On a different note erm on the DCC twitter, is it me or is Jinelle further back in this triangle or is it me? I'd have thought she'd be nearer the front this season instead of on the 2nd row from the back of the triangle.
I wonder if they position the girls by making sure the blondes and brunettes are evenly distributed?

I found this clip of Alexandria from her time as a ProBowl cheerleader. Holly is there as well from DCC. She looks like she is having so much fun! On a side note I have to say visually there is something just so stunning about the DCC outfit verses the other teams that just sets them apart from the rest. The first word that came to mind was elegant verses gym wear if that makes sense.

Second, I can't believe Dayton did not make the team. She did so much better that Cassie Trammel did when she tried out, and yet, she made

disappointing her!! There is definitely a difference in treatment for sure.
I also have a feeling that Brianna was kicking low during semifinals, because she had just tried out for the Rockettes, and she was kicking at their level.
Just wondering if she got confused?? Just a theory.

I recently saw an episode of Botched where a patient had a similar issue. They were able to fix it easily. I feel bad she had such a bad surgeon.

In senior age divisions (18 and under) international teams can compete but it's usually just US teams. I think there were like maybe 5 Canadian teams among the different senior divisions this year, but it's just really hard for non US teams to get a bid (aka invite). In international open divisions (17 and up) there are a lot more international teams and a top 3 rule (only top 3 from each country makes finals - stupid rule I think). Also I want to note there are multiple divisions at worlds - this year there were 12, next year there will be 14 - and imo worlds is kind of a glorified nationals especially in the senior divisions where it's 99% US teams. While it's not US only it does take place in Disney world and it can be hard to get a bid and expensive for international teams, especially senior teams who aren't guaranteed a spot in finals (hell it can be expensive for US teams) and as a result there are a lot more US teams competing.
Wasn't Kat a junior Olympian? It's still cool but there has to be a difference because I feel like you don't hear about the jr Olympics.
I was in junior olympics for track and it is definitely not on the same level as the Olympics.

I'd forgotten all about Snackwells. You ended up eating eight to feel the same way after you ate two real cookies, ha ha.,
Could it be that the HOF game is delaying the team being finalized. Now that they are back I would imagine that they will look to see how the ladies have progressed while they were away.
Think of all the lbs that were added when Snackwells first came out since they were "fat free"

Generally speaking, I think we tend to be polite (yet honest) to anyone who has had a child/family friend/etc. featured on the show, as well as the rare DCC appearance. And of course like anything online, behave less like dicks than normal when it's not as anonymous anymore. Manners aren't necessary on a forum, but it doesn't hurt.
I'm glad we have someone involved with the organization willing to answer quite a few of our questions (some of them nosy as hell), as reliable insider info doesn't come around terribly often, and it's kind of neat that she also got featured in the season since her daughter auditioned. I'd be just as excited if @LaurenBrook or @LadyMsJay or several others of y'all were shown.
Way back in the days of MBTV we would occasionally get a producer or writer that joined, and I thought it was cool that they would take time to do it. This feels right along those lines to me.
Thank you for writing this? I would also add that I think it is really nice that someone who is putting in some loooooong days these past few months between auditions and training camp is taking the time to read through this forum and answer questions from people who are basically strangers. Remember Shelly is not getting paid for this and is rather funny with her answers. I know I am new to this forum and used to get upset when people would say things that were unkind about Bri and would try to clarify for people so they would understand. I get the whole forum thing now. But I am new and most of you don't know me. Shelly is someone who has been here a while and also was a member of the team. Dayton is also her baby girl. That is why there is so much love for her?

Kelli is still rocking it in a red dress!!! I agree quality over quantity...the level of dance ability and beauty of the ladies is a testament to this. The fact that they draw people from far and wide shows how the DCC is held in such high regard. I love my Ravens and Eagles cheerleaders but I view the DCC on the level of a Broadway dancer. They really are world class performers. Remember I have watched the show somewhat in the past but focused on it this year because of Bri. The level of dance ability and dedication to be a DCC is intense. I have a MBA in marketing and this brand is well maintained by Charlotte, Kelli, Judy, Shelly et al. It makes an Eagles fan like the Cowboys? Just don't tell anyone in Philly that I said that!

It was so nice to see Bri last night. I loved listening to Charlotte get so excited discussing her:) All three of them loved her. Best of the night! I really like Alexandria...it is cool to see them talking and performing verses to just seeing photos. I like that she did not drop the fact she went to the ProBowl game and cheered on a Super Bowl winning team. It shows she does not brag. Looks like according to Kelli she was a group leader for the Patriots.... she will bring not just her dance ability but her leadership ability as well....I was cool to see people we have been following throughout the show. I loved Dayton...she looks so much like Shelly..and is a good dancer as well...Loved that Christina was first in line;)

She had roots like Tara has....I was looking for Alexandria on the left. It is with er her or Kalyssa at point. I saw two bright blondes on left and that is probably Lexie and Brennan. Lauren has the wavy hair. Taryn looks like she is in the middle.

If you look at the hair length of the other blondes, they all have lengthy hair which makes me think that Tara's not in the picture...
It looks like Tara from the jets is in front of Christina. Taryn from the ice angels had a IG story yesterday with her legs in those massage boots.

I have a question about the girls' twitter accounts. I recall in a past episode that the guy who did the social media talk says they over see everything. Don't you think they would see a rogue tweet and shut it down quickly. That may be why they let them keep the twitter account.
