  1. idk i feel pretty empty about this episode since it felt pretty useless to me??? sam got his soul back regardless so...eh. they should have just stuck with dean keeping the ring on to get sam's soul back imo. i'm glad that sam's soul is back - however wrecked it will surely be - and i'm even gladder that we didn't have to trudge along with fake sam for so long, but how he got it back felted rushed. i feel sam getting his soul back should have been a two parter. and i understand about dean's feelings on saving people and especially with family, i really do, but him dodging the girl didn't feel right to me. it's just as he said in S1, "I'm scared for the lengths I will go to protect you guys." i thought dean would have felt really bad but he wasn't doing this whole death thing for fun, he was doing it for sam. so he would have just taken her soul and trucked on. i know actions have consequences but dangit if i wasn't sour the nurse was killed because of dean. i'm so sick of things being his fault, FPS!
  2. yes, i quite don't like how so many plots makes us frustrated or even mad at the man for not breaking the glass and expressing his feelings, when the woman can do it all the same. but amanda is ignoring her feelings even worse than sidney and makes her a bit annoying.
  3. would anyone mind if i took up the job of making episode threads for S1 and 2 for the upcoming final one? i made episode 2 of S1 after all.
  4. hm, that sounds like a better suggestion because i was confused why they showed the girl at the end and that was it. ------- at first, i actually thought it was a real ghost for a good minute, because of my watching lots of episodes of supernatural beforehand, lol. i searched up the hill murder and the real culprit admitted to his crime, so there's that. i wanted to read the book the indian girl stolen though! as for the love interest, i was a bit "eh" at the interest of monica, because in the mid 1900s i would be fine with not so "woke" main characters. i mean, in times like this with main characters in this timeline, it's a bit unrealistic for not one of them to be prejudiced. i mean bigotry was a huge thing during the time, affecting lots of people. they honestly believed what they were doing was right. so i wouldn't be offended or anything if morse showed any signs of such. it would be more interesting, in fact, for morse to have these biases (not to a huge degree you see, he wouldn't want monica hanged or anything like that) and grow from them by knowing more and more of monica. BUT notice how i said that's how i felt at first. it's 1966, a huge jump for civil rights and women's liberation, so this would be have be a bit more regular than say 10 years ago. and looking at morse's character, it's believable that he wouldn't care about what monica looked like. and i hear that the racism in london wasn't nearly as toxic as it was in the US. so by all of these reasons, monica gets a pass (as well as morse). that being said, i and my sister were mortified when they saw each other at the bar. my sister says she would have ran after her directly but i said i would have probably stood there stunned, as morse was. i was confused and even a bit hurt, i admit, when he didn't bother around her place and explain, but the show was clear to show that he felt guilty and even a tad bit afraid to approach her, as shows when he was going into his room and heard monica's door lock move and he quickly jumped into his own room. then there was this mission he had, which kept him quite busy as well. so i wonder how he will have to scrap up his efforts and try again.
  5. S13 comfirmed for netflix: link:https://lifehacker.com/here-s-what-s-coming-and-going-from-netflix-in-may-2018-1825498620/amp
  6. hey, your suggestion makes a lot more sense than mine, because i am so lost without it tbh lol. that is actually a more logical conclusion for what the show was proposing. as i said before i didn't know exactly what is was trying to show.

ah okay, that makes sense then. ??
  8. yes, i read an article about S3 returning. BBC hacked it though. sad.

    S02.E01: Trove

i like the actor of morse, because he isn't a benedict cumberbatch or any of the detectives in US TV nowadays (i know he isn't exactly a detective but bear with me). he's in the middle of very cute and normal looking, which is pretty darn refreshing for a male lead in these type of shows. he's not so unnatractive that one would ignore him, but his looks aren't enough to sorely pull in viewers, so you really have to pay attention to the story. so kudos go to the casting director. shaun not only has the looks but the talent. that is, if the director planned on my explanation of his looks exactly. my favourite part of the episode was when the car backfired next to morse and he jumped, and fred quickly jumped to find logical reasons why he did, instead of admitting and possibly humiliating morse on his PTSD. as funny as it was, my reasoning is that PTSD was probably still seen as a mental illness and fred couldn't bear seeing that in morse. poor morse, he just got back on the job from getting shot and gets beat up! on another after thought, i wonder if morse brought his sister to oxford since they both don't have much to go by at home.
  10. for one thing i clearly put "crazy" in quotations as i am doing now, which meant i wasn't seriously using that word. secondly, it's not as sam sleeping with women at the general subject, but how it is portrayed so far. sam's "activities" have been seen as strange which i don't understand how that adds to his soulessness. so i am in total agreement of all the examples you used. sam doing all those things with those women? seen as normal. but now the show is making it seem like it's not normal and it's because of his soulessness. i mean it would be different if the women had some traits at least we could see that differentiated fake sam and real sam. but so far i haven't seen a clear "type" for sam. so if fake sam was into asians, thicker bodies, or even strictly used hired sex, that would at least be something. but i don't see anything that would make me gasp and do a "tsk" at sam, and even if i did, how on earth would that add to his soulessness? i don't think the show has explained much if any of that so far (in my own opinion, souless sam would have no interest in sex in the first place). that's what confuses me and i hope i clarified enough for you. P.S. still thinking on the sex thing, i think it would be a better example showing the differences would be that whole year sam was away with samuel, instead of using his "puppy dew eyes" and his harsh interrogation eyes, he would try to seduce the females they had to interview to try to get info out of them. THAT would not only make a clear difference of how sex was used between the two, but show how souless fake sam was. idk just throwing something out there.
  11. oh well. you guys have done very well on hiding spoilers even amongst yourselves so far, when all know everything anyway. there's bound to be slipups. don't think too hard on it ;)

