Happy to see Emily come into her own again...but I’m still kind of skeptical of her... I also watch Love after Lick up...or is it Luv after lick up??? I FF just to see Angela and Tony....for the most part...because they’ve been around so long.. Emily vs Angela...my post is below once again...apologies if redundant...I’m finding double post and empty posts...Ay Dios Mios!!!! I guess I missed some of Tony talk about Angela... a lot of these shows I will watch while on my computer working at night...little needed breaks here and there.. At any rate...I’m a half episode behind on RHOC...we have Emily/attorney...and Angela an educated (hopefully) counselor here on LAL.....and it occurred to me once again... intelligence and education can in fact BE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE...sad but true in these cases it seems... get a pair...both of you...Angie baby and Em!!!! lol (obvi having a pair and confidence not mutually exclusive)!!?...can’t quite wrap my head around the two “exclusive” terms at this current stage of lack of sleep...lol....🤣...corrections more than welcome for this ol gal!!!! I am terminally dyslexic at times...no shade or shame...just truth here...quite a bit on my plate...as it were...Taxes...and...heart procedures...for Afib...also.. still dealing with broken windows when strung out 30 yr old kid jumped through Buck naked at my house this last week.... (bailed himself out at 14.5 K evidently)...and I have 1K deductible?... eff that noise...!!! I HAVE to repair all 3 double panes...dammit... .they should have added my insurance deductible to his bail in restitution fees upfront IMO... I’m about to raise holy heck about this... for ALL victims of “victimless crimes?” .for gawd sakes RELEASE the pot heads...and house the ppl who need life lessons!!! If you prisons have no cells available...put away ppl that actually cause damage for fuck sakes!! Go through and see if the prisoner ORIGINAL crime is even a crime in 2020!!! If not? Get on that shot and release him/her...and go nation wide.... im on a soapbox now and I apologize...🤭

Familial...cultural/ethnic/religious celebrations aside... straight up simple birthday parties...is what Nancy was talking about... (4 years = 4 kids...7 years = 7 kids...yada yada.....) Then article read this morning was also straight up saying...No More than 3 gifts for any holiday combining up regardless of how many days of celebration....regifted or go with smaller non gifts beyond the THIRD....

Location location location.... im currently living in 5200 square foot home in Fresno..(here to be near grandkids after daughter met my wonderful son in law while we were up at Bass Lake... anyway...it’s Huge....it’s worth (maebe 500k?)..unbelievable!!!but I’m inland..but it’s not Bass Lake or Yosemite... .. I own homes in Ventura...2 near beach.(5 houses back but overlook State beach..and Ventura Pier...the another 8 houses back but no view...both down on Pierpont Lanes.(2200 sq ft...and 3200 square feet)...then one near VTa college.. (1100sq ft...( this is the same house 30 yr old kid jumped through my kitchen windows earlier in week)... this one near college? 1100 sq ft built in 1954...never remodeled is on Zillow..est at 687K.... bought in 1988 for 92K it’s ridiculous...but true... cant really compare...it’s all about location...like I said in another post...is Kelly Dodd house “condemned” who gives a fuch through the hole of a rolling doughnut? She has THE MOST valuable domicile if the group...(not considering Dubrows)...Tear downs are a premium... Those little bungalows that use to be vacation homes from ppl inland??? Yes...unfortunate....maybe... but being above a 4.0 GPA isn’t uncommon...with all the over achievers out there and ‘weighted’ system.. at times it’s parents..forcing kids into situations...(in years since my kids’ college experiences..it has all become odd and wildly competitive....... Back in day...(it was closing in on being a duck storm of competition...but thankfully ...I was able to have 3 in UCLA...and one in Pepperdine...once again...🙏thankfully when a 3.98...to 4.2s GPAs were good enough... ... 😤and NO...they were NOT fake Crew Team members....and I did NOT bribe anybody with 500K... lol....😁 (I just HAD to add a Lori/ Felicity joke in there....)
