  1. Who was the skydiving instructor? It is really bugging me!
  2. I'm finally caught up and wonder if anyone else started singing Space Oddity when they introduced Tom the astronaut? It was an awful scene for Grace but I kept wondering if someone would need to claim the bodies or if they were in a decaying orbit (costing millions in equipment).
  3. Where was the reservation located? Because they were 'driving' up.
  4. Crossing Jordan came to mind as I read the comments about Sloane because their approach would have worked well on NCIS. Have a quirky, introspective, psyche-driven episode a season, leaving someone with a history to pop in when needed for a case or to deal with the fall-out. Oh, and if it could have been Wallace Shawn, so much the better. Instead, we get a quirky character, to bring out the quirks in individuals and almost no connection until we need someone to deal with the quirks. Laura SanG played a professional acting doctor. I understand why Sloan would want to see if she could work with Gibbs, but maybe she should have shadowed him at WORK before deciding.
  5. I came in to see if I missed the scene where Gates McFadden (yiii) realized her daughter's death had nothing to do with the family money and I see we were all cheated out of that. I remember a few years back that some agency (would it be homeland, or fema?) had written zombie preparedness brochures because for the most part, it is the same tips as other emergencies. Water, meds, paper list of names/numbers, exit plan and meeting point. It could have been a more mature presentation. "I was double-checking my plan and found this, so I zombie-fied additions to your go-bag."
  6. Who played "Viceroy Lights?" I would had sworn it was a Wahlberg but I don't think it was...
  7. "I know, lets move Cabe to the SHADE from the truck. That way it is marginally cooler and closer to everything they are doing...." (said no writer, ever) Not only did he use his medical training, he was supportive of Happy, hopefully realistic with Cabe and generally encouraging even when nagging. It is almost like HE is the real leader of the group. I imagine filming the scene in the hot springs was hard to do....the smirk on their faces when he said 'the tingling you feel' or whatever the line was, made me wonder if they were close to breaking a bit. I hate how we are supposed to think they belong together, but love that she didn't talk on the way out. I don't blame her. I'd have nothing to say to someone who took what I said and ignored it.
  8. Last night was the #TBT: Y2K Sophia Honeymoon Critter and the family members who don't watch it asked lots of questions. So I missed much. I did love that the brunch was a solution to the idea of bringing the kids back. It seemed a bit odd that a new hire hadn't met the HR person yet but I only think it felt contrived because of the love-at-first-sight vibe.
  9. I am paraphrasing, but..."Isn't this jury tampering?" "Not if they were gonna do it anyhow."
  10. That was Penn Jillette. They made him look older than he seems to be on his 'FU' show.
  11. In the next episode (3/7-Outlaws) Gregorio takes off a blouse and is wearing a tank which is more appropriate to what she needs to do. I wonder if the point of all of the tanks, and low cut at that, is to be the most ready for whatever you need to do. It makes it easier to change clothes in front of people, or peal off a layer if need be.
  12. So, what about the driver who hit the dad? Dad and Mom were in the MIDDLE car. Either two cars were both disregarding the hazard or Dad was blameless. Or did I miss the explanation while waiting for kids to come home for the week? I liked Bull helping the lawyer. There are ways to manipulate people that we all don't recognize.
  13. The doctor did point out it was a free clinic. I've had one checked (nothing) and another removed (also nothing) due to location and appearance. Both times the doctors checked the rest of my body. When it was removed, it had good margins and he said they checked those spots as well. I'm wondering if, in Bonnie's case, the mole itself was cancerous, but the edges showed it hadn't spread - therefore it was removed completely. After that, I think you monitor, not treat. Especially when finances drive your choices. But, I got my degree from Web-MD and ER. Are they still sharing a room, or is Christy downstairs. I was wondering about the sock on the door.
  14. We took issue with any duct tape working that well. Maybe, next time the fellow who is giving direction is fading in-and-out, someone could grab a spare computer and see if the map feature will switch to satellite mode? Just to see if there is a box canyon in their future.
  15. I liked the reveal to Howard. Bernadette's smile while trying to guide him was beautiful. As to telling their friends, since they are Howard's only close family, it made sense he'd tell the guys quickly, but I would have liked a moment of Howard realizing he'd need to explain what he did to Bernie's dad. When he started singing 'having my baby' I joined in. My 18yo looked up and said 'is that a real song?' Yes dear, the 70's were a wonder.
