I can already tell it's wearing thin for me a bit (though I'm still kinda cool with it), they could use CB's talent for far better!! I just keep thinking how none of this would've happened if they had left Stefan ALONE! Like Stabi(at least to my knowledge) was/is pretty popular and CB & BB had A TON OF CHEMISTRY SO WHY KILL HIM OFF AND MAKE LANI OF ALL PEOPLE DO IT LIKE UGH!!!! I don't like Lani nearly as much as I like Gabi, in fact I dislike her alot but I feel for her even if only a little.......

I'm all for Gabi unleashing her wrath but they could've done a better job of her doing that than her basically spilling the beans to Lani (not that she's gonna use that to her advantage but still) that was a bad idea. And the writers won;t remember that until it's convenient by then it will be even more dumb. This is a better idea than what the writers came up with. They could've also had a code that only Gabi knows and if Lani tries to lock her up she'll just activate it from jail.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Liam has always been a pushover at least where Steffy is concerned. I don't know why Hope even tolerates him at this point. I've been thinking for a while now that she should've never gotten pregnant by this fool. She will now have a connection to him forever. Mini rant here: idc about Steffy because she stole Liam so she deserves what she gets from him as far as I'm concerned. Also some people say that Steffy should be with a real man, but I don't think she could handle it because a real man isn't gonna let her steamroll him the way she does Liam so idk. This statement sounds a whole lot like "but what about black on black crime? argument" and short answer no, it wouldn't be racist(maybe colorist if the woman was lighter than Lani herself) black people don't have a history of purposefully casting each other in a bad light and other exclusionary practices in the media the way non-black individuals do. Historical context matters and contrary to popular belief we are still very far away from a scene like this being "harmless". I know you were hoping for someone to tell you(which is fine, good even) exactly how this scene was racist and you were told and still somehow didn't get it so idk what to tell except don't try to tell women of color especially black women who watched that scene how to feel about it or that race had nothing to do with it. Because to us it has everything to do with it.

Yeah that's kinda my point with Logan haters, unlike other online fandoms I come across, they aren't even being critical (most of them anyways) they are just mad af cos they feel Hope and her family get their way all the time and therefore we are wrong and they're right. Not much to it other than that. And I know online fandom culture makes people uncomfortable but it is pretty easy to make a case for why something is being criticized(not always). I'm a media studies major most of what we do is critique media (mostly News & Social media excluding Tumblr for obvious reasons XD) and there's nothing wrong with that so far, and on the other hand somethings just deserved to get dragged lmao
