I don't know a lot of the routines...but I loved it when Judy told the girls to do the lasso....seems so appropriate for Texas:)

Hearing Judy talk about changing formations and having to start from scratch to the girls must be mortifying for Jenna. I am not her biggest fan but kudos to her for being able to show face after all the drama and rule breaking. Hearing that someone is "disappointed" in you sure sucks, especially coming from K&J. I'm sure she must feel 2 feet tall. And you just know that some of those girls are loving her fall from grace.

Jenna hugging KaShara bothered me and I'm not sure why. It was like she wanted to make sure KaShara knew it was her spot she was taking. If I got fired from my job, I wouldn't be hugging and congratulating my replacement... I don't know, it was weird to me.
Things are definitely not shown in chronological order like Shelly has said they are because that is Holly with Show Group. They actually blurred her face out during a quick second right before they turned around for kick line #savage
And Allie still has a locker. Sheesh CMT, how old was this footage?
Just a thought..perhaps they don't change the images until they announce the new team....I did not even catch the Holly being on show group in that show...I will have to re watch

Seriously poor decision making all around. I didn't think I would feel any sympathy for Jenna, but I did during the episode. She was caught in a bad spot, tho from what I'm seeing, Holly's friendship might not be worth the trouble.
Jenna still seems immature and childlike to me for her age (based on the office visit) and Holly came across as manipulative and hard. She backpedaled but seemed more angry that she was caught than apologetic. Sigh. The whole time I just wanted her to be like "I'm sorry. It was such a bad choice but I got caught up in the moment."
I think K&J would have had more sympathy for the small town girl with stars in her eyes than a hard 20 year old defying rules. Kelly seemed to be giving her that smidge of benefit but Holly could have played that way better.
From a manager's perspective it comes across as insubordination.

St. Mary's is the sister school to Notre Dame. That is why she cheered for ND. Back in the day ND was an all male school. St. Mary's was the all girl school. Like the seven sisters of the Ivy League. She has graduated college and now lives in Texas. From what I have gathered after she was cut and her IG she is getting ready for trying out again next year. She is still friends with rookies on the team and taking classes.

I noticed Brianna was in the Star tour footage so that was a few weeks old.
That was filmed during media day training. They probably edited that in because she was asked if she would ever date a player and she no....that was a lead in for the conversation in the office at the end.

The issue with leadership is the group leaders are supposed to be an example for their teammates. A leader will also lead by example. Going to a club with Holly is more akin to leading her.into trouble. This is especially true after your bosses call you into the office early in the season to set the expectation that you will lead. The issue at hand in this episode and in the office was the proof Kelli and Judy had at hand. You have to address the situation or the rest of the team will see that as acknowledging that a contract can be broken without consequences. I took a a few leadership classes while in grad school and these are the scenarios we discussed. It also could be perfect for an ethics class as well.
How ironic is this? I just heard Demi's single Sorry not Sorry on the radio. That could have been the theme for the ending of the show?

My thoughts are that could have been the weekend she went home for her Grandmother's funeral.

What I thought was interesting about the Gina situation in the last episode was she has a group of girls who she has been tight with on IG from the start of camp. They even did an IG story tonight claiming they were sideline sistas and they loved each other...Tara being the one who posted that. I imagine that is in response to the latest episode. Who really knows the true story, but it appears she does have some she is close with. Some people may not know how they are coming across. Maybe the conversation Kelli and Judy had with her helped her to understand.

Not deliberately say he possessed qualities others didn't and therefore was more deserving. At the end of the day those qualities will speak for themselves. I get both statements are similar especially in writing, but tone is everything with this kind of stuff. Perhaps Gina didn't want to seem like the insecure girl on tv and veered a bit too far the other way. I think of Mandy last year after solo auditions where she said she thought she performed well, but there were so many other talented women there and it just dependened what the judges were looking for that year. To me Mandy was a shoe in, but her ability to be both confident and humble was so likable in that moment. Male or female I'd be looking for the same attitude.
I live in the Baltimore area and I have watched many interviews of our hometown swimmer Michael Phelps, who is one of the greatest athletes of all time. I have never once heard him talk about how he is better trained or to talk down about his competition. I don't know if Gina realized how she came across. She seems to be real tight with the girls so I doubt they think she is above them. Remember we do not hear the questions the producers are asking her.

JUST READ THE COMMENTS PEOPLE!
My favorite line from a FB comment when someone asked that question was ....and I am paraphrasing.... that question has been passed around more than Thanksgiving dinner?

You know what is interesting Keyra not making show group is that it was either Kelli or Kitty had three girls move to the front and said these were the best from last night and was disappointed in all these rest. Keyra was in that group. She is definitely dynamic but I do not know her background in dance. Maybe they were looking for girls with more dance experience as well since they do more special dance routines. I do think she is a sweetheart and has charisma:)

True, but they don't say "y'all" with a twang. It reminded me of a girl I went to high school with who spent a couple months as an exchange student in Australia; she returned to give a speech about her experience & spoke with a really thick Australian "accent". None of us could roll our eyes hard enough.
She had asked if Brianna should have more of a speech pattern like Danielle who is from the east coast. I was just trying to explain how being on from the Delaware Valley area is much different from Danielle who is from Long Island. It was for those who are not from this area but from the south who may not know the differences. I will have to rewatch since I did not pick up on the twang. Not disputing but clarifying the end of her sentence:)
