  1. They were lost for a long, long time They were found and put on TV. What happens next? Here is your forum for Long Lost Family: What Happens Next. The palate cleanser between seasons of family finding.
  2. If the one of the moderators has not started a thread for a new episode, you can. (Always check to make sure it doesn't exist first). When creating the thread, you see an option to use the episode format. I added a thread for Michael's episode that airs tomorrow night.
  3. Uh oh, where did my post go? Hidden for baiting another poster. Let's snark the show and not each other. We all get to say how %@!*&^ Niecy makes us feel or not feel. Thanks!

  6. I still finishing the episode. I couldn't make it through 2 hours last night. In earlier seasons many of us complained we wanted more info on the people. The problem for me now is they are dragging the episode out to 2 hours but most of it is still the voiceovers of extreme tiredness. Even the best of them sounds so strained when doing their voice overs. We're not seeing more of the process. It's just being dragged out.
  7. In answer to a question from far upstream, Kirsten said that after the gang rape she started hooking for drugs. She doesn't know who her daughter's father is. She never mentions it for Neiko but it is implied that she doesn't know who his father is either. She decided to get clean because her drug dealer partner went to jail. I really wonder what that relationship was like since she had only been living with her parents for 8 months at the start of filming. I particularly enjoyed her phrasing when talking about food. "It's not just keeping me alive like it's supposed to. It's killing me a the same time." So she is a passive victim of food. Late at night the evil food forces itself upon her. One of the many signs that bode poorly for her long term success, Kirsten explained that after the surgery she can't eat as much as she used to at a given time, but she is hungry more often.
