  1. Here are dishes that would send Matthew home: - Making coq au vin in Alton Brown's Comeback Kitchen - Loco Moco. Lol. - Penny Davidi's French Hater Soup
  2. In Matthew language, I would say, that yes, I am excited for him to win. He and Tregaye will be the best partners ever.
  3. Oh, I'm sorry, I meant Cutthroat Kitchen. Thank you for telling me.
  4. I claim right for his 'coq au van' mistake 2 weeks ago. Yeah, I wish it would have been Emilia instead of him.
  5. I would never watch Matthew on his show. He is so self endearing, arrogant, and smug. He even made fun of somebody for their presentation. Here are the shows I would watch: - I would watch Jason's show. He knows how to cook, while being funny, humorous, and energetic at the same time. - Although I did not watch Comeback Kitchen, I would also watch the butt he kicked. Or, perhaps I shall say, the lady he beat to get in the finals (Jameka). - I didn't watch Season 11, but Emilia, the lady with curly brown hair, would have been a heck of a good show host. She seems calm and relaxed. - I loved Nancy Fuller, but not as a judge. Is her show still on? - I would watch Tregaye's show, unlike most Previouslies. I just can't get enough of her "on fleek" personality. Her cooking was also pretty good. - Damiano is also another good person I would watch, even though I think he is a bit folksy. Next episode, I really hope Matthew not only gets the boot, but is banned from FN forever. If he wins, I will only be watching certain shows on Food Network.
  6. She was eliminated on Episode 7 of the season where Aaron McCargo or some guy won. I really hope Alton doesn't return for Food Network Star. Sure, he's a nice guy, and he would definitely stand up for Matthew, but I don't like how he sabotages people in his Comeback Kitchen show. It's dirty, it's smug, and it's horrific. I saw a couples episode back on Valentine's Day and Kathy and I don't remember who the husbands name was (probably Jon?) sabotaged all the other couples to have sex while they're cooking. When I saw that, I was like, "I'm over all the sabotages." Too bad Addie (Valentina Lisitsa-lite) didn't return for the competition. But, as I stated in another thread, the best job for her would be a nurse practitioner.
  7. I loved the decor at the end of the Victorian episode. Karen needs to be replaced. Anita Corsini can replace her. She's a great host and I would see the two getting along together. It was a great idea they moved the poison ivy off the tree. I would agree with Tahitigirl about the trellis. The trellis was beautiful. I think they provided a lovely atmosphere for the client.
  8. I love Jason. You should vote for him. He is a great comedian to watch. Heck, he could even replace Bill Cosby for a modern Cosby Show!
  9. His stupid sayings? His Forrest Gump/Gomer Pyle voice? His personality?
  10. Penny Davidi? I got a sample of her on the FN website. And Kelsey was in the season before Melissa's season.
  11. Oh, I thought they did notify the winner. I watched the first episodes of Food Network Star when they had people like Ina Garten and the infamous Paula Deen. When did they start Star Salvation?
  12. Why didn't they tell us who the winner was in the video? I really wanted to find out, but I know that David is not rejoining the competition.
  13. Thank Newborn Jesus Amy is out. I was a bit surprised with the decision but I was glad to see her get sent home. Amy is the only woman left who is Scarlett Johansson with her attitude, behavior, and cooking skills. I would love to see Jason win the whole thing, but I would also like to see Matthew get the boot.
  14. Since Addie the Jazz Pianist left, Cory and David are the ones still left. So I wonder who's gonna get shown the doom of hell next week, or should I say, get back in the competition with Jason, Rusty, and the dreaded Balthazar Bratt.
  15. As you can see, I'm really disappointed in this season. This is not Food Network Star! It's more like Food Network Party-All-You-Want-Star. I'm sorry, but I don't see an actual star in this group of people at all, not even Jason. He may be funny and entertaining, but his cooking skills don't really impress me. Addie The Jazz Pianist was smug and bugged me, but I figured she would make it to the finals because she is a young Martha, a young Daniel. (Addie the Jazz Pianist was a nickname that I got from this lady that plays piano, if she ever retired, the replacement could be Addie: http://www.valentinalisitsa.com/) Heck, she could be the modern Dave Brubeck if she would play jazz piano. Cory was probably the most talented chef in the competition, so I hope he comes back through Comeback Kitchen, but for some reason I don't see him being the next food star either. Amy The Damaris From Hawaii is definitely not the next food network star, and I can see it in my eyes. David "Big Swole" or whatever his name is, is not material for this show at all, although I can see him having a sense of humor. I predict Jason will win this whole thing, because the person who comes back through Comeback Kitchen isn't usually the next FNS. The fan loser, Matthew, came through Comeback Kitchen, so, I would do 3 of the following: a) meet him in real life, b) chat with him on Skype, or c) say You gon' get eliminated soon (in a Jason accent). He is the evil one, the evil Balthazar Bratt himself. Imagine being stuck in a plane seat with him sitting next to you, not knowing when you'd get out. It'd be scary, ain't it? Oh, and boobs, boobs, boobs! I didn't forget about that. I'm betting Giada could be replaced by Valentina Lisitsa 2.0.
