SO glad someone else likes Tasha's look! She certainly gets plenty of bashing on here. I think she is without a doubt one of the most beautiful ladies I have ever seen!
The 80's were the best time ever!!
There was a link someone had posted in another thread of all the photos of the past squads. I had to laugh when I looked at the 80's pictures. I believe that was when Kelli was on the team. Lots of perms and "frosted" hair as we used to call to call it;)

What is your opinion on the "more generously cut" shorts?
Mine is that the random, more generously cut shorts stood out WAY too much next to the skimpier cut shorts. And as odd is this may sound, that the skimpier cur shorts were more flattering. The bigger shorts made these perfectly darling girls with figures I can only dream of, look like they were trying to hide a figure flaw. There was no reason on this good green earth to put Kelsey (of all people) in bigger shorts! It was maybe supposed to be a subtle change, but it was glaringly obvious when you have a Jenna in her little shorts with the curve of her tushy peeking out, standing next to a Kelsey whose shorts have 2" more fabric on them. It made Kelsey, Yuko, Tasha etc, look frumpy in comparison. Matronly! And none of these girls are frumpy nor matronly by any stretch of the imagination.
I may be the minority, but I like the smaller shorts! I'm not talking shorts that are more bikini bottom than shorts, mind you. (Although if I had their figures I'd want my shorts to be "shorter than my attention span"!)
In this photo you can see that the vets have just a slightly smaller short than the rookies. Especially Yuko's -her shorts seem cut higher at the waist and longer in length, and it stands out.
What do you think?
I believe I remember in one of the shows they referenced that they had three different patterns for the shorts depending on the curves of the girls.
just saw the episode last night for last season's fitting. They have 7 different belts based on the girl's curves.

I hope they show some of the rookie's solos in the show. I can't wait to see Bri's dance!

The first one is starting off on the wrong foot, "ready to party, Wtf I'm living my life, Yada, Yada,....." Does she not know she just entered boot camp.?
I know this girl. She is an incredible dancer and is definitely not a partier. She went to high school for dance and this is her dream, so yes she is living her dream. She most definitely is not stupid and happened to have gone to that concert a few weeks back. She is a class act all the way and definitely has DCC style and grace. She is taking this very seriously and is dedicated to her art, dance.
Here is a photo of Bri dancing her solo...you can hopefully tell from this photo that she does take it seriously. Please be kind;)

I have always thought of the DCC as the one team that people love even though they may follow other football teams. It is as if they are part of the Dallas Cowboy organization, but separate in their own way too. They are definitely original and started the idea of people noticing and following the cheerleaders. I am dating myself here, but I remember them being noticed on a national level in the late 70's early 80's They are marketing geniuses. I happen to love Ezekiel Elliot and Dez Bryant since they helped me finish 2nd in my fantasy league last year!!! While I live in Baltimore right now and love to watch the Ravens cheerleaders, Dallas has the best cheerleaders by far. Their brand is worthy of a case study in grad school! DCC has the best dancers in the league.
As far as hashtags go....any more than 5 is too many.
