How many episodes are left? 3? 4? Is it possible for this to end where it started? With her on that stage again standing by him?? I'd LMAO @ being Sucker Punched.

Definitely one of those times seeing the same thing two different ways....this scene only re-enforced his sociopathy to me....While there is never a standard template for how anyone shows grief (emphasized) and this after all is 'acting', I saw Sam as cold and detached. If he was devastated, it was at the loss of the control over Annie he thought he was going to get because of the baby, not at the lost of their son...the baby was just another way of keeping Annie close to home (and him), and when that (calculated) control was lost, he got pissed. In that scene, I see a guy who's trying mighty hard to keep his sweltering anger in check.

As long as Eli is not among the aforementioned, I'm good. If this show could shit out a Eli, Mike, Marisa and Charlie spin off I could forgive. And forget.

Me too :) They are a hoot. But as with Elsbeth - in small doses. I'd hope any spinoff is not centric to any of them...they make for a better ensemble cast. Have we meet Will Patton before as Elsbeth's husband? Guessing that was an introduction (or re-introduction)?

Do we know for fact he did kill himself? This is after all, HTGAWM. :) Would anyone be surprised with a flashback where the camera pulls back to reveal Bonnie holding a gun on him to help him do the noble thing? We've seen these people stage some pretty crazy shit and we're just really getting started.

I was a wee bit confused on all this. He seemed to do an about face after Alicia's first visit to chambers when she brought up the bribery sting and Eli saving his ass...did he take that as a request for a quid pro quo and do in kind, or to answer Alicia's question, did he rule that way based on the job they did? Prior to the meeting in chambers the Judge clearly has no use for the good doctor. But afterwards, and I realize this comes with insight, he seemed biased towards him.

Did Asher keep the car running? If so, and it kept the body warm (?), would that work to their advantage in guesstimating TOD?

Yeah, she has to be serving some other function other that Eli's love interest, right? Please? But clueless what her role could possibly be. I have a really hard time accepting that someone of Courtney's achievements is there to support a womanizer for president. Not that we don't have those IRL. So what's the alternative....Alicia? And maybe she's the one having her investigated? She handed that 50k over to Eli awfully fast.

So Alicia remains the "good, faithful wife" who can run a successful campaign for the Senate? Think Eli's has come to Jesus and knows he isn't winning Peter back; he has set his sights on Alicia as his rising star and wants to make sure for his own agenda she remains St Alicia.

This. Agree with this completely. Perception taints. Ain't nothing that can be done to make you love me, if you don't. For me, this happened with Nick after I watched the BSB Documentary. What a douche he came off as (to me)...and as much as I wanted to like his freestyle last night for the dance and all the memories the song brought with it, just couldn't bring myself to enjoy it for a second.

I was really thinking there for a while that Huck was going back down the rabbit hole...then heard that moment of lucidity in his voice and knew we weren't going to see it and PapaPope was safe. I like him less crazy also, but do enjoy me some WTHuckery sometimes!

This! Yes! Now that I think about it, he does lean in to body hug her while she's being wheeled on the gurney, right? While we knew he was acting, even that act would be considered over acting for Frank. Everything is a means to an end. Or, at least to the next stage gate because don't see any kind of an end in sight. This too. He does form bonds, but not very strong ones....and at least Connor/Michela/Laurel showed some moral compass in this episode. Wes, not so much. He never seems to break a sweat either. Whereas all the rest of the K5 show a great range of emotion over what's going on, Wes seems to stay pretty even. Reminds me of Hannibal Lechter whose blood pressure doesn't even rise while killing. Albeit he is a psychopath.

This. Dealing with the burden of Sam had to have been bad enough, but how do you function now knowing about Sam, Rebecca, Sinclair, Nate, Catherine and Annalise. You can only keep secrets so long. I've been telling Mr. ChuckWagon that his chopped meat is from King's (it's not) for years and it's just about killing me. Amusing me to no end too, but you can only keep something bottled up so long before you blow...and then where do you go? Bigger, better carnage? I'm hoping for more backstory on how Bonnie/Frank/Annalise formed.
