Yep. But remember, isn't she in 519 too? UGH.

"Susan, I was more worried when Chase had Felicity's glasses than when he was threatening to kill you." "Susan, my days of torture made me realize how idiotic it is for the mayor to date a reporter who said she'd expose him."
-
Please let that be the quickest break-up ever. Excited for more of Felicity at Helix. (But also a bit worried.) Definitely looking forward to Lance vs. Chase in Oliver's office. Although, I also don't want Lance to end up on Chase's hit list, so be careful, Lance. Be very careful.

Yep. I'm going to pretend all those interviews about Billy were just because they didn't want to risk revealing what happened to Oliver. But now that's changed. And hopefully the interviews will too. If I have to read about her mourning Billy one more time ...

I know I'm probably supposed to care about Evelyn here at least a little bit, but I just don't?
-
Is it just me or have they said Taiana's name more times so far this episode than all of S4?
-
I want to know what Chase is up to when he's not with Oliver. Is he going around Star City and asking, "Hey, anyone see the mayor?" or anything like that?
-
Because he knows in five years, it'll all be about Oliver's flashbacks.
-
Okay, that's a creepy thought. And here I was thinking he just went in while she was in the lair or something. But if Chase's next words are, "She looks so peaceful while she's sleeping, doesn't she," I probably shouldn't be surprised.

I'm assuming they're a spare pair? Old pair? Just something he could get his hands on to prove he was there.
-
I can't help but wonder how long Chase has had Felicity's glasses. Has he been holding onto them, waiting to use them at just the right moment? Did he go and get them recently?

For me, it's not that spoiler, but that spoiler combined with the interviews that were released. On its own, you can easily say that Oliver's only saying it because of the torture/he thinks it's what Chase wants to hear. With the interviews, I'm questioning what exactly the plan is for the rest of the season and series when it comes to Oliver and (his thoughts on) killing, and if I had more faith in the writers, I might not be? But after some of the questionable writing in the past...
-
I will be pleasantly surprised if they address that. But I have a feeling the only time Thea might be mentioned is Chase to Oliver during the torture, especially since most of the episode is going to be Oliver/Chase and the flashbacks.

The fact that Chase has Oliver for six days raises a few questions: Where is Star City going to think their mayor is? Will we see Chase doing/saying something to perhaps affect Oliver as mayor while he has him chained up? And since Chase lets him go and the team doesn't find him after six days, does that mean that he has him somewhere that even Helix's resources can't find or could it mean that Chase is behind Helix or at least involved with them? And Helix is going to be taking advantage of Felicity, making her do things for them, all while knowing that there's no way she'll find Oliver using their resources because they're mixed up with Chase and that's not what he/they want?
-
Whether this is true or not or Oliver is just saying it because he thinks Chase wants to hear it/after the six days of torture, it's still going to be tricky. It's still something they're going to have to take time to address because once it's out there - whether or not Oliver believes it's true - it's out there.
-
This Oliver liking killing can be done well. But it's something that has to be done well, and that's why I'm worried about them pulling it off, not just in this episode but in the episodes to follow and going into next season because it's not something they can just brush aside once they put it out there.
-
6 days?! And Chase lets him go? I'm really worried about what he's going to do to Oliver that he decides to let him go.
-
But isn't 519 the one that's supposed to be Team Arrow vs. Team Felicity? So, "RIP Team Arrow" doesn't seem to last long.

I highly doubt they're going to decide to bring in William even part-time in S6. (Obviously there wouldn't be any time for him to appear in S5 unless Chase finds him and kidnaps him, which I don't think will happen because been there, done that with Darhk in S4.) They didn't even want to show us scenes in S4 with Oliver visiting William so we'd care about the kid before he was kidnapped. Instead, we got one scene between the two, the comment about the visits to CC, then William stupidly thinking he was hanging out with his mother's friend when he was kidnapped, and the rescue. I think that was an indication of their plans as to how to use the kid on the show - very, very sparingly. If they decide to make Oliver part of his life, I can see a mention here and there of Oliver going to see William wherever he is, which, for all we know, is on the other side of the country.

I'm nervous about any conversation between Oliver and Felicity about William after how they handled that storyline last year. And it only took, what, a year, for them to talk about it on-screen? Why am I not surprised?

Oh, I tear up at a lot of things - I cried during the TVD finale even though I stopped caring about that show a few years ago - so I'm pretty much guaranteed to cry during Sara/Laurel's final goodbye, especially since they seem to successfully hit emotional beats for Laurel better when it's about her family than about Oliver like in parts of S3 and S4. Really, I'd rather see Laurel again on Arrow in a scene with Lance than Oliver-related, even though with the FBs ending, it's obviously going to be about him. (I'm still annoyed that we didn't get one last scene between Laurel and her father, even though PB basically destroyed me in the hospital after finding out Laurel died.)
-
Never.

I was thinking the same thing when I first read that, but I realized I might cry because of Sara. Speaking of Sara, have I missed any references to her on Arrow to Tinah? Does Tinah even know she exists? Because I'd rather they spend time telling Tinah about Sara than any more LL mentions in the present.