    S06.E10: Caged Heat

samuel did, when he used the "angel go away" sign. i don't know much about sex but i honestly thought people did that, at least some lol. i mean if people record theirselves having sex why not do anything sexual together with the cameras off? *shrug*
  13. yes but when is it going to hit netflix, is the real question of the day. all the other seasons are there.

    S06.E10: Caged Heat

i was just thinking that when dean got knocked on the back of the head by one of meg's goons. like they both would get random headaches for sure time to time. and as i said before it would be cool if they had one or two face scars but i guess that would be too much for the make-up team. anyway, sam and dean are right; even if they aren't killed in the midst of battle, their bodies are going to give out soon and they will die at a fairly young age simply because of their lifestyle. it doesn't help they eat diner food and drink alcohol more than any liquid as well. but that's leading off. ------ crow is a smart aleck demon as most and annoyed me, but i still liked him out of all demons. so they didn't explain why he was talking with himself in the beginning? i'm expecting an explanation later in the season because that was R A N D O M. i actually feel bad every time the bros call cass. he's in a really serious battle after all. cass sizing sam up was a good scene. "What can you do, boy?" since he is full powered mode he is not to be messed with. cass kissing meg was so weird i looked away, lol. "I feel so...clean." i would like a "clean" kiss too, meg. ;) "You're thinking there is a next time-" "Whatever gets you through the night." tell em, dean. it directly reminded me of the other moment: "You better aim good, because when I come back, I'm gonna be pissed." i'm so happy i can relate so fiercely when it comes to sam and dean for each other, but samuel was already dead when he threw cass away. P.S.: "You can't look at porn in a room full of dudes." why? would you prefer with a bunch of women? genuinely curious.
  15. jared is just taking his sweet time with dead sam i see. he's done such a great job and this has to be the best so far. he played that scene in the diner when dean was running so well. he expressed timid interest, just the right amount. if anything he was curious at most. it's interesting seeing this because seeing dead sam act like this indirectly shows us how sam would be acting. dead sam goes left, real sam goes right, and so on. "Oh no. I think the fourth is kinda a butt thing." LMAO dean walking in on sam and the woman was way too funny. "Dean!" he sounded matter of factly. he looked so cute. but even for that i don't understand why sam's having sex so much more often. soulessness = sex crazy? i mean i don't even get it. and i'm not saying sam is exactly "crazy" for sex but....it's just strange to me. i don't get the message. the doctor from star trek next gen! i always liked him. good to see him NOT in that perpetual suit. loved the david bowie (rest in peace) song with dean defeating the "hot naked fairy lady". with nipples. P.S. NOT at sam being almost as tall as the cornrows. just wow. he must be almost 7ft!
  16. my favourite part of the ep is when sam runs after lucky. that was so cool. and my mother said after watching this she feels the bros need a dog ;)
  17. is there any story on how that came to be? he simply asked to direct or...???
  18. i just realised how much more of a torture this is. bring a body back, but keep the soul in hell. sam's been trapped a whole year in hell, a whole lot longer than dean's time. 4 months is 40 years right? 12 months is....i must refrain a shudder. aw, i liked dean's "Hey" to sam when he got in the car. "You really thought I wouldn't come back?" "I had it 60/40." never, ever trusted grandpappy and co. i'm fully with dean on the no trust side of things. besides just because they are related doesn't mean they have to bond. screw that. and he knew about sam's souless problem the whole time. snake. so crowley had his soul the whole time. DANGIT ALL. if we knew ahead of time bobby could have made him give back sam's soul! favourite lines: "Where do you think we go?" "Legoland?" "If we get through this, we're going to have a hell of a family meeting."
  19. this happens all the time with netflix. someone supposedly says a line and we go back to hear it and we don't. someone yells in the background and we don't hear that either. i don't know what's the problem lol ----------- oh thank GOD. i thought we would have to suffer the whole season trying to find out what was wrong with sam and having to look at him lie to dean the whole time as well. dangit if i didn't almost push all my negative feelings aside with him using his Appeal voice. so who is sam exactly tho? also i don't care that dean kicked sam's behind since it's not really him and honestly real sam would have greatly appreciated that anyway. he wouldn't have minded that at all, i feel. EDIT - RANT; FORGOT TO ADD THIS: wtf is lisa talking about dean would