I don't know a lot of the routines...but I loved it when Judy told the girls to do the lasso....seems so appropriate for Texas:)

Just a thought..perhaps they don't change the images until they announce the new team....I did not even catch the Holly being on show group in that show...I will have to re watch

From a manager's perspective it comes across as insubordination.

St. Mary's is the sister school to Notre Dame. That is why she cheered for ND. Back in the day ND was an all male school. St. Mary's was the all girl school. Like the seven sisters of the Ivy League. She has graduated college and now lives in Texas. From what I have gathered after she was cut and her IG she is getting ready for trying out again next year. She is still friends with rookies on the team and taking classes.

The fact that she was able to get her spot back on the Ice Angels shows that she was valued on that team:)

That was filmed during media day training. They probably edited that in because she was asked if she would ever date a player and she no....that was a lead in for the conversation in the office at the end.

The issue with leadership is the group leaders are supposed to be an example for their teammates. A leader will also lead by example. Going to a club with Holly is more akin to leading her.into trouble. This is especially true after your bosses call you into the office early in the season to set the expectation that you will lead. The issue at hand in this episode and in the office was the proof Kelli and Judy had at hand. You have to address the situation or the rest of the team will see that as acknowledging that a contract can be broken without consequences. I took a a few leadership classes while in grad school and these are the scenarios we discussed. It also could be perfect for an ethics class as well. How ironic is this? I just heard Demi's single Sorry not Sorry on the radio. That could have been the theme for the ending of the show?

I am glad they highlighted Lexie tonight. She is stunningly beautiful and has a grace about her.

What I thought was interesting about the Gina situation in the last episode was she has a group of girls who she has been tight with on IG from the start of camp. They even did an IG story tonight claiming they were sideline sistas and they loved each other...Tara being the one who posted that. I imagine that is in response to the latest episode. Who really knows the true story, but it appears she does have some she is close with. Some people may not know how they are coming across. Maybe the conversation Kelli and Judy had with her helped her to understand.

I live in the Baltimore area and I have watched many interviews of our hometown swimmer Michael Phelps, who is one of the greatest athletes of all time. I have never once heard him talk about how he is better trained or to talk down about his competition. I don't know if Gina realized how she came across. She seems to be real tight with the girls so I doubt they think she is above them. Remember we do not hear the questions the producers are asking her.

My favorite line from a FB comment when someone asked that question was ....and I am paraphrasing.... that question has been passed around more than Thanksgiving dinner?

You know what is interesting Keyra not making show group is that it was either Kelli or Kitty had three girls move to the front and said these were the best from last night and was disappointed in all these rest. Keyra was in that group. She is definitely dynamic but I do not know her background in dance. Maybe they were looking for girls with more dance experience as well since they do more special dance routines. I do think she is a sweetheart and has charisma:)

She had asked if Brianna should have more of a speech pattern like Danielle who is from the east coast. I was just trying to explain how being on from the Delaware Valley area is much different from Danielle who is from Long Island. It was for those who are not from this area but from the south who may not know the differences. I will have to rewatch since I did not pick up on the twang. Not disputing but clarifying the end of her sentence:)
