Agree. She has a runner's body, is a natural ectomorph, and I don't think she was any fatter when she popped out those two previous very robust-looking children.

My point is that while a garage will eventually need electricity, and I'm sure the interior will be completed to perfection ultimately, there's no urgency to finish the interior in time for the wedding. I don't consider enjoying the fruits of one's labor and taking pleasure in watching a dream become a reality being "a control freak," but YMMV.

Why not watch it go up if he can? I would! "Checking up on" his parents sounds like a quick visit; not a major caregiving undertaking. The building is MOSTLY up. It's a barn - not a house - so nothing needs to happen on the inside (Amish and other teams working together, and Matt praises his, complete a barn-raising in a single day). I wouldn't worry... A month and ten days leaves plenty of time. Another Roloff nail-biter/cliff-hanger!

I'm thinking he wasn't unconscious, but just dizzy (vertigo); I agree he doesn't sound drunk, and you'd definitely sound drunk if you were about to pass out from alcohol poisoning. Now that you mention it, this was pretty much the reaction the entire family had to Rocky dying in the yard. "Oh, wow. That's so sad." (standing around staring at him)

I assume everyone here is familiar with the story recounted by the ice cream parlor or coffee house server about Auj and Tori meeting and talking, then Tori stalking off in a huff about something. But, again, more anonymous reports.

Maybe it's because Z&T are always there that they avoid it; probably don't want a cat fight between the two wives!

Maybe they're not as keen on visiting a retirement community in Arizona as they were a beach in Hawaii? They were at the "handprint ceremony" recently, so they still associate. Is Chris at the birthday party? I didn't see him line dancing... And that would have been something to see!

Where is being married or not married regarded as the same thing under the law? I'm familiar with common-law marriage after cohabitating for seven years. Caryn is the mother of grown children and old enough to be a grandmother. I doubt if there's any urgency in her mind regarding marriage or "wasting her time" waiting for it or not. It's not as if her biological clock were ticking or there's someone else waiting in the wings. They both seem perfectly happy with the status quo or, if one or both wants the piece of paper, waiting until they officially move in together at the new house to make it official.

When are Jer and Auj "hanging out with Amy and Chris"? I haven't seen that... Attending a DIL's birthday party isn't exactly proof of a particularly close bond.

I don't think anyone here is qualified to diagnose alcoholism. Especially on a reality TV show. I certainly don't presume to for Amy - or even for her father!

Well, if he indeed imbibed too much (people do when they're unhappy), he seems not to have let it affect his success in life and appears to have it under control now. Good job, Matt!

I don't recall seeing Matt ever look or act at all intoxicated on the show. Amy with Chris at times and when out with her girlfriends, however, or in those cooking videos... Guess it's her turn to bend an elbow!

It's amazing that Amy managed to establish both a stool business and the farm and make it a success, oh and write a book about life as a dwarf in addition to representing LPA in speaking engagements, not to mention pitching a reality TV show and getting it off the ground while working three jobs and raising four kids singlehanded. It's not just a pumpkin season costume; she really is super woman! As for Matt "angry and bitter," I tried to picture this. It made me chuckle!

It's at her parents' property, and her parents are rich; they probably paid for it. At least the entertainment (line dancing) is free!

Didn't Amy rent a Hummer limo (or was it a cruise boat and the Hummer to get them there) to celebrate her 50th with her new singles' group, including the not-yet-dating My Man? I agree; the expense is rather tasteless! But these young couples probably get together a lot during the summer; they're friends who always hang out. So it's just another party for them.

Country line dance flash mob? You've got to hand it to Amy; she's up for anything!

What is a "wedding ring setting"; she's having the little heart-shaped diamond reset in another band? Or they're buying a set of matching wedding bands??? With her love of wine, Amy is probably a bit tipsy more often than not. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Didn't she post the video of Lila walking for the first time at the EXACT same time A&J announced their 3rd baby (and Tori didn't comment on it on SM). It's like Meghan Markel upstaging Prince Louis' 3rd birthday with a rare "candid" shot of her and Archie. Feuding brothers all over the landscape! Or rather sisters-in-law on SM...

Except that Caryn has been married and does have children and obviously loves Matt's grands (Chris doesn't seem as into it, saying it's "loud" when they come over), so her pairing up with someone who's also been married and had children doesn't seem quite as incongruous or to raise as many questions, at least here.

At least she remembered to say "our" wedding this time. Or should that be our "wedding"? She sure seems to be at the farm a lot lately for someone who claimed there would never be a reason for her to step foot on it ever again!
