  1. Riley would have nipped that sweetheart bullshit in the bud immediately. Malia, speak up. Don’t know who’s right or wrong regarding Hannah and Lara. Don’t really care. Sandy is going to create a self fulfilling prophecy with her chef being unliked by the guests. Back off a bit, girl. I kind of get her worries though. Last season was a mess. So over seeing douche men on my tv. Don’t know what his name is but throw him overboard already. June, June, Hannah. I mean Lara, Lara, Hannah.
  2. I can see why Dorit has insomnia. Her head must bitch at her all night for the torturous hairstyles she wears everyday. The only real friendship on the show is Teddi and Kyle. The only real person seems to be Denise. Sutton too perhaps. Garcelle seems cool but when are we going to see more of her? Bravo is making her look like “a friend of” instead of a cast member. I loved Sutton’s “let the mouse go” speech. So true except if that happened, RHOBH wouldn’t exist.
  3. I’m so #TeamRhylee that I’d bitchslap anyone that attacks her again. And YoursTruly, thank you so much for your words here. You get it. You get how abuse works from the predator side, victim side, and stand by side. ive been where Rhylee is and she is acting completely normal to her abuse. Let’s call it what it is. I’ve experienced it, been in therapy for it, studied it, and witnessed others dealing with it. What the men are doing is classic, abuse 101. Ashton as the ring leader, Tanner as the dutiful follower, Brian as the sheep pulled in, and Kevin as the wing man. All of the, are displaying classic abusive behaviours. Yours Truly is right. We as a society, and especially with women, are so conditioned to look at the reaction to violence that we don’t see the violence itself. Rhylee is doing nothing wrong. The boys are. Courtney, Simone, and Kate have all experienced their abuse in various ways. Courtney was blindsided by Brian’s behaviour, thinking he was a nice guy but finding he isn’t. This is very normal of many women after dating horrible men. Simone got played by Tanner. She legitimately thought he liked her and he wanted his dick wet. Her reaction of naivety is not her fault. It’s his for causing it. Kate has been the target of abuse for all the men, especially Ashton and Kevin and is reacting normally too. She trying to stand her ground and be professional too. It comes off passive aggressive but again, not her fault. She is reacting normally to being abused. What is not normal is the guys behaviour. Period. And we as a society have to stop victim blaming for not reacting “well” and start fighting back against the perpetrators. I am forever awed at Rhylees strength to do this. We need more women like her in the world. Am proud to say I am becoming one. I will no longer accept any abuse, at all. It stops here and now.
  4. Shred them, Rhylee. I completely understand your anger all the time. Dealing with misogynist assholes is exhausting and this crew is full of them. The shit she must deal with her job infuriates me as a viewer. The “act like the bigger person” is bullshit. All that does is let the asshole get away with they’re behaviour. And they will steamroll over someone who reacts to their shit nicely. So again, shred them, Rhylee. So glad you’re back. Captain Lee should have stopped the primary from harassing Simone and dealt with Brian’s knee far earlier. He is not doing his job.
  5. Shep is a classic abuser. He was poking Madison until she snapped and then blamed her for getting mad. - classic gaslighting, deflection, invalidation, and shaming Then he spoke about her behind her back with Austen, calling her names, saying she needs to shut up, and getting really angry that he was disagreed with. - classic verbal abuse, narcissistic rage, and more shaming. Madison was amazing. You go, girl. Stand your ground and keep telling Shep the truth. He is showing his true colours now. Even Kathryn was saying how he pushes and “uses his words to confuse you.” That’s gaslighting. I hope she stands up to him too and continues to side with the women. That’s the only way men like Shep will be held accountable. He even looks disheveled. And Madison was telling the truth. Austen did tell her that Shep gave Danni an STD. So she spilled the beans about the truth. Austen has a threesome behind her back. He can fuck off too. Madison, you are far better than him. He’s not worth your time.
  6. I think Anastasia is confident, not arrogant. She’s female so of course, everyone thinks it’s arrogance. She’s going to start to “fail” now because the writers told her that’s how the story goes.
  7. That dinner scene was pretty much my childhood. It was hard to watch. I can see the masks fall on everyone and what’s really behind their behaviour. Understood and disliked both Bethanny and Luanne’s actions. One was completely dismissive and invalidating and the other was all out aggression and blame. Both are horrible yet understandable given their experiences. Felt completely sorry for Barbara. Understood where Sonja was coming from with the AA meeting. My mind is a bit of a fog now. It’s really disgusting how Bravo mouths water at this display.
  8. Complex post traumatic stress disorder. It’s repeated trauma over months or years. Lots of relational and developmental trauma fall in this category.