never be happy with sam (and i'm assuming she meant vice versa)????? this is purely my opinion, but while dean shows a lot of care for lisa and her son, he doesn't love them THAT much. he's only known them a year FPS. so where does she get off implying he would be happier/better with her? secondly, wtf is she talking about sam and dean's relationship being unhealthy? who tf is she to say what is healthy and what is not for a sibling relationship? and then she has the gall to compare them with herself and her sister. "We're close but I wouldn't bring her back from the dead!" well that's YOUR PROBLEM SISTER. it's sometimes as a running gag in the show, but how some characters in the series show their distaste for how close the brothers are now itches my skin, thanks to lisa being horribly judgemental. why don't you people leave them be. they're not hurting anyone, they're not trying to make siblings be just like them, so what is making these people say such things? as for me, i WOULD being either of my sisters back from the dead. BECAUSE THEY ARE MY LOVED ONES. why WOULDN'T i try to bring them back in my life? if ben died and lisa had a chance to bring him back, would anyone be thinking anything about that? give me a freaking break. lisa can go choke on her words of what she said. she had no right saying those things.
  20. soulless? isn't that a spoiler? shouldn't you put that as a spoiler? D: ----------- sam watching dean get turned just floored me. i can't even...what???? and dean freezing when he saw it in his memories. why why why must we keep beating these two boys in the ground. can't the situation bringing them apart be an outsider for once? ;_; LET THEM LIVE. i mean the way dean tiredly called out "Sammy...." like WHY. WHYYYY... dean dragging the head over and half standing on it...idk i felt it was too much? but maybe he was so violent because he was in vampire mode, so i can drop it at that. the parody in the beginning was too delicious. i never saw any of the movies and speed read the first book to laugh at it and that beginning scene was so perfect of the first book. any bashing of twilight i'm 100% for.
  21. first? he does more? and that makes sense because i was entirely lost with people praising jensen when i'm like "but he was barely in the episode...." lol ------ rufus is amazing. i love him so much, i'm thoroughly anticipating his character throughout the show. honestly i thought bobby would get in some real trouble going behind crowley's back but it all turned out okay. he even got his legs back! i knew not to trust crowley, ruby made sure of that. i knew it would never happen but i'm still mad he never got to eat his cobbler, poor guy. he had ice cream and everything! also random but i liked how crowley said his own version of "balls" when he got caught. "Bollocks!"
  22. ah okay, i misunderstood you there. my apologies.
  23. i know a lot of the audience must have loved shirtless sam, but to be honest it fell flat for me. even my father, who was there at the time, couldn't believe that was all sam and even called out editing or photoshop, lol. it's not that it's not a fantastic body, which it is. in fact i'm still wracking my brain on how on earth could jared have achieved such a body. but it's just that it didn't fit him. i don't know, i'm a simple gal. i liked smaller, thinner sam that was in S1-3. i definitely would have appreciated shirtless sam then. oh well. on a bright side, though, i have noticed how more and more attractive sam is getting on each episode. even my brother looked at sam in a recent episode and wondered what was so different looking about him. maybe the hair? already ep 3 and so sick of sam's lying and saying "I'm fine." obviously he's not. hell kinda does something to a man. and he's not saying a word. sigh. yaaaay cass! sam mocking him was funny. "Dean and I do share a more profound bond. I wasn't gonna mention it." watching cass in full powered angel mode is so epic to watch. i wonder how this angelic civil war is gonna be. will sam and dean have to help cass find the rest of the staff or will he do it himself? raphael is so interesting but the actor who plays him has crumbled :( so now what will happen? balthazar is interesting too, hope he comes back.
  24. wow....i was...i was saying if sam thought the sam as i did then i can't be the only one thinking that. that's all. i don't see how my saying my opinion matching up with sam's makes it accurate or whatever but you do you i guess. there were no thoughts swayed in this episode. in fact, none of my opinions on the entire show up to now have been swayed because of what anyone said inside of it. i thought what sam said in the first minutes of the episode, long before he uttered the words. again, i never said the similarities of john and dean is their hunting choices. obviously not. but john was pretty strict with them and didn't give them a lot of freedom, and that's just what dean was doing. they were doing it for the sake of love and protection but the similarities are there.
