Possibly an unpopular opinion, but I loved her brunette makeover! Her blonde was definitely too yellow and she honestly kind of blended in with blonde hair. I kept getting her and Buccaneers Courtney confused until after the makeovers, after that Loren really stood out to me!

I've always wondered that, too. Like... how awkward would it be to be like, "OK, I'm leaving for practice now... guess I'll see you later." Especially since Meghan was living with 2 DCC's and had such a dramatic exit. Whether or not they move out probably depends on how long of a lease they signed, I think most of the TCC's just do a short-term or month-to-month lease if they don't know for sure they'll stay in Dallas.

Was she the one who was the fan pick? I don't remember seeing her again, I'm not sure she would have made it to training camp without the fan vote. Kelli and Judy didn't seem wowed by her.

Is it available on streaming? I loved that show, it was so rare to see families that were a lot like mine on TV! (Had some white trash tendencies, money problems, etc). Too bad Roseanne is such a horrible person. I couldn't get into the reboot even after she got kicked off.

I don't know what kind of jobs those ladies have, but if you work a typical office job it might be hard to dedicate the time needed to be a group leader. I know that they've said on the show before that group leaders lead practices with their groups and if needed, meet up with any rookies in their group that are struggling.

Was it ever mentioned that Courtney and Meagan cheered together at Tampa Bay? I was re-watching their season yesterday and I remembered Courtney had cheered for them, but forgot until Meagan's intro that she had as well. Strange that they weren't given a Danielle/Jasmine or Tarah/ Savannah storyline. I believe that was the year that Kelli dubbed the "year of the comeback girl" so it was odd that they didn't mention her at all. They usually feature past TCCs who had been cut and tried out again.

Oh, I liked her, too! She tried out for several years (watching on Pluto I see her at finals at least twice before she made it to training camp). Courtney from Florida (Erika's roommate) was good, too. I was surprised she only stayed for one season, she seemed like one that was going to be around for several years. She was curvier in general but a lot of it was boobs.

I agree, she seemed very genuine in her rookie season. I still remember her grandmother coming to Meet the Team night, she was just adorable! I really thought Kalyssa would be one that would stick around for several years and do well, it was surprising to me that she left so early and then went on to do the type of modeling that she's doing now.

I think it was Whitney? I don't remember Ashton being point but I could be wrong. I googled to see if I could find a performance and this is interesting, it looks like there wasn't a "point" (at least in this performance), Ashton and Whitney were both in front. I loved Ashton, she was such a cute and dynamic dancer! To be fair, it was Judy that got offended about Lauren Castillo's answer. Kelli told Judy, "You put a landmine out for her," meaning basically there was only one correct answer that Judy wanted and Judy wouldn't accept anything other than that. Nobody other than Judy seemed to be bothered by it.

It stormed like crazy in my neighborhood! Our patio table and umbrella flew into our pool! Seems like it was kind of hit and miss around the metroplex, Allen supposedly had a tornado and lots of people lost power. But yes, it does feel cooler today, thank goodness!

I have a soft spot for Meredith, I know her (very very casually) and she is super sweet and a hard worker. She is older than a lot of the girls on the team and has had a lot of experience in other types of dance. DCC/power pom isn't her strongest style so it wouldn't surprise me if she took her cut as a chance to move on. I don't think she's one that really made DCC her entire life.

That was a strong class of rookies! I always think of the upcoming fourth year girls being a big class but I guess a bunch of them just retired (Miranda, Alexis, Molly, etc)

I actually really liked the darker hair on Loren. She looked good as a blonde as well (just needed the yellow fixed), but she really stood out in the crowd as a brunette. I couldn't tell her and Courtney (the blonde from Florida) apart until after makeovers. The next season (her second year), she was still brunette but it was a little lighter and looked more natural.
