  1. I thought the episode overall was very good. I was entertained and I thought all the actors and actresses were phenomenal. I teared up when it was revealed that Abbie was really gone. I may have needed many tissues during the scene between Abbie and Corbin (sniff sniff). I don't follow the show on any social media and honestly I have no interest in the bts information. As long as the shows entertains, I will watch. I loved the return of headless. Does this means he is back? Will this become an issue in S4 (if there is one)? What about Jenny? She lost both Joe and Abbie in such a short period of time. I am very interested to see where her character goes from here. I definitely understand the outrage of losing such an amazing actress in NB and the onscreen chemistry between her and TM. But I have no doubt that NB will land a new role on a awesome new (or existing) show and I will follow her there to watch. I have really enjoyed reading this board, even if I rarely post. Everyone has had such great insights and the thoughts and theories have been spot on. Edited: because it is "Abbie" and not "Abby"
  2. Well I am very excited we're getting a season 4. I will continue to watch as long as I am entertained. Also I have a big crush on Kane. He is just so yummy.
  3. I have let this episode marinate for a while before commenting on it. Last season I would have been happy to see Lexa go, now I am mourning a kickass character. I am not surprised at her death, I have been waiting for it every episode and I am glad it is over with so I no longer have to dread it happening. I really love the AI storyline and can't wait to see where this goes. Lastly if anyone really wants Bellamy to be punished, just have him and Clarke have sex. She has a deadly vagina. Finn died, the poor trader girl was severely beaten and Lexa died. Nothing good comes from getting it on with Clarke.
  4. Loved Laurel! I really enjoyed how she refused to let Nyssa off the hook. She has every reason to want MM dead but I really loved that the team, Oliver and The a came first. Felicity and Oliver continued to be just perfect together. Loved Felicity and her mom. Their interactions feel so authentic and real to me. Sigh. I know MM is evil, awful and terrible but I just love JB. Maybe he can reform and help out on LOT.
  5. Eh, didn't love, like or tolerate this one. I have NOOOOO interest is watching Sherlock struggle to become clean again and overcome his addictions. It seemed to come out of left field that he would start using again. I mean who could look at the situation and think "I know what a good idea would be, use heroin and live in these nasty drug dens and give up everything that has been working for me, oh and lets forget my distaste of who I was when I did use drugs. Whohoo Needle time!" Sorry if I sound insensistive, I have nothing but empathy for real people battle addictions I just am not interested in watching fictional people do it.
  6. Thank you! I really like both of these characters BUT I hated the way they both acted and treated the people who were supposed to be important to them. I am as equally angry (maybe even a little more angry) at Barry then Iris. Eddie is his comrade in arms, his friend, someone who has shown Barry nothing but kindness and respect. I felt that Barry telling Iris how he felt was disrespectful to Eddie but this was just a stab in the back. Eddie is like a sweet puppy that Barry is kicking while his back is turned. I think Iris has feelings for Barry but I am not sure if the feelings are what she thinks they are. I think she is confused and ...hmmmmmm not sure yet BUT couples therapy first! As someone who's been cheated on with a person that was their co-worker and friend. Not having it, not at all!
  7. Holy Crap on a Cracker...Loved it! I felt like everyone was back. Felicity seemed to be more S1 and S2. Her talk with Oliver and her advice were made of awesome! More later but I just loved everyone this episode..

    S03.E13: Canaries

I can say with all honesty my frustration with Felicity has nothing to do with her sex. I am an equal opportunity character disliker (not sure if that is a word but I will go with it). It might seems amazing but it is just her character this season that I don't like. I stated my issues with Roy, but seeing as he was never a favorite of mine, eh whatever. I would like to point out the comment about Laurel not being reckless was done in a snotty passive aggressive tone (in my opinion). And while Oliver can't tell everyone what to do it seems that gee he was right. Laurel was being reckless and almost got herself killed, and would have had he not planted the tracker.

