  1. Wait, they honestly think that Felicity and Curtis just took the night off? Seriously, why is no one questioning anything about this?!
  2. It feels like Arrow's game of "how distant can we have Oliver and Felicity be" continues.
  3. Are they just not wondering where Felicity and Curtis are?
  4. I'm loving all the Oliver/Diggle scenes we're getting, but dear god, Oliver.
  5. I'm worried about what Felicity's going to do.
  6. That Diggle/Felicity scene was way too short.
  7. I really don't get Oliver's logic: "I say the team is done so therefore you must all stop." Oliver, Chase isn't the only problem in Star City. Remember when there used to be villains of the week? Also, I guess we really are just ignoring the fact that Chase told Oliver he was in Felicity's apartment and she didn't know. And therefore could get into any of their apartments too.
  8. Imagine how much better this season could have been with more Anatoly in the present and no Susan. Just imagine.
  9. Also, please let that be the last time Oliver apologizes to Susan.
  10. Oh please let this be their last scene together.
  11. "Spiritual retreat" is now the excuse for "mayor kidnapped and tortured for six days." Okay, sure.
  12. Exactly! I wish they'd at least be like, "She's on her way back into town and going to see him later." And then just not show her going to see him. I know that it has to do with WH's episode count and they're writing around that, but really, wherever Thea is supposed to be, it can't be more important than checking on her just tortured and held captive for six days brother.
  13. I do like that they acknowledge Thea's existence as Oliver's sister and therefore someone who should know about what happened to him in the sneak peek, but it's so obvious that they needed to come up with a reason for her to not be around in person - or just offscreen. And yeah, Oliver shouldn't be able to keep them out with both Felicity and Curtis on the outside - it might be different if one of them was with him and could keep the other one out - but they need to have Felicity going off to Helix, Oliver alone (and turning to the Bratva) and the team working on its own in this episode. Although, hey, if Chase decides to go after Felicity in her apartment, he's just going to find the team now and no Felicity, so that sort of solves the whole "sending Felicity home after Chase told Oliver he'd been in her apartment without her knowing" problem. Not that Oliver could have predicted this.
  14. Not necessarily. I could see in Doomworld that Vigilante would go against the Legion of Doom even if not working with any of the other masks. I honestly wonder how much of a plan they have for Vigilante next year. It probably depends on who's behind the mask/actor availability/other S6 stories. I don't think Vigilante is a priority, based on how he's handled this season and the fact that they're like, "yeah, next year."
  15. I was okay with Felicity dying because I knew it would happen. Yes, it was brutal. But hey, last one standing so go Felicity! What I'm not at all okay with is that comment from MG. That was awful.
  16. Prometheus is an obvious possibility. Maybe it's something Talia's controlling so still part of Chase's plan but not linked to him directly? I doubt it's Malcolm, unless it's for a reason related to how things end for him on LoT this season. I don't think it would be "really messed up" if her father's involved. ETA: Missed the "him" so not Talia. Unless Talia has someone running it for her?
  17. It bugs me too. I want it to be clear that they wouldn't have lasted even without Chase around.
  18. Yeah, I feel like a lot of this season is them just expecting Prometheus to not do anything? Sort of like in 509, when after they found out Evelyn betrayed them and Oliver moved Thea into the lair, everyone just apparently went home after Billy's death? No concern that Prometheus would strike? So it seems to be the same "logic" here: Chase just did something, so he's not going to do something right now? Still, Oliver should tell Felicity that Chase was in her apartment.
  19. Same. Especially since E1 Laurel probably wouldn't want that because it would just show how easily replaceable she is. And really, who would be happy knowing that if they die, it's so easy to replace them, their friends just have to go pluck someone from another Earth, even if the other Earth's version was evil? That's why I'm hoping that they keep her as a villain (and hopefully have her do something in 522/523 that firmly puts her in that role in Oliver's mind). I feel like any redemption arc that leads to her working with the team, even part-time, is just going to be awkward and messy and with an explanation that doesn't really make sense. Could it be done? Yes. Could it be done by the writers who have given us some of the messiest writing in the past 5 seasons? Well ...
  20. My guess? If she's going to be around on a full-time basis - or enough of one that the public knows about her, villain or not - all questions about a Laurel Lance being alive in Star City will have been taken care of over the summer and there will be one or two lines of dialogue about it in the premiere. I feel like they do have to address it considering they gave this Earth's LL a statue and had a ceremony for it.
  21. But which comic canon relationship do they want? Oliver Queen/Laurel Lance (and not even the LL from S1-4)? Or Green Arrow/Black Canary? Because with KC returning as Black Siren and if JH is sticking around and becomes Black Canary ...
  22. Also, who's going to be the one to sit Lance down for the awkward, "So, we forgot to/didn't tell you, but while you were in rehab..." conversation?