  9. With the right kind of support, Tinsley’s breakdown can become a breakthrough. Lots of “aha” moments coming from her: she isn’t happy with what she thought would make her happy, she’s angry and misses her dad for not being there, she can’t accept her mother’s platitudes. Go see a therapist that understands trauma and CPTSD, Tinsley, and one that also understands the mother wound. Dale, step the fuck away from your daughter. You’re invalidating her and trying to control her. You’re the reason (among others) why she is depressed. The 40’s is textbook age range for when people’s masks start to fall off and they feel the hurt beneath. I really hope she finds the right support.
  10. Attachment parenting is supposed to be a branch of attachment theory: where one learns how to form secure attachments with themselves and others in relationships. Insecure attachments stem from improper caregiving from the parent to the child as the child is developing. It can lead to mild to severe emotional and psychological issues in adulthood. Attachment parenting is supposed to be about creating secure attachments with your kids. Kyle is not doing that. She can’t do that until she fixes her own attachment issues, I’m guessing would be anxious/ambivalent. She thinks she’s creating secure attachment but is actually creating more insecure attached kids. Im studying trauma somatic psychotherapy in case anyone is wondering.
  11. Shall we predict who will die next week? I’m looking at who still has a story to tell after the battle. Jon: Will survive. His story is tied to the throne. Dany: Same thing. Sansa: She still has a game to play with Jon and Dany. Arya: She still has a list to finish. Bran: His time is up. His story is all about the white walkers and he’s already let the secret out about Jon’s parents. Ghost: Do not even think about it writers. He must live or I will scream. Honestly though, it could go either way. Nymeria: Her story with her wolf clan still needs to be told. I hope the writers don’t forget about it. Jorah: His only purpose is to send lovingly looks to Dany. He’s disposable. Tyrion: Still has a story to Cersei. Jaime: Same thing. Brienne: She doesn’t need to survive except for fan’s pleasing. Her story isn’t necessary and she’s now received her life dream by being knighted. Varys: His story is tied to the throne. Sam: His story is done as well as his wife. They are tied to the Wall and the North. His family is gone now in the south. Castle Black boys and Wildlings: Same as Sam. They are tied to the wall and the North. Grey Worm, the Unsullied, and the Dorthraki: Could go either way. They are Dany’s army but she is their only tie to Westeros. Dany’s dragons: Useful for fighting Cersei so they’ll live. The Hound: He has to face his brother still. He lives. Messendai: Her purpose was back in Essos to help Dany with communication and historical knowledge. She has no purpose in Westeros. She dies. Feel free to add in any I’ve missed and your thoughts!
  12. I say the show lets all men die and women reign. Dany can rule the iron throne, Sansa the North with Brienne at her side. Arya can keep doing what she’s doing. Yara can rule the iron islands. Nymeria can continue to create her own wolf kingdom. Messendai can find her freedom in Essos. Lynanna Mormont can grow to become a great matriarch. Who needs the men? That would definitely be breaking the wheel. Cersei can still die.
  13. Both LVP and Dorit are to blame here. Dorit for the obvious mishandling of the poor dog and not returning it to LVP and LVP for the behind the scenes manipulation of letting Kyle and Teddi take the blame of her being angry at Dorit. LVP should flat out address her issues with Dorit, not be “nice” to her while also taking shots at her with jokes. Dorit should be held accountable for her mistreating both the dog and LVP. Stop playing games and have at it. And stop pulling Kyleand Teddi into it. Although it seems Kyle is having no problem pulling the strings too. She is perpetuating the issue for god knows what reason. Lisa Rinner got a hold of the news and decided to join the ring. I think Teddi is caught in the middle and trying to stand up for herself in all this mess. She also seems to have sided with Kyle because of their friendship which I believe is genuine.
  14. I’m team Rylee all the way, even with her interactions with Chandler, Ross, and Tyler. She does not put up with misogyny at all and all three have portrayed it at various levels. She knows her worth and is not afraid to be vocal about it. Chandler never saw her as competent because she’s a woman. Ross manplains to her even when she says she heard him. Tyler acts all sweet and asks her to a date and then freezes her out. I’m guessing she’s dealt with egotistical male shit all through her career and it just sick and tired of it. Adrian is a creepy guy masked in false zen. He’s your typical “nice guy” that acts all supportive but shows his true agenda with remarks like the meat thing. Josiah and the blond guy (forget his name right now) seem like actual nice men.
  15. There are others that don’t like open concept? *gasp* I live in one now and am renovating to close it up a bit. If I want to see every room in the house when I walk in the front door, I’d live in a loft. Open concept opens don’t feel cozy to me. I’ve noticed that these ladies don’t make a lot of profit with their homes. Are they just pricing too low? It hardly seems worth the effort for such a low return.
