  1. I like Wayne Brady. I also liked how he gave Joy and Ana the side eye when they were like, "Your ex wife is your business partner? Hmmm."
  2. I feel like Raul should have went home, even though his tattoo was better than Arlene's and Jordan's. Arlene's handle was the wrong way and Jordan's tattoo was just bad, but Raul didn't follow the theme.
  3. Whoopi, Joy and Sunny are dunking on this guy but I'm left wondering why the powers to be even had him on. He's a bad guest the ladies can't really interview him since he's doing what Meghan did in the first segment. Take a bit of what the question is and then do his own thing.
  4. ...Even though Whoopi said that they'll come back to finish the conversation and let Joy explain her point, I don't see that happening since the guest is coming up after the break.
  5. LOL, Meghan's "We are all overlook Bernie." Is her re-writing history. She's been bashing Bernie the entire time and laughing when the other hosts would go against him. Now she's asking everyone to talk more about his surge in the polls? Huh?
  6. Do you think that Meghan is missing Abby right now? I feel like when Abby was on the show, we got a more balanced discussion on things....well, Abby would say stuff and everyone would counter or question her on it. What matters is that they allowed Abby enough time to talk about how she was feeling. Now that she's gone, it feels like the hosts are willing to give Meghan a bit of time but they won't allow her to steamroll over everything. So more times than not, it's a discussion between Whoopi, Joy and Sunny and Meghan either says something quickly or doesn't speak at all. It's just a weird dynamic tbh. But hopefully the people upstairs don't use this as a means to bring in another Republican/Conservative voice to the table and instead, they get a progressive.
  7. I get that they need to have The View Your Deal stuff, but they already play so many commercials so it also feels like they can let it go for a day or two. They overbooked their guests this week so they don't have time to put it anywhere, but they do have a YouTube page and could have just said "If you want to check out the View your Deals head over to our YouTube page to see everything." Or use Facebook or Twitter. But they could have done that instead of just rushing everything.
  8. So the powers to be want as little sparks happening, which is why the show is overbooking guests. For a show as short as the View, 1 guest is enough.
  9. I liked the Jordan plot best. I have a feeling like he'll need to save 25 witches in order to get rid of the curse, so we'll be seeing more from him. I also think that Abigael is acting this way with Harry so she can find out where the Source is. He may not give it up easily, but she seems like she wants to get back into his head and find out where the pieces are so she can do whatever it is that she wants to do. The people who took the black amber are probably working for Julian. Whether this means he's a demon or a regular human who is into the supernatural remains to be seen. The synopsis for episode 12 seems like all of the sisters will be working together, so I'm excited to see that.
  10. Knowing Meghan, that might be true but I remember her saying that the View should talk more about politics.
  11. And this is why they need to stop bringing in two guests. Just pick one and let them have enough time to talk. I wanted to hear more from Tim.
  12. Meghan saying a little less time on gossip and more on children at the border, which I agree with (more so because Tim said this and she just added to it) but it seemed like a dig to the show and less about the media. Tim was targeting 24/7 news networks, which I agree with. More news should be about things that are happening now (which is why I prefer AlJazeera over CNN) but Meghan seemed to take it as a dig towards the show and The View talking about things she doesn't like. The View is very different from CNN....I don't think she gets that.
  13. Meghan still seems quieter than usual.
  14. Paula should have been a guest co-host today, but I get why she might not have wanted to do so. Seeing her on the show made me miss her. I may not have agreed with Paula all the time, but she was nice, got along with everyone and didn't take herself or anyone else seriously.
  15. Is she sick? She seems quieter than usual and hardly spoke up today. Joy even had to bring her into the fun conversation, but she didn't look all that into it. Hopefully nothing is wrong.
  16. Meghan never answered Whoopi's question.
  17. Sunny saying she's pro life, but believes in freedom of thought which is in the constitution, the camera person went to Meghan who had an annoyed look on her face. It was shady, but funny. I feel like the show is missing something without Abby. Not that she brought much, but the show's flow and dynamic doesn't seem to be working with just the four of them there. It feels off, somehow.
  18. The main backlash towards Hillary wasn't for the "nobody likes him" comment, it was when she didn't commit to voting for Bernie if he was against Trump. That's why people were angry towards Hillary....did the 4am guy forget to mention this? Whoopi said that she'll support Bernie, but she didn't say that. That's the controversy.
  19. I'm not one for fashion nor am I someone who talks about their clothing, but what on earth is that jean jacket Whoopi is wearing? I feel like it would look better if it was open, because it being closed like that doesn't do anyone any favours.
  20. A segment praising Biden for taking a picture with someone in an elevator then followed it up by bashing Bernie due to Hillary's comments. It's so blatant.
  21. Meghan bashed the NYT and called it a garbage paper and Joy defended them. Joy agreed that endorsing Klobuchar and Warren is dumb, since the two have different platforms, but the paper isn't trash. Meghan said she can do whatever she wants. That opinion piece against Meghan has really done a number on her.
  22. Am I the only one who found Whoopi's introduction to this discussion weird? Asking if racism is still an issue since there were no people of colour on the debate stage? Sure, that could be an issue but there are stronger cases of racism being alive and well. The children at the border, police shooting black people. The Muslim ban, the rise of white nationalism, white terrorism, etc... But the debate stage is where the problem is? That just seemed like a weird thing to bring up. (and I say this as a black person)
  23. Abby's dad said that her time on the show has been drama free and he hopes that it will be drama free when she joins him. Joy and Ana talk about how Abby never took anything seriously and was spirited while remaining positive and kind. Ana even mentions that she texts Abby. Abby said that Robin was the kindest person to the interns, the makeup staff to everyone that was around. Abby even has a connection with the NBC lady who came. Who, by the way, talked about her kid and showed a picture of her newborn. .....it might be me over thinking things, but after all of the rumours this show seems incredibly shady towards Meghan for Abby's last day.
  24. Considering the news about Abby's leaving, I find it interesting that they included Abby praising Meghan and Meghan's dad in the middle of it. Nothing wrong with it, but it's interesting based on everything that has been coming out.
  25. Why is Avenatti being brought up? And reading the legal note helps make sure the company doesn't get sued... This episode is annoying me more than normal.
