And what is the impact of the recent resignations - does it mean the "acting" people have a vote, or do those votes count as abstentions? gaaaah. So. If he's not convicted by a 2/3 majority could they still vote to ban him from public office by a simple majority, or does it require a conviction? i'm guessing it does, but just to clarify?