    S03.E13: Canaries

Well I must be easy to please because I really enjoyed this episode. I teared up a bit during the Oliver, Thea scene. He was so ready for her to reject him, and she opened her arms and accepted him. I really love the dynamics between these two characters. I also am enjoying LL as the black canary. I like that she admitted to being afraid last week. This week I continued to enjoy her scenes with Oliver and Quentin. I like how she can disagree and argue with Oliver, then they are over it and getting things done. No nasty little comments, recriminations etc. LL and her Dad, just I can't. I loved the scene. So to sum up the episode I really enjoyed Oliver, LL, Thea and MM (I just can't help it, no matter what he does I love him, I don't care and this is fiction, I don't have to care). As to the rest: Dear Roy, and Felicity (but not Diggle because he wanted to diffuse not push the confrontation) You sucked at protecting the city when Oliver was recovering from being stabbed and kicked off of a cliff. You lost the Glades in one week and risked the lives of everyone living in the Glades to almost win it back (which would not have happened without MM and Oliver). Oliver was not on vacation stop treating him as though he was. You were overly harsh and wrong. Also Roy, stop flip flopping on your position on MM, pick a stance and stay with it. I am getting whiplash with his vacillating. Lastly, I think I am officially over Felicity. I was so frustrated with her after Sara's death but this episode out the nail in the coffin for me. I thought that she was out of line and well petty. When Oliver mentioned that Laurel was doing something reckless, Felicity under her breathe made a snide comment that she wasn't. Well guess what, she was and almost died. Then when they were working on saving Laurel, she decided that was the time to set Oliver straight with how things worked now. Nice timing. If you asked me last year who I liked better felicity or Laurel it was not even a competition, Felicity. Now I am starting to prefer laurel. Don't even get me started on the light comments. Bleh
  10. I think what I like about this potential arc with Katrina is that she is not good/evil but is drawn to who makes her feel the most special. I love that Ichabod puts Abbie First. His first order of business was to rescue her from purgatory, not rescue Katrina. It seems that Katrina knows this, she is second to Abbie (because they are both witnesses and that is a bond closer then marriage) and also senses that Abraham will put her first. I really like this idea of a platonic Male/Female bond being stronger then a romantic one. At least this is the way I am seeing things. Perhaps that will change. Other things that I like: The Parent Child Relationships Frank and his Daughter, he sacrificed everything for his daughter. Part of me wonders if his soul really belongs to Henry or his family because his family is what he gave everything up for. Abbie, Jenny and their Mother, again the sacrifice a parent makes for their child is so moving. Their mother's first priority was their safety. Ichabod, Katrina and Henry. Okay I may be the very small minority but I get their desperation and their need to help their son find redemption and not to kill him. I have a son and I could not image ever giving up on him (although if he decides to take up the mantle of the horseman of war as a vocation we are sooooo going to have a very strong conversation.)
  11. I posted some of this in the Episode thread, but I LOVE this show. Sure there may be somethings I do not like BUT overall this show is entertaining and that is all I ask for. Personally this site is just getting to be too negative. I am starting to stop reading anything but the positivity threads because everything else is so nasty and negative. I really love Crane and Abbie together. I don't think we have lost that at all. I have really enjoyed the addition of Hawely (can't think how to spell his name at the moment). I have my finger crossed that Katrina with hook up with Abraham and go evil.
  12. I have to admit I feel a bit deceived by this forum. I read the forum before I had a chance to see the episode, based on what I read I was going to skip it. So glad that I didn't. I must be in the minority but I thought it was great. I teared up when Irving died. I loved the frustration in Cranes voice as he demanded, begged and then accused Katrina to heal him. His whole focus in that moment was to save him and he seemed shocked that Katrina couldn't and that he died. As for Henry, perhaps it is being a parent to only one child, a boy, that I understand need for their son to be redeemed. I do not deny that Henry is evil but I think expecting someone to kill their own child is above what any parent could do. I loved the motorcycle scene. It was too funny!
  13. I really like this show, but to be honest, I like it better with Flynn. I think his prolonged absence would severely decrease my enjoyment of the show.
  14. After reading the posts about the DJ I was a little afraid to watch the episode. He was ok not the worst I have seen on screen. I have a hard time believing that Thea was surprised her DJ was so bad at the club. She was holding auditions. Shouldn't she already have a list of dj's from the last time she ran the club. But the new guy is not the worst, just close. I just hope that she and Roy and can their way back together. I really enjoyed them as a couple last year. How long has it been since Oliver has been back? Someone mentioned three years but sometimes show seasons don't equal years (example: walking dead). Just because I can't say it enough I love the friendship between Oliver and John. I loved the looks on their faces when they discovered that Cupid was a rabid arrow fan girl. I don't read comics so I am not sure what the deal is with the atom suit. This should be very interesting.
