  1. I thought the Quartet of instrumental performers they had hired was fantastic. I don't know why they didn't let them play until Tina had changed, instead of standing around looking bored.
  2. I thought the episode was very funny. I felt Dottie was deliberately pushing Abishola's buttons, possibly because she wanted more interaction with her own family members. The family members seemed fine to let Abishola handle everything, instead of trying to learn what they should do to help their mother. I don't think Dottie is racist because I believe she admitted to dating "people of color" and was borderline inappropriate with the 2 male Nigerian workers.
  3. They did spend that magical night "boning" at the lake.
  4. What would they do if they found her? Alice had barman henchman there
  5. They should have put some of that primo nudity into the first episode. They were trying to make me question why I was watching. That poor girl have to stand all day in the freezer aisle to make sure her natural popsicles stayed hard.
  6. Kelly was upset that Alex might be in danger even though Alex is equipped to handle danger. While Kelly is in extreme danger from a tidal wave and doesn't even realize it because she is wearing those stupid VR lenses. Why are people doing VR simulations while walking around outside. It is dangerous enough doing it inside an empty room.
  7. I liked the scene of Brett dressed as a rabbit putting carrots in the refrigerator.
  8. I am not sure that you have to be a camp counselor to be brought back or if Mr. Jingles' mother was the one that started the curse. I don't remember anything that she said or did that might have been the start of bringing people back from the dead. Mr. Jingles was brought back from the dead by Satan after pledging his soul. That is why Mr. Jingles and Ramirez are able to leave the camp while all the other people who died are forced to stay at Camp Redwood. Dr. Hopple drove her car off of the Camp Redwood property, how far off, I am not sure. Dr. Hopple might have been spared being brought back from the dead. That still doesn't explain how stupid hippy ghost managed to get run over so far away from the camp, before being driven back to camp. This is my biggest plot hole so far.
  9. Billy Idol Flock of Seagulls The Go-Go's with Belinda Carlisle Debbie Gibson Dexy's Midnight Runners Kajagoogoo Men Without Hats Rick Springfield Paul Shaffer Toni Basil Thompson Twins Gary Numan
  10. I could watch Bad Janet fart all day, I even (mentally) added a few more every time she sat down. It was funny that Bad Janet wanted a copy of Brent's book. I thought it was weird that they let Brent say "damn it", should it have been modified?
  11. Edward Scissorhands? I was going from memory, since I had already erased the DVR. My first thought was Edward Scissorhands, but I thought Edward Scissorhands fingers were longer, skinnier, and different sizes and of course had a few scissors thrown in there. The thing I remembered most was that all the blades looked the same size (what I was focused on, since that was where all the comedy magic was happening). I looked at the scene again online (through analysis) and it was indeed an Edward Scissorhands costume, but the blades were the part of it that threw me and stuck hardest in my mind, all the blades looked short, thick and the same size, hence, Freddy Krueger. In the picture below, it shows that there seems to be a little mixture of both characters in the knives/scissors. On closer inspection, the blades look a little Wolveriney (modified Wolverine claws). That scene seemed way darker on my TV than it did when I watched it online. I couldn't help but notice the height difference between Dina and Amy and Jonah and Kelly when they were standing next to each other.
  12. My favorite scene was the cashier wearing the Freddy Krueger fingers trying to pick up the carton of eggs.
  13. 80’s nerd here who worked at a record store. Springfield had a lot of top 10 hits and albums. Don’t hate on the Rickster. (No hard feelings Animemania 😊) Stated in the context of the story.
  14. I was surprised that the trailer had nudity in it. It is an eight episode series and will be released Dec. 20th.
  15. Ramirez would never pledge his soul to a "One-Hit Nu-Wave Clown" like Rick Springfield.
  16. I thought for sure that Ansel was going to tell Dex that Grey gave him a few days off. I thought Dex was going to force Ansel back to work because she didn't have a clue how to run the bar. That might have softened the blow that Grey had put Ansel in danger.
  17. I would probably say this would be my favorite season (I should wait to the end though). It is simple and made sense. There doesn't seem to be a lot of loose ends or story lines thrown in just because they would be sensational. Don't dazzle me with BS, tell me a solid story first, then feel free to hide it in your supernatural fog. I really couldn't comprehend any of the other seasons before this one. The closest I think I got was Cult. I enjoyed the episode, things seem to be reaching a dramatic climax. I would be more than happy if I found out that Billy Idol was Satan and I watched everybody in the camp get slaughtered to "Rebel Yell" MORE, MORE, MORE!, more, more, more.
  18. A place to Respectfully discuss the differences between cultures. All cultures. Music Art Literature Food Clothing People Places Holidays Possibly Religion if done without conflict Laws Customs Example: If you wanted to know more about the clothes that auntie and uncle were wearing when Bob came over for their first date. Names of the articles of clothing. Are these formal or normal outfits? Where would you normally wear such outfits? Etc. This is the perfect place to expand your knowledge.
  19. Seemed like a filler episode that could have been used anywhere. I was wondering where Alice and Betty was staying, I guess they kicked the memory of Gladys Jones to the curb. I am surprised that Alice and Betty would let Cheryl keep the twins, they must want some visitation rights. Nana can't be that great a caretaker.
  20. Jo had to arrest Kindred at that moment because it was the only time he was outside without being surrounded by 5 of his lackeys.
  21. Bob hires Abishola to take care of Dottie in his home while she recovers. Also, Dottie has a hard time dealing with her limitations and takes it out on Abishola. Airdate: November 4, 2019
  22. Is it bad that I would rather be watching the show about some guy beating up people in the grocery store?
  23. I was surprised that they didn't try to give Santa Monica a little fur for her Ewok costume.
  24. I couldn't find the name for this particular work of art so I decided to make up a name. Preparing for the Flood - The study of pant length through the ages.
  25. Pro assassin tip: Don't shoot your gun until you have eyes on your target and know how many people are there. Shooting the cop would have alerted the other cop watching her and would have allowed them to return fire or escape into the woods.
