Can someone explain game day girl? I saw on DCC insta that it was Caroline, but noticed on Bridgets recent post that girls have been commenting “gameday girl!”? Happy they both have been getting recognition as they’re a few of my favorites!! But I must be missing something on what each of them got lol

Voted Bridget. Strong dancer, girl next door vibes. Would be mice to have a brunette up there! She’s powerful and styled without being too distracting and without giving off “look at me and how great I am” vibes

Rachel W really looks great here, she's just gorgeous. I would've loved to have seen Lexie further up! Bridget in behind the scenes posts I've seen on girls like Brennan and Heather's stories, and in Kristie scale's twitter videos makes me just love her even more Amy's mess up is pretty unfortunate.... What a cool thing for all the girls on the team to get to do! I'm glad everyone got to do this and that it wasn't just show group. The more the better!!!!

I think Heather will get pro bowl. Amy is kinda just there for me.. and you know if anyone else in her class was still there (Amy Trafer, Megan C, Holly, Robyn) Amy would be irrelevant and therefore, I wouldn’t consider she deserves it. That stuff shouldn’t be given to a person just because they decided to come back year after year

Gotcha. I guess I thought there might be more small groups since the ones we saw only had 6 girls each and there are I think 41 still in camp?

Anyone know who else was the "point" of their small groups?

If Gina's getting point I hope she gains a few pounds. She doesn't look healthy to me and it doesn't promote a good body image to young girls who look up to the DCC, and sets a poor unhealthy unattainable standard in general. Just my opinion.

You’re right, no one forced them to sign up for this. It’s just disappointing that girls do this out of a love for dance and performing and that HAS to be met with harsh criticism about her physical appearance.

I think with social media and how much direct feedback these girls are exposed to nowadays from fans (and trolls) it really messes with their self image and self esteem, enough for them to do whatever they can to make sure no one can ever say they look “fat” or “soft”. It’s sad because end of the day these girls are athletes, not models, yet they’re picked apart as such and are still expected to be able to dance and perform 4+ hours a day. And so a person who is hoping to make this team sees how the current members are and think that’s the standard they need to be at in order to make the team.

The one who I hope stays healthy and takes care of herself: Daphne Ones who I rarely think about: Amber One who grew on me as the season went on: Brennan Ones who I think don't get enough credit/are underrated: Ashlee, Alanna, Erin My favorite ones this season: Briana, Cianna, Bridget Returning TCCs that I hope make it: Lily and Kristen

I agree.. it’s as if the makeup artist didn’t know what to do with a girl who wasn’t overly tan lol pose and smile are great though, a lot more natural than some other ones I’ve seen

I was referring to the following statement: PHILLYFAN SAID: “But you could see every performance from the front row and shake each girls hand after each appearance and still really know nothing.” because I agreed with “THIS” ^ comment. I don’t know anything about these girls beyond performance videos/the frisco star lighting show (which I saw live)/the eagles game that I went to, and MTT edits. So “THIS” ^ statement resonates strongly with me. Maybe you know them better and more personally to make more judgements for some reason. But “THIS” (again, by “this” I mean that statement I’ve previously quoted) is something I agree with. but idk maybe I didn’t quote it correctly the first time...so hopefully this is clear enough for you to understand :)
