  1. Right! Hawkgirl! There's also Arthur Danvill's character missing, but I guess he'll appear at some other time... ;)
  2. It's high time! Regarding that set of photos: there's Captain Cold, Iron Ray, Martin Stein, Oliver and Barry... Sara (I guess) and a brunette - Nyssa?
  3. ...I'm still waiting for the Alpha / Omega to make a return... OK then...
  4. I know a girl who justifies her relationship with her fiancee just like that, it's sad to watch and even sadder to listen to. Just like you, my mind refuses to imagine Felicity being this pod-person with Oliver - still it doesn't stop my fear that the writers think it's how Felicity-in-love would act. I mean, they don't see anything wrong in Ray's stalkerish behaviour, they think the relationship is "cute". Either they're lying their heads off because of the incomming spin-off (not throwing shade on its star is a must), or that's what they're really thinking. In which case - I'm sorry for their wives / partners. And for any relationship they'd be writing on these shows...
  5. Felicity's behaviour in this sneak peak from Flash reminds me of someone who tries too hard to convince the world and themselves their choice is the right choice. "Look, he's great! He's my boyfriend. He's a genius. Did i tell you he's great? I mean great! <wink> Great in bed!" It's natural - it's not Felicity, but it's natural. I'm also treating this scene as before Arrow's 3.17, so the lack of continuity does not bother me... What bothers me is that this mat be how the writers imagine Felicity to be in a relationship. And if that's how she is, I don't want Olicity to happen. EVER, Because it would mean Felicity glued to oliver's arm, babbling about his skill of penetration in front of everyone, and being a general door-mat. Which I know - ok, I knew up to this Flash scenes - she is not. She should not be. But since the writers think this is funny, they may go for it full throtle.
  6. I must say I find it perplexing how the Marvel universe keeps supporting their tv shows with guest appearances from the movie verse, while DC keeps shooting the tv verse in the foot. The only instance I'd be happy with this is if DC was developing a Birds of Prey movie. For more than one reason.
  7. Regarding DC pulling yet another character from Arrow... Is it too much to hope it's Black Canary? Too much, I knew it. But who else remains? Not Arrow - it's the titular character Arsenal? Could be, the Teen Titans are coming. Speedy? As above. Dig and Fel are not DC originals, they can't touch them (I hope) It's not Amanda Waller... Malcolm? (yes, please)
  8. As long as Felicity and Diggle do not go with saying "Dinah Laurel Lance, always trying to save the world" they'll be safe. Still I wonder how can they actually help Nyssa - call Ray? (No.) Call Oliver and made him change the League's target? More often than not it seems the plot of this season is written in jumps from one "cool" scene to another "epic" twist. So i guess the writers thought having Nyssa hunted by the LoA is either "cool", "epic" or "game changing". And wrote the rest of the episode to fit the bill.
  9. Oh, now she will be interested, because Sara's return can derail Laurel's little Canary stunt. She took up the mantle to honor her sister, right? And now the Original Canary is back. Kind of makes you redundant, doesn't it? I'm sort of afraid Sara will be taken in by a villainous organization and brainwashed a'la Bucky Barnes... (Other not serious propositions for the spin-off's name: - The Revengers - ATOM and Friends - The Watchtower (this is actually a serious one)
  10. They should name it after the city it takes place in. Anything like "... League" "....Team" sounds like a Saturday cartoon.
  11. Oh dear. I really wanted to give this show a try, but it seems they'll promote it with my least favourite character at the moment. (Hey, i even liked laurel the last time she was onscreen...)
  12. Apart from the fact that white is even more impractical than buckles as far as night crime fighting is concerned... I'm all for Sara taking the mantle of White Canary. She may start as a confused anti-hero, dazed from the effect of whatever happened to her (and maybe a tad amneziac), but soon she'll get flashes of her old self and continue on the correct path. ...and then, during one of her night stints, she bumps into a LoA's new leader, Nyssa al Ghul. And her heart will skip a beat. (Come one writers, I can give this up for free)
  13. I usually download it as Mobi and read it on my Kindle. And have it for later... ... I need to get back to writing... D@mn you, show, for making me lose my Muse!
  14. Oliver's hood not only keeps his ears warm, but also provides a sonic-cry-proof barrier. It's patent pending the moment we speak.
