That is so heart wrenching. Thanks for looking/letting us know. I wonder if they will return.

Who did the Kwanza cake: Aunt Sandy or Ree. Speaking of cakes, Ree has a milky way cake on her website that is amazing. I am shocked she has not made it on her show. It is right up her alley: tons of butter and milky ways. I make it every time our church or work has bake sales, and is always a hit.

Sweet Home Sextuplets - General Discussion
Bessiesue replied to Meredith Quill's topic in Sweet Home Sextuplets
We are from Alabama, and have friends on the outskirts of Albertville. Courtney stated that she is a first grade teacher, and she may have BCBS of AL. This is amazing ins, and pays most at 100%. Our nephew and his wife both teach, and has never seen a bill with their two children. On a very very shallow note: I have been looking their house over to see what football team they support. We were told that jokingly by our realtor it is a requirement. Being Auburn graduates, they may pull towards the Tigers. They are going to discuss the loss of insurance in an upcoming epi. I do not believe in downing couples, and their decisions, but I do agree that one, double, and wanting a fourth may not have been in their best interest.. I do believe they knew more than what is being discussed concerning a greater chance of higher multiples than what we are being lead. I have not looked at their social media yet. I was trying to go into this show with blinders to give the parents of the benefit of being parents, but that did not last. -
We were dumb as dirt the first time, and made the entire batch. Were stuck with pans and pans of cinnamon rolls. Later she aired and episode with the orange rolls, and someone on her blog commented that she halved the recipe. This is the one we use now. I made the orange marmalade and the cinnamon flavors. It is the "Special Delivery" episode. This is the one where she exchanges the meal for Hy taking the girls to the co-op. I found the link. We also make beef stew and grits. Growing up we were meat/potato/two veggies family. When Ree first aired, we were hooked, and down the rabbit hole we went. My favorite episodes are: The Big Game (Where Ladd's college mates come to visit), Alex's Birthday, Sunday Brunch, Shakespeare Movie Night (The pizza lasagna is amazing), Fill the Freezer, and Pet Parade. Who does not love Cocoa and a blue painted turtle. Gradually her shows became weirder and weirder. We do watch her new shows to just have a good laugh at times, and others we do try the recipes, although not lately though. Like I said, I am a true sucker for the first 25-30 episodes. OH well, we all have to be kooky like Ree sometimes to get through life. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ree-drummond/orange-sweet-rolls-recipe-1974921

Vera from Alice was the holding Gopher prisoner, and we were not very happy with that one either. I do wonder if that would have aired today. Beth Howland played someone who is on leave from the Army I think. She was posted for a year to a year and a half. I remember her asking Julie if there were plenty of young available men on board. Ketose is right. Every time she went to undress, someone would knock on the door. I appeared that it was a day or two before the rest of the crew decided to look for him. We are first time watchers of the Love Boat. I was thrilled to see that they interrupted the schedule to air the one with Charlotte Ray. It was funny seeing her in the bed, and with her hair down.

Just when I thought it was food impossible for her to come up with anymore crazy recipes, she unveils her breakfast veggie hash. I do believe that is the most disgusting thing I have seen her make yet. We were actually a huge fan of the show before she decided to enter into clown school. The first 20-25 are still my favorite. She actually cooked real food that normal folks ate, and we still make a lot of those recipes. Her cinnamon rolls are to die for, and I love the Aunt Trish dressing.

Dropping in to say today is all about Nan done in Pioneer Woman style My heart broke for Edna Mae. She buried a Husband, Grandson, and now her Daughter.

Thanks Sew Sumi. He said that he noticed several times, the girls arms would be crossed at the start of the season, and boom announcement. No crossed arms, no announcement. He is funny that way. Love your name btw. Here in AL, Alexander Shunnaraha would trademark.

My husband and I are cradle practicing Catholics. During our engagement encounter weekend, we went through the NFP. BUT: We were also told that if God did not intend the use of BC, he would never allowed scientists to invent them. Poor Whit. My heart truly breaks for her. My husband said that he was right about Whit keeping her arms crossed down during the talking heads earlier this season. Curious that we have to sit through, and endure puny Erin's labor. I can just imagine what we go through with the other Princess, oops Tori Lane. Maybe Bobby will sleep through, and Erin not answer her door/phone.

