  1. Gina is another one for the Bravo Awful Old Bat Hall of Fame. Her plaque hangs between Mama Joyce and Stassi’s terrible mother, across the way from creepy Mama Elsa from RHoMiami and the mean lady in the bad wig on RHoDallas. Diane isn’t my favorite woman in the world, but I felt so bad for her tonight. She seems like a very loving person. Dennis seems a lot like her-a good hearted person.
  2. Aidy as Judge Marlene Wet was so Carolyn Manzo from RHNJ!
  3. Putting aside how uninteresting it is that she just went into the showroom and said, "I'll take this one", is anyone interested in John's reaction to Lisa's kitchen? Snooooooooze.
  4. I don't care how smug they get, I'm always going to be on Ariana and Sandoval's side because they're the only ones who seem to get they were all handed this opportunity on a fucking platter and trying to cut people out for bullshit, hypocritical reasons means a lot more than just losing some shitty DJ/waitressing gig. Especially when it's coming from Katie, who bring exactly nothing to the show.
  5. They were on Flipping Out and he was...not cool at all. In addition to being shlubby looking, he was kind of dorky (he also kept complaining about the budget, so...) and nebbishy and uncool. Just the fact that he got so bent out of shape when James Kennedy made a slightly raunchy innuendo-"We all know each other inside and out, if you know what I mean" -which is the kind of lame, broad joke Ken or Lisa would make-that Lala ended her friendship with James, makes me think he's not some cool, confident good time guy. I thought Lala would end up with a big time athlete-hot, in-shape, flashy, young and loaded. I wonder if she knows how much money he really has.
  6. Oh, no, I'm crying about Chris Farley. Sweet man. This episode is hitting me in the nostalgia bone.
  7. Shawn Mendes is ridiculous (in the best way!)-like he was made in a lab to be the perfect pop star. As Lorne has said, everyone thinks the best years of SNL were the ones when they were in high school, and, for me, those were the Farley/Sandler years...which actually were the best years of SNL, so I'm loving seeing Adam back.
  8. In the Barb/Moaner shopping scene, the first two outfits, were wrap tops! Cut to Ramona's talking head, where she calls the outfits "chic" and "fabulous" and she's wearing a wrap top, too! It's almost like the wrap silhouette if flattering on Barbara or something...
  9. These people all owe Scheana because she is the only one still willing to make a total ass of herself. Also, I think it is tacky when a couple obviously spends lavishly on decor, venue, flowers, attire, etc. but cheap out on the things that are for their guests, namely food and drink. Ahem.
  10. Vanity Fair used to write about Lee ALL THE TIME. Seriously, it was one of the reasons I cancelled my subscription. They'd write a lot about her being "broke", but then they'd detail the Warhol's and Caulder's she had in her apartment in Paris. I don't think she was worth $50MM, but I think she could have been worth $10MM just in art and the value of her apartment, so she may not have had cash to give. Also, Lee was fucking awful her entire adult life-jealous, petty, greedy, vain, covetous, entitled, etc. I doubt Caroline had much to do with her.
  11. Of all the awful things that have been said on these shows, this one really made me feel terrible. It was so mean, and unprompted. Most of the time the hurtful things people say on here are based on a valid observation or in response to some other offense, but this was just the type of thing a junior high girl would say to another junior high girl to make her feel bad about herself for no reason.
  12. Isn’t the key to Raquel’s “agelessness”...whatever products/procedures she’s using now? You want to know her secret, look in her bathroom cabinet!
  13. Wouldn’t Nene and Gregg be covered by SAG insurance? I think Nene is like Kim Z, they make a lot of money but they spend SO MUCH MONEY on stupid shit and they have huge families that they support and will be supporting forever. Kim Z, though, has the SM money machine humming-another financial avenue Nene can’t seem to crack. I’d love to know how much money Nene has saved. I hope Shemari comes back. Realistically I don’t know how much better a new housewife could do-Eva has the advantage of reality show experience. Shemari was definitely better than average.
  14. I never got the impression that Schaena was particularly "freaky" or into swinger-type relationships-I don't for a second think she would want an open relationship, so why, if you are looking for a traditional relationship, would you lead with how many threesomes and NBA gang-bangs you've had?
  15. Kandi laughing when Nene said, “Kandi’s not important” should be required viewing for every cast member on this show. Who cares what Nene thinks? Laughing her off and dismissing her is much more effective in shutting her down than engaging with her.
  16. This cast no longer wants to do the gutter-fighting, screaming, no blow is too low altercations that Nene (and Sheree, Kim, Kenya and Porscha) excelled at, and, without anyone willing to engage with her in that way, Nene just looks angry and mean and has no way of venting all her resentment, which makes her even more angry and mean.
  17. I'm a heterosexual woman and I apologize in advance for this, but I'm going to just put it out there that maybe the target for the naked chef is gay men, since he goes by Bear Naked Chef and a "bear" is a hairy gay man in the cultural vernacular and Art Smith is also an active member of that community.
  18. The Guggenheim Bible that is under plexiglass like the Morgan letters should be?
  19. I thought Eva’s joke was pointing out colorism in Blaque. Like, “This silly, stupid group’s only requirement is that you have light skin.” When I was young the group Menudo was big. Singers got kicked out of Menudo when they were 18 and there were tons of jokes about the silliness of that rule, not the guys who got kicked out of the group. Eva seems to have little regard for Shamari, so I assumed it was another dig at her
  20. One of the weirdest things on Bravo shows, especially this one, is how they go out of their way to have relationships with people who actively, strongly hate their BFF/SO’s. Remember when Ariana’s BFF, Scheana, HAD to try to be friends with Kristin, who was physically threatening Ariana? I don’t like Katie, but why is Schwartz friends with James after everything that he’s said about her? And now Raquel is just so bummed because she can’t establish friendships with a bunch of people who hate her boyfriend. Why does she want to be friends with these people?
  21. The difference between Nene and other queen bees like LVP or Teresa Guidice is that Nene has castmates who can and will bring juicy stories to the show that have nothing to do with Nene. She came in salty and blustering, but these women are not beholden to Nene, they aren’t going to be cowed or intimidated by her, not even Cynthia or the new girls anymore. I think things really went left tonight when Porscha, who has her own spin-off now, just cracked everyone, including Andy, up and it was obvious no one was spending anytime worrying about Nene.
  22. Is there something else about the shark room that makes it so terrible? I get the decor is not great, but is it like a saggy mattress and no heating, in the basement with no windows, next to boiler that turns off and on all night? Because the way everyone-not just Luann-talked/laughed about it, it seems to be universally abhorred. With respect, we aren't talking about one person getting a suite with a private pool and rain shower in their en suite and the other getting bunk beds and a shared bathroom down the hall. None of the rooms are really built for luxuriating in.
  23. Dorinda decorates her bajillion dollar home with the same cheap Halloween shit as my kids pick out at CVS.
  24. I think Kyle and Lisa know each other well, including knowing the other one is far from perfect. But they like each other anyway, so they work around each other's shortcomings and appreciate the good things. But they know each other and, come on, Kyle knows this is definitely something that Lisa is capable of. I didn't think anything Kyle said was out-of-line. But it does makes me sad.
