The show is very Niche, but I wonder if there is the possibility it could be on Paramount+ like how Rupauls Drag Race Allstars is specifically on that Network too? Just a thought.

I understand that people might not want to share private medical information on an Instagram post but I also don’t think her friends would comment “You are beautiful, sis!” if her parent was dying. But hey, that’s just me. At this point, it’s all guessing and speculation!

She’s received lots of support from her teammates and DCC alumni, but no one has sent prayers her way, so I’m not sure it’s terminal cancer in the family etc. Its all “love you sis, you are beautiful and brave.” If this is truly an unselfish reason for leaving that deserves concern or sympathy, they surely are not rolling this out well. Is it possible she is taking a year off to pursue something non-DCC related and doesn’t have the time to commit to the team, irking Kelli and Judy?

We'll have to wait to see them dance before we can assess if they are the best, but I can certainly say it's the whitest we've seen in a long time!

Taking bets: which one goes red for Kelli?

I never understood why Katelynn never made the DCC - not even Training Camp. She danced on the LSU Tiger Girls with Tess, Khalyn, Cersten, Erica and her kicks were as high and pretty as Lacey's. She was tall, gorgeous, long legs, high kicks. She was even profiled during Finals, but then her number was never called. They've taken so many more RANDOM girls whose kicks sucked, who didn't have "the look" or needed a makeover, or had no previous dance experience. They said her hair was too dark (!?) and that was it. I truly thought it was weird editing and that there was more to the story behind the scenes. Curious if anyone else knows.

This definitely seems the most believable of any list I've seen, so thank you! I suppose the only "surprise" is Sydney... but not much of a surprise?!

Hasnt Vet of the Year always gone to a vet who is retiring? Heather, Bridget, Kashara? Maybe someone has more info but my impression was that the Vet of the Year is usually in her last year... 😬

Victoria is close to LOTS of people on the team. They just happen to be from the 1980's squads!!!

Not trying to start anything but the DCC are 2 for 2 when it comes to girls in blackface becoming the point of the triangle!! Not a joke, just a fact!

Armani was the standout here for me. When I first watched it, I could have sworn it was a Veteran because she was so powerful and confidant.

This is so important to reiterate. The girls do 10 home game performances a year. A YEAR! Blah blah blah world class blah blah kick to their heads.. at the end of the day, they need more than just dancers. They are PR/Marketing for the Cowboys organization. They wave poms at grocery store openings, chat with fans, pose for photos with veterans at retirement homes and maybe, if they are lucky, do a rare performance with a popular musical act (packaged as part of the deal with the stadium rental). For every good dancer, they also need a chatty, charismatic, charming person for meet and greets. Kat may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but she definitely made a positive impression here. I imagine Savannah is the same - her ROTY award proves that. I haven’t drank the Koolaid about World Class Performers, but I see them for what they are: Cheerleaders, on and off the turf. I love great dancing but I’d much rather meet Kat in person than some of the best dancers from seasons past. Edit: not to dip my toe into the Hannah discussion but there is something a bit off about a “sad cheerleader” - kinda defeats the purpose? Also she wasn’t fired. They re-audition every year, knowing they can be cut for all sorts of reasons: gaining weight, making questionable decisions in the past year, not representing the brand properly, etc. She was cut for reasons she questions but 'fired' is incorrect. And I say this as a Hannah fan!

When Travis called out Tori and she got a talking head, I immediately thought "who is this person?" Never saw or heard of Tori before tonight.

I agree with this. Kat may be extra but I’ll gladly take it compared to the other girls who like as exciting as a sandwich made of two pieces of white bread and mayonnaise.

I'm also a huge Kat fan and supporter. The thing with Kat is that she messes up, but when she's on, she's a star and you can't take your eyes off her. When Meredith gets it right, you just feel relieved she didn't mess up. But I wouldn't say she stands out in a group of dancers. Lily and Brennan unfortunately are not the strongest dancers in the group - clean but blenders. And as someone mentioned above, it really does sound like Lily is on the verge of tears whenever she speaks. I just think they were outdanced by prettier blonde rookies - Dani and Jessica are both stunning. I always notice them in the groups when they are dancing, and it's pretty amazing considering half the time they are wearing masks and you can still see their beauty. So far, this hasn't been my favorite season to watch (it seems very one-note because it's 8 episodes of dancing in a hotel conference room), but bigger picture I'm excited by the group of Rookies. They have amazing, exciting dancers (Amanda, Ashlee, Kelcey, Chandi, Caroline, Amber, Armani, Darian) and also some of the prettiest girls in a while (Rachel W, Kat, Darian, Dani, Jessica). Especially after two seasons of such "Meh" leaders and points (Amy, Maddie, Tess, snooze city).

In relation to the bubble, how did the girls travel from their "dedicated two floors of the Gaylord" to AT&T stadium? Were there bus drivers or other people they had to pass going from one place to another? Interesting they show the temperature checks, masks and constantly reference "the bubble" but then casually just travel to the stadium and don't really mention how they get there/get back/what measures they are taking for that. Also strange that Kelli wears a mask but Judy wears a Faceshield (but no mask). Also, a as a gay guy from NYC, I still can't help but chuckle/be shook every time they say "The Gaylord Texas." I hear ya, girl!

They also held that against Cassie. .. Oh wait no, Cassie actually came back and said not every DCC needs to be smiles and positivity. Some can be stern or disciplinarian. As long as they are related to TPTB. I always get my DCC rules mixed up!!

Is that Armani in the center? After rewatching this week's episode, and also watching her dance on her instagram account, she is quickly becoming my #1 favorite of all - and that includes veterans. She and Amanda are 🔥🔥🔥 Edit: It seems like it is Armani in the center - she's the only rookie in this! Sad she didn't make Showgroup!

I love Armani, so I don't mind if they keep giving her positive screen time! Darian too. I also thought Sydney came off more intelligent this episode, and less 'arrogant' as some have called her. Jada showed she'd be a great, mature teammate when consoling Alora Rose. I have no clue who Jessica, Ashlinn, Dani, Claire (not the one who was cut) and Tori are though - currently all just basic white girls.. there are probably more too but I don't even remember their names! The only weird part was the manufactured drama during Armani's website graduation - she couldn't find her name, and then she just forwarded to hour 1.2 (of 9 hours!) to see her name announced?! With that weird music playing?! I loved being able to see more dancing overall in this episode but it felt anticlimactic and weird.

BUT THEY ARE WORLD CLASS!!!! Often imitated but never equaled!!!!

Such a bummer last years rookies weren’t able to participate in swimsuit calendar shoot - Kat, Amanda, Shandi, Kelsey would have all been great. And I know Kat isn’t a favorite dancer here but shed be a stunning magazine covergirl.

Has anyone considered that maybe Alora Rose is a Message Board Operative and she was sent to the DCC to sell that product to Marissa so she would lose all her hair, as revenge for her horrible TikToks?!

I was never a Gina fan but I’ve grown to really like her (or what we see of her). Also she’s lost that vocal fry and seems like a more mature, normal person now (I’m ignoring the weird photoshopped Instagram images). I think she had the potential to be future Group 1 Leader so I highly doubt she retires.

I'm surprised to see Chandi buried in the back despite being on Showgroup. I was under the impression that showgroup members made up the "front" of the triangle. If anything, I would have they swamped her with Briana who is on the opposite outside edge.
