So true! There are random moments when "shut the car door, shut the car door" will just flash through my brain. I can only imagine tips like this are truly useful for the rookies.

Since she says "plot twist," I'm going to speculate that she is going to sit in on practices and then get a stool like Judy's (not a director's chair Like Kelli!!) and be part of the "cut night" conversations to help tamp down the nepotism accusations. Replacing Melissa wouldn't be a bad thing. I don't find her as irritating as many people do, but I do struggle with her appearance -- during judging she seems to make some attempt, but when she is interacting with TCC, her hair looks unwashed and her outfits look like she's about to mow the lawn.

And I'm sure she loved every minute of driving you to and from them too!!😜

Exactly one of the reasons why I'm really hoping Gina gets point: If they're going to stick with the "tired" and true routines I would like her style to be the standard -- an encouragement for the other girls to dial it up so the choreography is not so same old, same old.

I couldn't find the pic to which you were referring, but I found this from Lisa Tucker photography and I love Maddie's hair here. Very reminiscent of her rookie season.

Not sure that I got that -- but I was thankful that I was sitting down when she informed me of the shocking new revelation that DCC is looking for the best of the best.

Can't speak for others, but for me it's because this is what is hiding behind her as of now more slender shoulder.

Popular with me! It was a glimpse I would like to see more of! If the purpose of her white/blonde hair is to have her stand out from far away -- it's working. But so much more pretty and healthy looking in the @ 2015 pic you posted. The more natural hair doesn't make her features look as stark.

You know I'm team Gina, but if the color has to stay, then she needs a new cut and style, 'cause her head is looking all dragon burnt at this point.

I hope so too! Last year we were all freaking out about Jalyn's burgundy hair and she was "made-over" to assist in her becoming her rookie rock star self (and future triangle position) so hopefully Gina gets the same consideration to fix her hair and tone down some of the criticism to her becoming point.

I still miss Tara! If we had to cut an ex-Flight Crew girl last season I would have preferred Savannah to go, but.... As she's still with us, I do agree that she comes across as uncomfortable posing with "professional photographers" (a whole other debate as to where DCC finds some of the incompetents they use), but when I saw this candid shot I saw the appeal and thought - wow- if only Savannah could rock her dancing as well as she's rockin' this bikini she could be point.

Here's another polarizing person that I was neutral with until recently. Christina is certainly not the best dancer, but I bought into her very toned natural figure and slightly shorter bobbed hair bringing something a little different to the team - a bit of a "Sporty Spice" vibe. I hope that she's happy with her longer hair and the "enhancements" she recently made, and that they weren't a suggestion from someone else, but I don't think they're improvements and at the risk of boring you by repeating myself I just have to say again: Damn! the torpedoes, full cleavage ahead!

Please keep evolving to team Gina for point 🤗 ! I had kinda forgotten about her voice, but right you are! What a delightful surprise to watch that short video doc of her dancing in college and hear her speak in a normal tone. Be real, Gina, be real -- hair and voice -- all things you can control!!!

Kelli should definitely ask Marshall to spend some quality time with Gina and Maddie. I think all are agreed Gina is way too bleached out and Maddie needs some lift on top if she's going to keep it so full on the sides.

I know there are a few of us -- and that it is highly discussable - team Gina for point!

I'm on an extreme diet, so I'm just gonna take an itsy nibble of my shoulder to get me through this audition. So exhausting holding up this big ol' head of haystack.

Anyone would look gaunt and exhausted holding up that head of haystack all day. Fairly certain her typical eating habits will have her alarmingly DCC soft in no time.

Hilarious and oh so gratifying! But I can only imagine she arrived on time and in a chauffeured limo along with Mama Kalina who was busily and frantically brushing her precious' hair.

Never in my adult life did I imagine myself thinking it appropriate to use Malena's exit lines, but after waking up to the news of Lauren's retirement, here goes, and I quote: "don't - no -- no, no, no, no, no -- please no....." Take care of yourself Lauren -- it has been a joy watching you -- you're a fan favorite but have so much else going on in your life your DCC tenure will be a pleasant (I hope!) memory and not the defining high point of your existence. The honor and privilege has been all ours!
