  1. At the time, I was making great money. Community property state (NV) . I was actually lucky. Generally the alimony is for half the length of the marriage. I was given a shorter time because of my age. It could have been $4k/mo for 9.5 yrs. He hadn't worked in YEARS.....and 'claimed' to be disabled (claimed being the operative word). But, it doesn't matter. In a community property state, they want both parties to have the 'same' income.
  2. I divorced in 2008 after 20 yrs and had to pay $4k/mo alimony for 6 yrs. to my ex.............and it was worth it to get away from him.
  3. INS does NOT recognize pre-nups. EVER.
  4. The only divers that I know of in that area of PA (that are paid) are those that dive for dead bodies in all the scattered little lakes. So, it makes no sense. The unpaid divers that I know of in that area are only muff-divers.
  5. You are not alone. Thank you..............I share your feelings about the 2 of them
  6. How bout No-Way ?
  7. YES! I was wondering about that. I thought she was a cheerleader (or coach) and a nursing student. Just what does she have that she needs a prenup? An estra stethoscope? The only thing I can see is a potential share in her parents' estate and that can be fixed by a few lines in their will.
  8. Yes, Canada changed those laws....but it was changed well before 2012. I'm married to a Canadian and 6 years in we are STILL working on getting me a Perm. Residency Status. (Which is what is needed to be able to work.......like a green card). Luckily, I don't have to work as I retired. Up until I did, I drove across the border to work because I was not allowed to work in Canada.
  9. And it's song is : Rama-dama-ding-dong
  10. I saw that and flashed back to the (movie) version of "The Odd Couple" and the "Pidgeon Sisters".
  11. Sure seems to be....... and Pedro is Junior Jimero Morel.
  12. While Pao is a beautiful girl....(and I could only wish I would look so good), I did notice at her photo shoot that when looking at her from the back she is 'heavy in the ham-hocks'. Not chunky/clunky like Louisa...but far thicker in the thighs than bikini models. She's best stick to jobs where she is dressed because fully clothed.....she looks the part of a model.
  13. It being the season for Halloween......I found this just a PERFECT description. I guess Mr. Spock was not the only one with green blood.
  14. And even that has been far longer than the two years. (There is plenty of documentation to show she knew/was told ) If she wants to be rid of him she should just file for a divorce. If all she wants is revenge: good luck with that.......and she doesn't have the money to really do that.
  15. Then she's a day late and a dollar short. It has been well over the 2 year mark. Besides, annulment takes more time and more money. She says she wants 'quick' and needs it to be cheap (unless she has started another GoFundMe page.......Meanwhile, if Mo files for divorce FIRST in Florida...it goes thru quick AND he can probably get to keep his GC (because of everything from her lying/his 'assault' from her son etc). Mo may be a first class rat but whatever went on (and we've only been given part of the story) she was complicit in it all. Instead of the damn annulment, she should file for the divorce and get him out of her life and then it will be sink or swim for him. (I don't think he will fare too well after a time). His 'charm' just does not wear well with American women. He would leave on his own.......by necessity.
  16. Yeah, but a strip club is acceptable? (More than half the men there are married and out with 'the boys')
  17. Well, she has again filed for an annulment. Too little and wayyyyyyy too late. (I think there is an 18 -24 mo time limit for filing). Who wants to bet she doesn't again pull the filings?
  18. I am now thinking all of Ohio ONLY wears Crocs. Ohio fashion? Walk a mile in someone's shoes? If they are Crocs....then no, because they are a loser.
  19. Did anyone read the tag lines on the video of Matt's mom? Featuring Mery Ann & Jane Moore, www.cdbaby.com/cd/jmamoore When we met our cover model, Mery Ann Moore, it was like seeing our logo come to life! Mery Ann is not only a look-alike, but she is a living representative of what our paper stands for – women reaching for their highest potential. Her life unfolds as a continuous adventure. Music was primary for Mery Ann, who studied on scholarship at the University of Louisville. Mery Ann’s life took her to California & the world as an international flight attendant. She married & had 4 sons – “the lights of my life!” Her next & most difficult phase, divorce, she views as a painful but necessary prelude to her self-renewal. “Together we developed a deeper sense of compassion in caring for others. We began to see the woundedness of the world, our real extended family.” Mery Ann views life as a spiritual journey. Her quest has led her to spend nights in caves & on mountain tops; to travel to Egypt, Indian & Japan; to meet the spiritual leaders. “Really, the only thing that matters is love,” says Mery Ann. “I mean unconditional love, not control, not possessiveness, not manipulation; just grounded, peaceful, permanent love.” Well THAT explains a lot of the creepiness.
  20. IvySpice: a blow up doll has a more animated face. (and I doubt she would risk moving all the silicone shifting for a bj). Pepper Mostly: scratch the stretch marks. If he want a spawn (or a prawn just like dear old dad), she will tell him to get a surrogate. She is not going to lose the figure for months.
  21. Nicole wants Azan to 'show her off'. If he is wise, he may claim to mis-hear/not understand and translate it to SHOVE HER OFF......head first......into the largest sand dune available.
  22. Gabe and his wife Mandi are still living in the same house. She appears to be as big a liar as he is...........and she is absolute gutter.
  23. Well, it seems I am going thru the exact opposite. I married my Canadian hubby (and moved to Canada) six years ago. We are STILL going thru shit trying to get me a perm. residency! (And I'm from the US). We thought the new government coming in, with their talk of improving immigration etc would help.....Nope! Nope! Nope!. I am now trying to convince my husband to moving to the US as I am fed up with all the crap here.
  24. It sounds more like something that Beth would write.
