I thought the recent Florida happenings ended up being based on Eric and was worse then actually shown.  Correct me if I am wrong.  I do think that was the only time Eric has been brought up in real life.

The cops being called to the pool at the retirement home was apparently based on something that Eric did.

So I guess the deputy is not part of the first arrivals and Emma is truly dead?

It looks that way. Sandrine Holt is listed as only appearing in 4 episodes on IMDb now.

I still have a hard time believing Lindauer reached such a high position in Homeland Security in 10 years even after the explanation they gave. Wouldn’t the actions taken due to his prior knowledge of upcoming events have caused all sorts of changes to the future timeline?

  3. Wow, Erica went from not realizing they were ripping off “I Love Rock & Roll” last week to writing and recording an original song that’s so good it convinces her mother that she should drop out of college and pursue a music career. OK.

That doctor has "Frankenstein" written all over her.

That said, the woman that has a heart problem might no longer have a heart problem if she injects herself with it.

Rebecca scares the crap out of me.  I don't care how good her intentions may be, she is one desperate woman.

It was pretty amazing that Reece could not only diagnose her heart problem but also determine that was the reason her mother abandoned her as a baby.

I never watched Grey's Anatomy so I was ignorant as to how great Sandra Oh is. She's so natural!

Check out the 1998 Canadian film Last Night. She gives a really good performance.

  6. In case anyone was wondering, the song that was playing in the bar scene with Marshall and the blonde woman was “Blood and Roses” by The Smithereens (from 1986). They were one of my favorite bands back in the day and still one of the best live bands I’ve ever seen. Singer/guitarist Pat DiNizio passed away in December.

But it did ring her alarm, didn't it? She was shocked at it, and I got the impression that that's what prompted the Redhead to shoot her. The "my husband was in a cult" story couldn't fly anymore.

That story wasn’t going to fly anyway was it? If he was really who she claimed then there would obviously be records of him, info about his true identity, etc. Seems like it would take literally a few minutes to verify after his wife gave her his real name, info about his former job, etc.

It really seemed like Emma and the other HS guy recognized the woman in the drawing but then.....no.

The recording from Ghost-Nation extra's brain box showed Dolores saying something like "not everyone is meant for [something poetic about a valley]".  Then the stable boy that Charlotte's group ran into asked them if they were trying to get to [same poetic phrasing about a valley]".  I need to rewatch to get the exact words, but I'm guessing that's the "find the center of the maze" for this season.

“Not all of us deserve to make it to the valley beyond.”

Think about when people have a favourite indie band that suddenly gets a hit. You'll often hear fans be annoyed that their band has gotten big. Most people come around but there's still a sadness that comes with losing the intimacy of an undiscovered thing. And I do think we were supposed to read Sheldon's acceptance of Denise as an acceptance of the new normal for the comic book store. That was a big change but it's clear he loves it. It just took him a couple of days.

That’s pretty much what happened with R.E.M. I became a fan when I was about 14 in 1983 and within a relatively short time they were one of the biggest bands in the world. One one hand, you’re happy about their success but on the other hand you miss the old days when you felt like you were part of something special that other people didn’t know about.

  10. It was cool that the Homeland Security guy had camouflage netting over the bed of his truck so someone could hide in the back within being detected. Do DHS officers always drive their personal vehicles when they’re deployed somewhere?

THANK YOU for getting rid of Jian-Yang - at least for the moment. Although I can't see how he could've gotten hold of the code - while stealing snacks seems a tad unlikely.

Everything about the Jian-Yang storyline was annoying and not entertaining at all.
