Didn't she have a mild stroke several years ago? Maybe medication is causing the puffiness. Or...like others have said, she likes to eat and who cares? I'm with her!

I thought this was a pretty good Friday episode, except for the Peter stuff. He's just annoying to me. Who didn't see a car crash coming? But Michael, the "smart" one, doesn't pull over when she says she'll tell him everything if he pulls over? Why keep driving when he knew the recording was catching everything? Not a Jason fan, but I sort of liked him pushing his way into the hospital and shanghaiing Franco into helping him. They were almost cute together. I hate myself now...

I guess Spinelli could have whipped up another one just for the occasion (maybe Ned is in on it, too).

Did Ned sign the marriage papers with the invisible ink? They kept focusing on it, so it must be important.

Who doesn't know that the real Colonel Sanders has been dead for almost 40 years? The ones you see on commercials are actors (like George Hamilton) but Lulu and Maxie were all giddy like they were meeting the real deal! Really really dumb (and if they were going to resort to this storyline, why not Reba's version? let's make it even weirder...) Whoever the kid is who's playing the scout is really bad. Must be somebody's kid who's out for the summer and they just thought they'd throw him in a scene or two while he was visiting dad/mom on the set. And why didn't they get him to untie whatshisname in the first place? I almost dozed off when Sonny was telling Jason his Croton story...there was one place where he paused for so long that I was afraid my sound had gone off. Okay, now positive thoughts....um...I'll get back to you...

I live in NW Arkansas and the school where I once taught was taken over by the True Detective people during spring break. Never saw any of the actors, but it was still pretty exciting for a town in the middle of nowhere. The picture is our school administration building, now called the West Finger Schools for the show.

At one point, it looked like Franco was about to punch Scotty's injured (leg? foot?) in anger. Yeah, he's really a changed man....

I am so disappointed in Sam, even though I know she and Jason have a history. I just can't understand why someone would choose a robot over a real boy. Is she going to start worrying about Jason's job impacting her and her kids' lives now, like she did awhile back with Drew? Because I'm pretty sure Jason won't change his lifestyle for her...

Don't police departments have people who clean up crime scenes? Or are there companies that do that? I know I saw a movie once about 2 sisters who cleaned up after suicides/murders/etc. Yuk, who leaves a place untouched days after it's been the scene of a crime?

I, too, am mathematically challenged and counting by 7s in any direction would be impossible. I'd just have to tell the doctor, "Okay, I'll count backwards by 7s...hand me a calculator."

Uh-oh, now I'm worried. When Griffin asked Mike to tell him the 3 words he had previously given him, I'm sitting there like...What? That was a whole 2 minutes ago! I'm supposed to remember that? My memory's always been terrible even when I WASN'T old! Dang...

Why does Amy exist? She just sticks her nose into everyone's business and it's really off putting. I'm also tired of Jason and how the story seems to be pushing him and Sam back together. Yuk. The actor has always seemed overrated to me, and the character is just blank. Drew is much more...what's the word I'm looking for...oh yeah...human. Okay, positive things about today...................I still like Wojo, and I liked Kiki's haircut. That's it.

I wasn't paying attention to when this pregnancy was supposed to have taken place, so how old is this Peter guy supposed to be? He looks about 12...
-
Maybe Heinrich is transgender? I don't know, I'm just trying to make sense of this...stuff
-
I know Ned had nothing to do with the negative ad about Alexis, but isn't it possible someone might point out that he almost married the woman the ad is disparaging?
-
I am so tired of the sad music and the wide-eyed gazes whenever Sam and Jason run into each other. We get it, we get it. I do want her to stay with Drew, however, because he's a good guy who won't endanger her life. Just let Jason move on to someone who doesn't care that he's a killer. Was that "Wojo" playing Sonny's father?

Those scenes were very real. In my experience, doctors wanting to know what you want them to do, a minister asking questions that aren't registering because you're only focused on the person in the ER....everything is confusion and KS acted that very convincingly.

I unplug everything possible when not in use--crock pot, tea maker, hair dryer, toaster... Fire is a crazy thing...when my sister's house burned down years ago, most of the front rooms melted (the fire started outside near the front door), but farther back, especially if the doors were closed, things were only sooty and smoky. She managed to save several pieces of furniture, books, some dishes, etc. So maybe Kate's tape, since it was closed up in the cabinet, will survive.

Well, that was............interesting. I missed yesterday's show so I don't know if there was any lead up to this, but I was confused at first. Then it hit me that this was the Ava Show today, so I didn't need to know anything. Was that the actress who played Connie, or someone who resembled her? There was something off about her, but maybe it was just because I hadn't seen that character in a long time.

Dang, how dumb is Maxie? They've pretty spelled out the fact that Nathan is Faison's and she's all, "What? What's going on? What are you talking about?" I thought she was a little quicker on the uptake than that...
-
Was that BJ (without the Bear) doing business with Ned and Michael? Sure looked like him...
-
For someone who was all about finding out who his father was, Oscar sure was uninterested in talking to that new-found father. At least Drew was trying, but Oscar the Grouch wasn't having any of it. I like Finn and Anna...

JJY is just a few years younger than I am, so why don't the old geezers I graduated with look like that?!!! Boy, has he aged well. Aarrggh...this Ask Man Landers story is so treacly I may go into a sugar coma. Make it stop. Has JasonBurton always been so fun loving? When he was holding Michael back while Sonny pretend-punched him, he looked like he was having fun. I didn't know that was in his programming. It was cute, nevertheless.

Boy, Alexis is really losing her voice, isn't she? I'm not a big fan of her character, but I feel bad that the actress has to do all that talking while under the weather. I still don't like Amy; she's just unnecessary, I think. And why would someone with a voice like hers think acting was a good choice of career? I know there have been whispery-voiced actresses (like Marilyn Monroe) but they were usually playing the sex kitten parts. She just grates on me.

Oh great, another new character that I don't care about...and to make it even worse, it means squeaky Amy will appear more. My ears, my ears! I thought Maxie had matured a little, but I guess not. Alexis and Julian...just pathetic people. I DID like Cassandra being sneaky; we need a good female villain now that Helena is gone. And even though Valentin has been watered down, I can't help but like him. I don't know why. I like Finn, too, even though he doesn't have much to do right now, but I've liked the actor for years, so I'll keep watching him.
