the only two actors there. No idea about the content of what they filmed, of course.

I'm not expert on these things but it looks like Madelaine was filming with the actress who played Midge, and Cole and Lili were filming together.

Wow, this is really good info. Thanks so much for writing all this out!
