What happened the last time?
-
Drama in the audience thinking every single time they interact that Franco is a serial killer rapist that doesn't respect or acknowledge the pain he put Sam and his other victims through?
-
Laura is the mouthpiece of Frank and Jelly, apparently. They really think we are supposed to be happy that Franco and Sam aren't romantically involved and that somehow mitigates all he has done to her and the writers continuing to force him into her scenes/stories?

Spoilers and Speculation: Clink Boom and Cheese Fondue
LexieLily replied to BestestAuntEver's topic in General Hospital
In the next couple of weeks, I have read spoilers about how Laura becomes a pawn in Julian's game/Julian uses Laura to his advantage, Laura does not come through for Tracy, and then finally, in early March, Kevin searches for the truth. I assume Laura is getting pulled into this now because she is on the hospital board - maybe Julian somehow convinces Laura to sway the board to take Olivia J's offer and not the Q's - but what truth is Kevin searching for? Sadly I don't see them giving him a story independent of Laura so it has to do with her/the hospital board/selling GH vs keeping it open. Will Julian hurt Laura or go after her somehow? -
Great job, Minnick, your Method killed an innocent little boy. The fact that Stephanie went to Webber speaks volumes about who the residents and attendings at Grey Sloan actually trust.

Spoilers and Speculation: Clink Boom and Cheese Fondue
LexieLily replied to BestestAuntEver's topic in General Hospital
I think Leo was born like four months premature at the Nurses' Ball or some such event. Delivered by Patrick, naturally, the neurosurgeon. -
I wish I could feel sorry for Nina getting stood up on Valentine's Day and I hate that today had me cheering for Valentin in that regard, but anything that gets Nina to see Valentin for what he is and go crazy is one of the few things that would make this story interesting.
-
I remember that line specifically because it stood out to me that Randall thought to say it. Randall says different things sometimes in regards to William dying (Kate and Kevin do too, on a lesser scale and obviously not about William) that makes me think he must be speaking from experience when Jack died. Something might have happened in that month/two months when Rebecca was on tour and maybe the teenage Big Three were too wrapped up in their own high school lives to notice something going on with their dad.

Attempt to Redeem Franco #2,847 Please tell me this isn't true. Continuing to force Franco into Sam's orbit isn't cute, Jelly, and especially not for the birth or post-birth of Baby Girl Morgan. -

And how adorable was Justice calmly just waiting it out in the back of the melee to pick his three apps after Kaniyah ripped that one out of Cole's hands? -
Kids Baking Championship - General Discussion

It's clear after tonight's episode that Cole and Justice are the only two bakers that can create anything worth a damn. -
At least Valentin admitted he is alienating Charlotte against Lulu. Now maybe the plot can move along.
-
And then Maggie, Meredith and Alex were all in Meredith's bed eating out of the dish and it looked full still. So what did Zola, Bailey and Ellis have for dinner?

Spoilers and Speculation: Clink Boom and Cheese Fondue

If this goes into the part of the spoilered story when Valentin gets brought into Anna's story and Nina goes nuts, I'm all for it. Liz, hasn't Sam done enough for your ungrateful ass lately? Why would she want to support you for anything? -
Also, Minnick? If this same scenario happens at every hospital you work at, with the attendings not liking you until they give in to her awesome superpower ways, maybe it's an issue with you and not all the attendings. Maybe rethink your approach.

Bailey, Catherine and Minnick keep on making everything worse for themselves, don't they?
-
You mean like as a bribe to keep her from telling Richard/the other attendings?
-
Why is Minnick so cocky and irritating with Arizona, thinking that the one lesbian in the hospital automatically must have a thing for her? I kept wondering who was going to figure out first Catherine's involvement in all of this - April or Richard. April seemed like she was on to something when Catherine shut down the conversation in the little checking-out-the-scans-room and then the OR, and Richard seemed intent on having that conversation with Catherine at the end. Also, are we supposed to assume Alex went to Meredith first and is content to presumably babysit her children and sit around in her bed eating lasagna but never contacted Jo to tell her he wasn't going to prison after all? Of course Meredith is in love with Maggie's mom and wants her to move in, Maggie's mom put her kids to bed! Another babysitter for her now that Amelia moved out.

I think by what we see on screen it has to be pretty clear that none of the writers pay attention to what they write. Everyone either talks in circles or has the same conversation for months and nothing gets resolved, or they just get the character history plain wrong. (Sam didn't have a miscarriage with Lila, it was a stillbirth)

It is really disturbing that all of the main characters Franco has hurt (or hurt family members) are made to interact with him on a semi-permanent basis or prop him up in various ways. Elizabeth, whose newborn son was kidnapped by Franco, is in love with him. Sam was manipulated into proving him innocent of one particular murder after he and Liz threw her mother under the bus. Laura is championing Friz and sees no problem with her three young grandchildren spending time with him. I'm not sure about Michael when Carly/Franco were going to get married but I'm vaguely remembering Carly urging him to try to get past it for her sake. If Franco MUST be propped, have Hayden or Dr. Michael Easton or Ava do it. People we don't care about.

I will accept this only if it comes out that the reason Lulu is the only match is because Valentin isn't her true father and Dante is.
-
Yes. Why is it that Charlotte had zero issues with being able to call Nathan and Griffin Daddy for five minutes combined, when apparently now Valentin has been her loving Papa and sole parent forever, and has vehement issues from Day One with a new mommy (but at the same time absolutely *loves* her step-mother whom she also just recently met)? Charlotte's motivations make no sense except to reinforce the point that Lulu Is Bad. I don't know about the second part. Laura seems pretty 1000% in Lulu's corner.
-
Nina's tone bothered me when she spoke to Lulu and ordered her to leave (indulging Charlotte's rudeness, BTW, stellar parenting there!) and her patronizing "if you care about this child at all..." "This child" vs "Your daughter." Who is Nina to get to talk to Lulu like she has more right to Lulu's daughter than Lulu does?
-
Kevin's had ample opportunity to get creeped out by her life and family drama and he hasn't run away yet, so I agree with you that a nightmare is the least of your worries, Laura.
