Are they going to have someone running against him? But really, I don't think he needs to give any long campaign speeches, just say: "I was your mayor last year. I wasn't killed. Star City wasn't attacked in May. Vote for me!"

On the one hand, I liked watching Lance knock out BS again. On the other hand, we also get that awful "replace me" line again and KC saying she should win a rematch because she's the original even though she's now Black Siren and Black Siren was never BC. Also, JH talks about a "connection" between the two characters which ... doesn't exist?

The Starling City Times: News and Media about Arrow

See, the problem is you're trying to find logic in articles with none, that ignore facts from the show to "prove" their point. -
Yep. If not for Oliver's intervention, she would've killed that guy. Just like if not for Barry, BS would've killed everyone in the building over on The Flash. And if no one dies in the two explosions - SCPD and the bunker - BS sets off as seen in the promos for season 6, it won't be because she didn't want anyone to die.

Sometimes I feel like people think if they say something enough times, they'll make it true. "Oh, if we say she's going to be redeemed, maybe the EPs will think they said it and do it because they think they've promised it." I just ... what? I don't even know how to respond to this. I don't think this actually makes sense? Just because she's failed to kill people in the past because other people intervened. I kind of hope she kills people in the premiere so that people stop saying this. Then what will the argument be? But it's totally okay if they continue the trend to replace Dinah with BS? What about when she's not redeemed? What will the argument be then? "Well, the Black Canary doesn't have to be good. She just has to be a Laurel Lance"?

Series finale begins with Oliver waking up in bed, gasping for air. Felicity wakes up next to him, asks if he had a nightmare. He tells her he did, she worries he saw someone he loves die. But no, it's worse! Cue a quick flash of him with that awful facial hair.

In theory, this could work. But really only for those who love all four shows. If you only watch one, you're stuck watching three additional hours of TV that week. In two days. This also makes me think any actual (uninterrupted) wedding will come in the LoT time slot. Say the WA wedding is then. Will the Flash S4 DVD include the entire crossover or will fans have to buy the LoT S3 DVD for that? Will they release a separate DVD for the crossover? Are they even thinking beyond "hey, isn't it cool that we're doing a two-night, four-hour event?" I wonder how they're going to promote this as it gets closer to airing - especially since the week before it is Thanksgiving and people may have other things on their minds than TV shows.

Yeah, saying "all of The CW's DC Super-Heroes" just lets people say, "well, those not on there aren't heroes." Which is not true at all. That's been my fear. Since they first announced the character of Zari, I've really wanted at least one scene between her and Felicity in the crossover, but now... Ugh. (I think I wouldn't feel like this if we didn't get Curtis having to help Felicity with stuff she would have done herself before he existed on Arrow last season.)
-
I just don't get why they couldn't put Felicity and Diggle on the poster, but could put all the Arrow newbies (so they can't say, "well, maybe they're dead," because they were all on the island together), the entire Legends of Tomorrow team (including Zari, who hasn't even been seen yet since she debuts this season) and Captain Cold, who's going to be in what, a few episodes (I'm guessing - I haven't kept up with how much he's going to be in this season). And you know what? I'd love to see Alex in the key art too, but I'm not as mad about that as I am about Felicity and Diggle since they only put Supergirl. They have every member of Team Arrow on there except for Felicity and Diggle.
-
No Felicity or Diggle in the crossover key art? They seem to be going for an "all masks" thing or whatever, but uh, did they forget Diggle is Spartan? (I kind of figured Thea would be MIA during the crossover, whether it's due to her just coming out of a coma/still in a coma/just conveniently taking a trip out of town.)

Wait, what? When? Is this because of the time Laurel goes to the hospital to visit Felicity and Oliver decides to keep hitting the streets in 410? -
Felicity/Thea, Felicity/Diggle and Felicity/Lance scenes. I fear the only way we'll get those is with some sort of ancient ritual.
-
Today has been a good day for pics not released by the CW.

I bet that reporter doesn't disappear during big events in Star City.
-
Paul Blackthorne! Time to put my "let us have a scene where Felicity and Lance talk this season" plea out into the universe?
-
No, I think it's all about how each city views its masked heroes. Star City changes its opinion daily. There's no time to get any Green Arrow merchandise produced. They'd hate him again before the products are even shipped out of the warehouses.
-
Okay, that's adorable. And yep, that kid is going to be taller than EBR by finale (maybe early spring?) time. Especially if she doesn't wear heels.
-
Guy next to BS second pic from the bottom - same guy with her in civilian clothes in the police station in the promo? So does she stop to change clothes? "Hold on, guys, gotta change! I know my opponent will be wearing all leather, so I have to match her."
-
The sneak peek is definitely going to be the "bad man" scene, isn't it? It's in the trailer. It's in the promos. It's in the photos. I may be more excited to put that scene behind us than I am about most of what they're promoting for the season (in the promos/trailers/photos/etc. that pretend everyone could be dead).
-
That's what I was thinking. And it's the beginning of the end of the Oliver/Diggle conflict at the beginning of the season, just in time for the crossover/for Diggle to officiate the O/F wedding? The poor girl's likely in a coma. I don't think she deserves to come out of it only to hear that.