  15. I really liked Cupid. She was extremely insane, in a fun way. I am really enjoying the relationship between Oliver, Roy and Diggle. They are really the cornerstone of the show to me. And that says a lot because when Roy first appeared on the show I wished a fiery death upon his character. I really liked Felicity when she first appeared on the show but now, I can't stand her. I hate her lack of loyalty. She does not have "staying" power in my opinion. How long has she known Oliver? One year, at the most. She is weak. When things get tough and SHE has to fight for what she wants, she doesn't. I really do not believe she told Oliver anything regarding the re-branding of his families legacy. She went from believing Ray was a creepy stalker to giving him a hero speech at dinner. I don't know I could go on but at this point, she kind-of just completely sucks.
  16. I loved the finale and can't wait for October. I try not to nit pick my shows too much, for me it takes all the enjoyment out of watching. Things that I loved: 1. The over-dramatic music. I don't know, it just did it for me. 2. Kane (and not just because I have inappropriate thoughts about the actor). His willingness to sacrifice himself for everyone else, their reactions in the ship when he was leaving then his look of utter devastation when he realized that Jaha beat him to it and he was going to lose someone he liked/respected. His character took a completely different turn then I thought they were going with. Also I have inappropriate thoughts about him :) 3. Jaha, I just really liked his character and would love for some way for him to make it to earth. He was a true captain of the ship and selfless. 4. Clarke and Raven. Two strong females that are not letting their mutual feels for a guy get in the way of working together and treating each other decently. 5. The 47 beating the Grounders. I believe the 47 tried their best to find a solution without bloodshed, they tried to leave,, the grounder wouldn't even let them leave, they just started killing them when they raised the white flag and tried to walk away. This time the grounders started a war they could not win. 6. Kane 7. The Mountain Men. I cannot wait to see that happens with this. 8. The scene between Bellamy, Octavia and Lincoln. 9. "Game over man" This just happens to be one of my favorite quotes from Aliens. I laughed out load when I heard it. Anyway, this show was much better then I thought it would be.
  17. Thank you! The preview drove me crazy. The Grounders take no responsibility for their actions. I actually felt that blowing the bridge up was a good idea. Of course the grounders can still cross the river/stream/puddle of water but the explosion from the bomb probably made them return to home base and regroup. This buys the 100 time to get healthy and regroup. I never thought that they believed that blowing up the bridge would permanently stop the grounders. I was waiting for Octavia to show a little bit more outrage over the Grounders purposely infecting the camp with a potentially deadly virus. Like all viruses, while it may pass in a couple of days for some people, for others it can be fatal.
  18. That would have been awesome!
  19. I have to say I really enjoyed this episode. actually I like the show more and more, especially Clarke. During Negotiations when Raven mutters "Their princess looks pissed." and Bellamy responds that "Ourprincess has that effect on people." (or something close to that) I completely cracked up because it was spot on. I find that I am really enjoying Clarke's development. I was cheering when she told Bellamy what was going on and where she was going AND asked to help and backup. Seriuosly why does Finn fell as though he has earned her trust completely? Also Finn sucks. Sooooo many times the "hero" or "leader" goes off and never tells anyone what is going on. And she was right to do so, First, there was supposed to be no weapons, yet the grounders show up armed, and then in turned out that they had armed backup camouflaged in the trees. The Grounder leader was really frustrating, I felt that she took no responsibility for their contributions to the escalating hostilities. On the flip side, I felt that Clarke was trying her hardest to placate her and apologize for the 100 (90 or 75 or whatever it is now) transgressions, she was trying to reach a truce. I think the leader of the grounders had no intention of creating a truce, they were sizing Clarke up. Anyway I guess what I am saying is that I feel that Clarke is a realist, she is NOT perfect and makes mistakes. That is why she is my second favorite character. My first is Kane. I love the actor therefore I love the character. I can't help it, the actor was my favorite character on Lost. I am that shallow. How many episodes are they doing? 13?
