My doctor called the risk factors for type 2 diabetes the "4F" factor: Fat, Forty, Female, with a Family history of diabetes. Twit is fat, female, close to 40. We don't know about family history (unless I missed that discussion.) So I'd bet a lot of money that unless she turns her life around, she WILL be diabetic (if she isn't already.)

And she'll claim that she eats only yogurt, grapes, and crackers with sugar-free jam.

And she'll be scared.... and there will be a montage of her shoving vast quantities of greasy, salty food into her gob as quickly as possible. ;-D

I had never used a pressure cooker before, either, but I think the IP controls the pressure so it won't explode. (Not necessarily true of IP knockoffs....) A tip for you and anyone else: when you open the pressure valve when cooking is complete, put a clean dish towel over the opening. This allows the steam to dissipate without getting superheated steam all over your kitchen cabinets.

Speaking of inappropriate music in commercials.... Several years ago there was an ad for headphones that used Hozier's "Take Me to Church" in their commercial. I was like "Ummmm, really?" You have to wonder if those adholes knew anything about the song other than a catchy tune.

No, she's actually around 400. She's pretty short. And she *should* wear a 4X leggings and a 3X sports bra. Those clothes are waaaay too tight. That was sort of my point.
