Really going to have to disagree or big YMMV. The stand alone or MOW episodes of season 11 I think were some of the best in a long time. Into the Mystic, Just My Imagination, Baby, Plush, Thin Lizzie, Don't You Forget About Me, Beyond the Mat and The Chitters. they were entertaining and some even moved the myth arc along a little without being overwhelming. But hey that is just me. I even loved The Vessel, I know some didn't.

So I hate Gorden but I love Sterling K Brown. Loving him in This Is Us and always loved hi in Army Wives.

I have to agree, this show is about 2 brothers and their relationship. That's the basis for the entire show. It is why i love it. This is also true if you watch many of his interviews and con videos.

That's what I was getting at, his not being able to teleport has nothing to do with his grace, but his broken wings. I agree with what you are saying, at least that is my take on it.

Just re-watched this one today, Love Mildred and Eileen. A nice solid MOW episode with myth arc story tie in, but not overwhelming. Really wished they could have used the song Into the Mystic, but mostly just because I love that dang song. Dee Wallace and Shoshannah Stern can come back anytime, enjoyed both. I also liked Sam apologizing to Dean about the not really looking for him during purgatory.

This has gotten brutal! Changing Channels, loved the episode. Dr. Sexy MD will never not be funny, the Japanese game show ( the actor that played the host was wonderful), the sitcom montage at the beginning was cute and creative. The revelation that the trickster was Gabriel the arch angel was surprising. Sam as Kitt! The quotes: Sam: Okay. Um. I need a penknife, some dental floss, a sewing needle, and a fifth of whiskey. Stat! Dean: I hate this game. I hate that we're in a procedural cop show and you wanna know why? Because I hate procedural cop shows. There's like three hundred of them on television and they're all the freaking same. It's ooh, plane crashed here—oh shut up. Gabriel: Well played, boys. Well played. Where'd you get the holy oil?
