The Logan's trying to get custody of Douglas is a bit of a reach since the boy has PLENTY of other family bedsides Thomas and Ridge. So I don't get why they are trying to make this a mission for Brooke other than cheap drama but it's so tacky and ridiculous, Hope and Waffles have their own issues they can't save Douglas from his hypocrite family. I wish Caroline would just come back from the dead already and put a stop to all of this, and save her boy from all those people in LA

Look objectively speaking that scene with Lani on her knees was bad optics. Period. But I blame the writers more than Gabi, I mean that will happen in soaps they make the characters of color be dead wrong and hard to root for(which Lani & Gabi kinda are right now; not saying it will stay that way forever),and even though I'm team Gabi I still want Lani and Eli to have a good wedding and be happy. Now Julie on the other hand gets absolutely no sympathy from me she can rot. End of story. They do need more writers of color because if they keep on like this things could get ugly.
