Only if Gene believes Fuches. Fuches could be portrayed as a nut job, who was “obviously” working for the Chechans (since that’s where he was when Barry shot up the place).

My guess is Jock willing to help him with the voting thing as his price made Chuck wonder what was so important about it. So now he knows it’s likely a bigger deal and more important than it appears in the surface.

Simply, Bob won. Even a compromise is a win after her ultimatum. The details aren’t that important- just that for all the truth of how she carried and helped him, how at the beginning no one really knew him, Bob is now the bigger name.

Phenomenal episode. Loved every twist and turn. What I have loved about this show is I find myself rooting for whomever is on the screen. However, I’m glad to Wendy suffer some consequences- here was a truly unethical thing to have done. Difference between she and everyone else is she knows it.

I think Wendy is just as ambitious and power hungry as Chuck is. She sees Chuck as a route to power, that compliments the power she wields at Axe Cap. However her power had turned darker this season and more self serving (in good and bad ways). Chuck stripped her of power over herself when he outed her, and that’s why she is questioning the relationship, even moreso than when they separated previously.

Having both parents escort the bride and the groom down the aisle is common in Jewish weddings. My eldest sister got married in 1972 and our parents and her fiancées parents did this. As did we at my wedding. Its less of a giving away as a demonstration of support from the family.

I don’t recall Axe asking Wendy if she got it. He asked someone else in the room (blanking on who) and then Wendy came in and said she knew. Im hoping that Wendy is delaying Axe in going after Taylor by suggesting this more indirect plan, so she can intervene behind the scenes and save them. Otherwise she’s crossed an irredeemable line.

My take: Barry killed Janice. He hid her body somewhere and dumped the car (cop said something about the Chechnyans driving her off the property in her car, when they were telling Gene the case is cold). No body means Gene has a sliver of hope that she's alive So he's begging the cops to look for her (his comment about her being cold and hungry in the woods).

I missed the post where someone said she was forced. The point is that people who have been abused sometimes seek out their abusers, in an attempt to get validation, to exert some power over them because they felt powerless, because there was a piece of them they liked even though they were abusive. There are very few sweeping generalizations to be made about what victims of abuse do or don’t do.