  15. Trying to get my mind off the Olicity scene from the trailer, I was wondering about the remote control on the ATOM suit. At first, I though it was because Ray does not know how to fight - and it's partly true, he doesn't. But I doubt he would handle the reins to his suit so easily. I think that this is a safety mechanism, in case the wearer of the suit was unconscious - so when Ray gets knocked out by the meta human, Oliver can take over and fight. Which I think is what he does. Also, notice in the scene when Palmer is high-fiving Grumpy Ollie, he's wearing the remote control - and the suit high-fives the air in the foreground (nice touch). - - - Now for the Olicity scene ;) I think it will be tied with Felicity saying "I don't want to be a woman you love" after her rant about Thea to Oliver. With Thea probably dead / dying / on her way to LP, Felicity can now see to what lengths Oliver is willing to go to save women he cares about. And she should bring that up in their Nanda Parbat conversation. "I see what it means to be a women that you love." And then Oliver takes off her glasses and actually shows her what it means :)
  16. So, apparently Hexenbiests are bratty like that by nature - Juliette should really get over herself and try to get the most of her new powers. (But I'm almost at the verge of my patience with this character and I won't cry if they ship her away from the show... And bring in someone less bitchy and more usefull) So in love with Wu and his snark. More Wu! Renard lost because him turning into his Zauberbiest persona triggered the wounds - I hope they'll explain soon what does the wounds mean. Prince Kenneth - not a fool. I was afraid Adalind would try to sleep with him to get him belive he's the father, but, to quote Wu: this ship has sailed. He's smug, he's kind of hot, but he hurt my pretty Renard, so he must die. The MOW was cool and, as many have mentioned above, made me wonder about their reproduction process - they did say this kind is rare, though. I wondered also why didn't Belle just kept on avoiding men altogether? I know it's hard, but there should be places where she would be much safer than an almost all-male group of cycling-fans. The whole process seemed like this - the females are always consider beautiful in their human form. Probably they even have some sort of hormones that make men overreact. Once they react, the defense mechanism kicks in - but it seems that once in a while, the mechanism fails. Perhaps the assailants of both the mother and the grandmother knocked them unconscious before the rape? And the defense poison kicked in once both women regained consciousness? That would make sense.
  17. ...and even SA had a mis-step when carrying KC to the bed in Season 1... Sorry, couldn't halp it. And I do get flashbacks to that Laurel/Oliver scene, and i bet there are gifs floating around with comparisons... And still, my heart rejoices as I realize SA is sans shirt when he removes EBR's blouse. So she probably takes the matter into her own hands pretty quickly after he takes off her glasses (swoon!). Btw, that scene alone is the reason I'm starting to wear glasses to bed. Anyhow, if the scenes are cut, at least we'll have Paris... erm, this promo. And millions of fanfics. With pictures. It's funny how one thing sparked my interest in the rest of the season. And season 4. Those sneaky b@stards! (But if it's true that you cannot be Lazarused without a relative close-by - I don't remember that fact from the comics, but there was this note floating around the forum - then Ra's just blew his chance at being resurected when he cast Nyssa away, since this 'verse seeems to be lacking Talia)
  18. There is that shot of femaile eye opening in the promo at 00:55 mark, and just after that Ra's is saying that "death and rebirth are both violent acts". The eye reminds me of Sara a bit. On the other hand, when Ra's says Oliver is going to beg him to Thea, I expect the worst.
  19. Now the important question is... ...which Imagine Dragons song they're going to use for that scene?... (sarcasm mode off)
  20. When i saw these Olicity gifs on tumblr I thought "Damn, that's a crafty manip!" But it's not a manip. And I can't control my excitement. (This will probably end really badly...) But it's so great! Also, the way Ray is so giddy about a team-up and high-fiving Oliver (the grumpy cat Oliver) - may be the first time I actually appreciate Ray's comedy timing. It's a miracle.
  21. I think I can live with that... Also, isn't Casey's trademark the mask, that covers his whole face?... SA can be easily used only for talking scenes in this case... although not putting his excellent physique to good use would be a mortal sin.
  22. Casey was my favourite character in TMNT. Now I'd have to see the movie... Worse, now I'd have to see the previous movie to now what's going on, because I doubt my comic/cartoons knowledge would suffice.
  23. I'm actually kind of excited for Oliver remotely controlling ATOM's suit. I know, I should be wary, but it brings out the little girl in me ;)
  24. Frankly, I prefer the new show to be used to launch subsequent new heroes and spin-offs. Arrow suffers because the producers use it as a launching station. No more! (And, all due respect to Rory, whom I loved. He's no rougishly handsome time traveller. Now, if you're looking for a rougishly handsome men, try these lot: Josh Holloway, Colin O'Donoghue... even Joshua Jackson or Scott Speedman)
  25. A sat-phone proposal ;) Just joking.
