I literally screamed WHAT out loud in my apartment when Meghan said Chelsea Clinton had gotten a "free media pass her entire life." The girl has received nothing but shit from Republicans since she was a literal child. ALSO, John McCain had to apologize because he literally called her ugly at a dinner in 1998, when she was eighteen years old. You KNOW Meghan McCain knows this because she worships her old asshole father. Christ, I HATE her. Just, ugh, flames on the side of my face. She is the WORST.

I was rewatching the Obama scandal part of today's show and I just noticed that when Meghan was ranting at Joy and brought Abby's interview with Ivanka Trump into it (randomly), the camera cut to Abby and her face had a total "Oh my god, leave me out of this" expression on it.

What's particularly gross about Meghan's hissyfit today was that she totally did the same thing she accused Joy of. Meghan said the people would reject socialism because "they're smart" (implying Joy is dumb), then got furious when she imagined that Joy called her stupid. What a draining, immature person.

I'm a little jealous that Ana and Sunny can drink that much, especially in the middle of the day. I'm only 30 and if I have more than 2 glasses I have to go home and take a nap!

Makes sense. LGBT Ally Meghan did a great job shutting down Elisabeth Hasselbeck's blatant homophobia earlier this week. So happy to have people like her looking out for me! Not.

I like Whoopi more than most posters on here, but LOL at the idea that wearing a bra is now "dressing elegantly." I must be the Queen. I think her tone was probably misreported or misconstrued. Plenty of lesbians (and straight women, too, I imagine) make little jokes like this and it's always tongue-in-cheek. I really doubt she thought Hasselbeck was a lesbian. She still shouldn't have said it, though, because she should have known the response it would get, not just from Elisabeth but from the public as well.

Luckily Joy has twice the class of Meghan, and much thicker skin than her, too.

Also, at one point in the show an audience member gasped (or something), and she said it was the breath of the Holy Spirit (?!?!?!?!?!)

Honestly, her comments yesterday about Rosie constituted one of the most blatant moments of homophobia I've heard on mainstream American television in years. I can't believe she's not getting more public criticism for this.

Okay, but Meghan is not objective, so ...

There's so much to criticize about Meghan's ideas and the way she treats others that I have a hard time understanding why people tend to focus on her appearance first.

Eh, if you're an English teacher you surely see worse grammar mistakes than that every day. I know I do!

Meghan's husband has made several nasty tweets about Ana, one implying that her accent is fake.

To Abby's credit, when they were praising her for catching Ivanka in a lie, she looked pretty uncomfortable. She knew she didn't really do anything.

Christ, she just has a bachelor's degree. There must be millions of "highly educated" people in this country if that's all it takes.

What I don't understand is how the other cohosts don't throw Meghan in a burlap sack and beat her with sticks.

I have a new respect for Sunny after watching her stay calm while Meghan was screaming about infanticide. I nearly bitch-slapped my TV.

Maybe she was wondering where they got all those bearskin rugs, or why someone with a sex dungeon also has an open floor plan.

Whoopi is still sick? It's been a while, I hope nothing is seriously wrong.

I just finished watching the first segment of today's episode and I'm seriously considering whether I should stop watching The View for good because I hate Meghan McCain so much.
