You just made my point. Jon only has a right to the throne because he is a Targaryen and he only has more right to the throne over Dany because he is a male. Take the Targaryen part out and that all falls away. House Stark pledged their allegiance to house Targaryen and Jon pledged his to Dany so she should rightfully set on the iron throne.
