Did Lawyer Jim provide any proof at this meeting other than (1) a subpoena was served on Margaret requiring her testimony (at deposition or court???); (2) Margaret received the subpoena; (3) Margaret declined to testify; (4) no mention of follow-up to get Margaret to tesify.
