Kenzie is a funny one, in the sense that in the Ireland video she was the meanest of all. And there have been scenes (eg in the reunion? show) where she has been kind of mean to Maddie. But on the other hand she's definitely the smartest of the Ziegler's and the most down to earth, so the brattiness she has displayed probably spawns from the treatment she receives from Melissa. Jojo.. agreed, I love Jojo, I love how she wears sneakers and stuff to awards instead of being posh, she stays true to herself. But she is very media savvy and I prefer kids to be kids.. I guess that's too much to ask for from a kid on a TV show. I don't think Kendall is a mean girl per se.. I think she's hearing a lot of things from Jill in private which form her opinions for her, I think she was never that into dancing or fame to begin with and this whole thing isn't really good for her. As bad as the other mothers are, I have to keep reminding myself how awful Ashlee is as well so I don't side with her!

Oh nooo! I have only a few episodes left of s4 (found the show in 2015 so have caught up since), but I don't think I'll bother finishing them if we have to wait until 2017 for the rest.

Rlb8031, I agree with your second paragraph about how sad it was to watch Nia's respect for Abby decline, and the relationship between them break (as I believe, early on, Abby did actually support Nia). However I'm not so sure the reason the girls never hung out with her much was because she's "the brown girl".. I feel doubtful they care. It's probably more so that they just don't have much in common. But we have seen Nia being really friendly with Kalani at least? I binge watched all the seasons when I discovered the show last year, and I went from being so touched when Nia got first place for the first time that I teared up, to wanting her to lose because Holly was being so irritating with that music business (last season they were awful). Now I'm back to supporting Nia, but NOT Holly.

That's true, for example this girl is 12 and much better than Nia - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85Sxw9asfX0. Nia, Kenzie and Kendall can all hold a tune but none are exceptional singers (or dancers :P).

Clemgo, *can* Nia handle turns as well as Jojo? I've never seen Nia do one of those turns where the leg goes straight out and they go around and around like Sophia Lucia, my favourite dance move (what is it called?). Is Nia really left out, she seems friendly with Kalani and Jojo quite a bit. On youtube it seems like Maddie and Kalani are close, with Kendall tagging along, then Kenzie and Brynn hang out. Jojo has videos up with Kalani and Kendall mainly. Anyway Nia will be fine, she's smart and sensible, much more so than her fame hungry mother. Kira said on twitter "Ok now lets determine brynns fate since her mom hasn't already have we learned yet be a witch w a B and hey you got a contract #letsbereal", she really does hate Brynn's mum. It's funny how Kira is so feisty when Kalani is so even tempered and sweet.

JILL says Kendall is Maddie's best friend, that doesn't make it true.. :P Kaylee Quinn is saying that she was "hired" for one week only, it was just a job, and she was told she'd be on the Junior team. Well even so, some kids handle disappointment and such without bratty eye rolls.. and if she just considered it a job, then do the job, deal with it..?

So odd seeing these teenage girls yelling "ABBY LEE DANCE COMPANY" at awards, remember when it was a bunch of enthusiastic 8 year olds? Anyway, so the awards. Jill was disgusting, she actually wanted to take it from Brynn, that was so mean not to just let Brynn go. And you could tell Kendall only said no because Kalani was kind enough to do so. Poor Brynn. As for Kaylee Quinn, she came across as a terrible brat. I saw on the Morales kid's mother's blog that she is saying the Quinns are soooo lovely and the blonde mini/her mum are the horrible ones. Well.. Kaylee might have had a bad edit but the footage was real, and you'd never have seen the aldc girls acting like that. Brooke put up with it all when she was on the show. Altough I would have liked to see Kaylee with the juniors.. The minis.. nice work on the dance I suppose, who is the dark sassy one? I like her, she should stay. Ditch blondie and her porn star faces, and Peyton because her mother is much too rough.