  16. Wasn't expecting Cory to get sent home. I hope he makes it back through Star Salvation. @Lura, I think you meant Amy, not Addie. Addie is gone. For good. Besides, that chicken Amy handled was enough to make the judges sick if they would've tasted it! These folks booked me a room at the Holiday Inn Express I was staying at Monday to Wednesday. Can I share you guys something for real? Amy is the only one left out of these finalists, because Cory got sent home for acting like me in the presentation. I'm nervous all the time. Probably because of my autism, but I would let Adderall Addie save the day, as she seems more to me like a developmental behavioral pediatrician than a chef. And she is bland. P.S: Addie looks like Valentina Lisitsa.
  17. You know who Addie reminded me of? Reese Witherspoon. I don't want you to try your best to get the most talent out of yourself, just be who you are. I am so glad she went home. I am 11 years old and I don't want a 30-year-old being superior to me. Plus, Martha might also be glad she went home, because she is pretty fierce. Those hammies that Addie made in Sunny's Kitchen Hacks? Definitely delicious to the mind, and also awesome for her to taste. http://www.marthastewart.com/contributor/1501901/addie-gundry
  18. Reese Witherspoon's blog: http://easyelegantentertaining.com/ Kecia Jr's blog: https://www.caviarandcrayons.com/ Helmet Bieber's blog: http://www.thebittersocialite.com/about-2/
  19. Overall, I like this show. The snobs at HGTV know better not to announce any spinoff of Flip Or Flop anymore. I've watched enough "series"'s of FOF already, so it's time to just f--- your a-hole down. Overall, I like Giada's personality. The woman who got sent home (sorry, can't remember her name) was actually the right person to get sent home. I think her name was Addie? She showed a persona similar to that of Nana, in which she's Kathy Benson's daughter, per se maiden name. Anita reminded me of Tiffani Thiessen, although her hair is more colored and outlined than her. I think she had a beautiful dress and beautiful clothes on. Tarek and Christina do not impress the face whatsoever, Bristol and Aubrey are waaaaaaaaaaaay too much, and Ken and Anita are just nice.
  20. Okay, in another topic Sunny's Kitchen Hacks or whatever it was called, but I meant Giada instead of Leslie. I decided to keep that mistake so other people can see it. Okay, another episode of #FoodNetworkStar on Twitter. Do you know how stupid this person is or what? So glad Cory and Auntie Kecia Jr. (Amy) are the only ones left out of these four. Trace was too stupid for a Justin Bieber haircut, so his hair ended up to look like he just started the Bieber Audition. Addie reminded me of Reese Witherspoon from Legally Blonde (the movie). Overall, so glad Cory and Kecia Jr. are the only ones left out of these four (even though I can't stand her personality).
  21. No, it's Damiano, the folksy guy with an Italian accent.
  22. Oh. Here's a bio about him, so I can prove right: http://www.foodnetwork.com/profiles/contestants/damiano-carrara
  23. I saw that episode last night! Damiano really irritates me with his voice, like he's Spanish or something. He's a judge and a finalist on FNS S12. FN, stop trying to make him happen. In the meantime, I was surprised to see David get sent home. He does not cook badly, but his personality just needs to be brightened up. I liked him because he shared race, but I think he's the one that caused a lot of drama in the kitchen, and was he ONE of the bullies to Suzanne? I think he was. I know Rusty was one of them. Amy needs to go next. I know she didn't get eliminated this episode because she was the last girl standing, but still she makes inappropriate comments about CPS all the time. I know that Bobby and Giada wanted to eliminate all the women cooks because they just wanted pure men with pure cocks, and I agree 100% with the FN way. Boys have more strengths, and girls just want to see what the crap they can get out of cooking, but they end up getting eliminated because FN doesn't see the holy hellwoman in a girl. Just nonsense. A question on past seasons: Why was Susie crying in Jeff Mauro and Penny Davidi's season when Jeff won? What was the purpose of that? Why was getting sent home a thing in the past season finales?
  24. Thank you for telling me what that person meant. I am really sorry to see Martie Duncan instead of Aarti Sequeira, but I had never heard of her before, so I was kind of fascinated to see her instead of Aarti. According to the Wiki, Aarti Sequeira won season 6 of Food Network Star, beating Herb and Tom and taking the win. Another lady I recognize from Food Network Star is Melissa D'Arabian. I think she won FNS in the past season. and she was a judge on glamping.
  25. You mean Aarti Sequeira? She had her own season too.
