Strabismus is eyes going in different directions. It didn't look like that, but the actual size of each of her eyes look different to me.

Besides the gums, which I noticed immediately, isn't her right eye way larger than the left? Maybe it's the camera angle.

I have been searching but I am unable to find any pics of their baby. I did, however, in my search find a pic of a baby laying down in a heart shaped assembly of syringes. WTF?