Hmmm, I will have to watch that scene again because: I sit ( Flash Dance Jennifer Beals) style in the bed normally, and my OB came in. He patted my upper thigh, placed his hand on my shoulder, turned to my Mom and husband to tell him that he was watching from the nurses's station, the baby's heartbeat. It had fallen slightly, but not into the danger zone. I was going to labor one more hour, and then it was c section time. Luckily that was all JC needed to hear. His head was out on the way to the delivery room. I cannot remember how long it takes before the placenta is delivered, maybe that is why he was sitting, or waiting to have his pic taken. I know we made a ton of pics in the delivery room with our OB, nurses, and then Mom and Dad got to come in with more pictures abound. I remember everyone being told to leave that it was time for the placenta to makes it's exit. I also pray that Bobby/Tori's mess was producer driven. Tori may not have wanted to come, and this was UP's way of "explaining without explaining) idea. I think if it was not producer driven, we would have seen Katie at the door knocking. Poor Katie slept though the entire event, which also makes me think that it was producer driven. I do believe that I am going to find a way to witch slap Erin through the TV for talking about having another baby. Poor Chad was about to come unglued. I said it before, and I will say it again: the living room will become the communal bedroom, and the bedroom their tiny living room. Only so many souls will fit in that room. I would love to know how much money Erin/Chad get from the TV show, or anyone else for that matter. I would use Dr. Vick in a heartbeat if I lived near Knoxville. I guess each to their own. He may just feel extremely comfortable around the family since Kelly et all uses him. God bless Michael. Our niece has PCOS, and all of her friends are popping babies. She said that she stays strong around them, but is screaming on the inside. She must have nerves of steel. Last week: My poor Trace. He simply cannot catch a break. I do remember Shadow, and another girl from the Dixie show coming around the first season of BuB. Trace had just come from Dixie, and was awestruck with the stunts on the show. I think being so sheltered from us heathens in the real world, he lacks the experience (jobs) to make it at Dixie or the basketball team. Hopefully Shadow can help. Speaking of Trace, I wonder what happened to the cute girl who went skiing with them two years ago. That was the first time we heard about a Bobby and a Kelton.

FloridaMom, your post is spot on. I also think this is Erin's issue. She is playing house, and does not understand the concept of real life. Sure it is fun to have your Ken, and live like Barbie, but eventually reality sets in. You learn to live within your means, and deal with life. Poor Chad gives me the impression that he has no idea to talk real life issues with Erin. They are stuffed like sausages in a tiny home. As much as I am in love with this family, Gill and Kelly have really hurt the older ones with their religion. My poor Nathan ,I have run out of excuses for your nutty behavior. I do wonder if someone in that flight school is also from a broken courtship, and feeding him all of this nonsense. Did anyone else catch the line about Trace telling Josie how he tried out for Dixie, and did not make it. Poor thing is now two and 0. He has been invited to a rodeo, but I have not seen anything on that either. Watching the younger girls vs the younger boys with Michael l is like day and night. Those four girls have more manners between them than Jeb and Jud together. I know she was very close to them, so I am guessing maybe she is responsible for their behavior. Katie and Josie time will tell. My Mother always said she can tell how mature brides are by their weddings, so I am very curious how Josie will handle hers. With nature dignity similar to Michael, or childlike aka Tori.

We also love seafood, and the shrimp looked yummy to us. I am glad that the Bates family kept their composure during the tasting. I also see Gill is still carrying around Judson/Jeb. No Erin, no amount of re-arranging will make that room look like three beds can fit. I wonder if they are saving all their money to buy a home, and be able to re-hab it, or are they having to live off the UP money since Chad quit his job. Thrilled to see Josie/Kelton engaged. Her wedding will tell just how down to earth she really is. I hope she continues to work, and staves off children for a while. BUT, these are the Bates, and sadly no. She will work until the baby is born, and then stay at home. With Kelton being a plummer, she will be in much better shape the her sisters. I cannot believe Jackson is 16., and driving. He still looks like he is twelve. Trace has finally come into his looks, and is very handsome. I hate being a trick horse rider, is no longer considered a trade for him. I think not making the basketball team, has really hurt his self esteem. He seems really unsure of himself right now. Hopefully learning to fly will help. The main issue this show has: Twenty minutes is not enough time to cram everything in the show.

Yes, Carson or Bradley did get a doll, it was blue, but it was a doll. I have seen him with a link one in the earlier show. Do not get me wrong. I love this family so much, but I do agree with the negative. They are much better at hiding their real truths about their beliefs, or UPTV does better editing. I have not learned to quote yet, but I did see the young man. He is in the scene where Gill is telling "On my God is that Carlin". He is wearing a faded blue jeans jacket, a real color shirt, and has his head leaned back slightly. Allie Jane is sucking her thumb on on the couch, Alyssa is in red, her head turned, John in a checkered shirt, and a girl in pink. All in the right side of the TV. Oh, I forgot to add how I am in love with Callie's elf like ears. Is Ellie the one that sound deaf when she talks. My husband is 50%, and sounds just like her. If so, she is Michaela made over the older she gets.
-
I completely forgot about Carson or Bradley with the baby doll. Also, I noticed when KJ scolded Gill, and he knew she meant business.

Just dropping in to say I was down three days after my Lasik 10 years ago. The first two days my sight was very blurry, and achy. The third I felt better, but my eyes still felt really tired. I am guessing going up and down the stairs might have been a factor. I knew I could not bend over for days per instructions. Tori looked really pretty in her talking head moments.

Haha. Bradie's skates had to go through x-ray.

My husband said he is channeling the coat rack from Beauty and the Beast.

I am so excited to find this board, and we too love this family. My heart broke for her over the formula, but I really thought she was referring to WIC, when she said something about that other program not covering the formula. They did decide to pay over a few months on the formula issue, so this did leave the door opened for a future change. I do hope and pray they stay a strong couple, and fall down the reality show divorce hill.