Oh Claire, whyyyyyyyy, all she had to do was shout out a G, it was an easy one. That was so painful to watch. Ok, I finished it. The ending with them clinking trophies was really sweet. So well done to Adrian, although it would be nice if they hadn't made the winner so obvious from episode 1. I didn't even realise Ace would be a high card and not a low one. I admit I felt more satisfied by the last winner of the British series more, a boy called Thomas. He actually seemed like a legit genius. Nonetheless, another good season! I didn't like how Adrian kept implying Claire was only in the top three due to luck. I'm sure she worked hard. Wasn't Claire's sister cute? There seems to be a lot of information about Vivek and Adrian online but none about Claire, weird.

Ugh Claire 3rd and Adrian 1st? Do I even want to watch this episode :( Adrian's mother said she came to the USA for her "children" so I guess he has at least one sibling?

The thing is, when I watch Brynn dance I think "she's so flexible, wow she keeps her leg so steady, lovely technique", but when I watch Maddie I get engrossed in the performance, it's more like she's telling a story.. which is just more enjoyable? Also, Maddie has always had something like this, for example Maddie and Kenzie both performed "Cry", they were both pretty good at dancing, nice enough, but Maddie was the only one with emotion.

Sorry to ramble but I write as I watch.. Stupid mothers, bet they didn't think it would backfire on their girls like that, being late. For ONCE I'm with Ashlee, of course it must be legal reasons the girls couldn't come in. Awwww a Christie reference <3 Jill complaining it won't have costuming etc because it's her child, pleaseeee Abby has given Kendall great costumes in the past. Omg, what happened to Maddie's turns, she got SO MUCH BETTER! Ahhh don't leave Maddie, she is so good :( I hate how Kendall blamed not getting "the full package" on why she wouldn't beat Maddie and Brynn. Why was Jill jealous of Brynn's lyrical, Kendall got a lyrical too! And what does she mean Abby had no one else to give it too, Jojo, Kenzie, Nia? Watching Kendall after Brynn was. unpleasant. She was awful. Brynn is a wonderful dancer, although indeed with no emotion. Kendall is an avrage dancer with no emotion. Then we have Maddie, while the other two are lifeless bodies on stage, she is possessed, alive, that was amazing, I had chills. Loved the group routine too and that it seemed like a real competition. And the nice coolaid bonding at the end.

Oh okay, yes I meant a set of questions on classical music or something. In the UK version it seemed they could choose anything, one girl chose Anne Frank, so she also had questions on WW2 etc. They had a different expert make the questions for each kid.

Nia is too old to be a kid actor though? Unfortunately I doubt Kenzie will get to be normal, more likely dragged around wherever Maddie goes.

Sam's father seems pretty funny, I liked him. Arnav also has a cool father. Poor Adrian does not xD Omg, Sam is bratty, but those glares he was giving his father during round one just ended up being hilariously cute xD Did he mouth "F***"? xD The dads were funny chatting together, sans Adrian's dad. Why wouldn't Adrian choose piano as his specialty subject? The preview for next week made it seem like Adrian wins.

The mums are fighting over whose daughter gets to dance with Maddie, gosh. Jill has turned into Kelly where nothing makes her happy and she always complains. Is it just me or was Holly rather bitchy in this episode (to Ashlee)? I think they should have replaced Kalani with Jojo, she's better at perky jazz than Nia is. I can't focus during Nia's dances because of Holly's sucking her cheeks facial expressions she always does! Wow, why did Kendall say she got set up? The dance was fairly nice, with Kalani it would have been very good, and the fact is that Kendall would have been the weak link. Even if it had been Maddie and Kendall, Kendall would have let the side down. And she wasn't much better than Nia, so she was being very silly/bratty, but it's Jill's fault, I mean Kendall is probably copying what Jill says (oh no, a mini Jill). And omg Jill, Maddie can win with more than lyrical. But her and Brynn were amazing. They should have cut Kenzie and Kendall from the group, Kenzie looked ridiculous as she's so tiny and Kendall couldn't even emote this.

So Maddie and Kenzie are gone, with maybe more kids gone, and 10 episodes left. So sad :( Wonder what Kenzie will do now.

They don't seem the brightest people around, but they seem nice, sweet.. the babies are cute now they're bigger.. anyway quads are interesting so I see why they're the draw.

Wow, they're such a good looking couple, the baby will be beautiful when she's older. Not a fan of the name however! The in-laws are very.. overbearing indeed xD
