Dogs who have been porcupined on whatever vet show always look sheepish to me. 😆 I hope that poor little naked guinea pig got better. I like both the new vets.

Oliver, (Not) King of the Wild Frontier, is a freaking a-hole. Bet Andrew and that other guy (can’t remember his name except that it was spelled funny) did want to kill Oliver after their conversations with him. 😆 I posted before that I hoped the beavers outsmarted him, and they did! I really like Adam. He can build, and he can hunt. I liked how he showed Evan how to do carpentry stuff. How will they get all that moose meat back to the main camp? First they have to get it back to the boat with the outboard motor using that little canoe. I hated seeing that beautiful animal killed, but at least they are going to use all of it. It’s not a trophy to hang on the wall.

NY: I loved the house they picked. When the HHs drove up to it, I squealed “It’s a castle!” 😆

Is this Jess Mina’s half sister or step-sister? They don’t look alike at all. Her chubby-cheeked baby was adorbs. BTW, my DVR is set to record new HHI episodes, and it has recorded several episodes labeled “new” which aren’t.

Did they say Tad was 25? He looks at least 10 years older than that. Nice place they made for him. I got tired of all the “masculine” references about the decor. 🙄

The daughter was so pretty. Her “fiancé” needs to step up his game. He shouldn’t have left his family to live in a roach motel. Even after the cleanup it said there was still no working water heater. As someone here mentioned, they should move somewhere more affordable. Since Flora isn’t accepting aftercare, she will probably go back to hoarding.

I thought Millie wanted to live in the Real World. I would have thought Vic and Maggie would look for the two kids they knew when the Lost Kids came out. I know they were seriously injured but still... I wonder how long some of those kids had been in Christmasland? So there will be a S3 (whenever!). I hope the focus is on Maggie.

Tampa: She married a dandy just like her dad! 😆 Milwaukee: I loved the Tudor house they picked with the built-ins and leaded glass windows. The big drawback was the one bathroom upstairs. Yes, get rid of the Ivy!

I think the builder guy who showed up at the end will be useful. That moose hunt seemed kind of half-assed to me. Did Evan just sit in one place all day?

I started a topic for the new Discovery series 100 Days Wild in case anyone is interested.

This looks as if it might be worth watching. Oliver, the Daniel Boone-wannabe, is a hoot. He had flintlock rifles! Or are those muskets? I hope the beavers outsmart him!

I just turned off the episode after Calli was pulled. I didn’t want to see anymore. ☹️ I don’t know if I’ll be watching anymore potential seasons. Nobody I want wins anymore, and this season the animal killing really got to me. I had to mute a lot and look away from the screen. Roland’s killing of that porcupine really got to me. The poor thing was happily eating rosehips when it was bludgeoned to death. I started crying (I had already had a bad day).

I just ff through the Quinn and Shawna scenes. BTW, is it just me or does Rena Sofer look heavier? I can’t stand her hair now. She used to have such chic hair.

Binghamton, NY: She must have gotten nothing in the divorce! I thought that house was just sad.

Was anyone else shocked at the end when they showed the cleaned out/up kitchen and there was a cat eating out of a pet feeder? I was like WTF, they have a cat?! Glad it didn’t get tossed in the dumpster? 😆 BTW, where I live a woman took several big bags of stuff to a thrift store to donate. When she got home, she couldn’t find her cat. She called the thrift store. After much searching through the day’s donations, they found the cat. He was fine. 😆

I liked the little house, too. The ladder thing was bizarre. Guess you would need some way to get up there to clean that dust trap open shelving, but it would be a PITA to have to move stuff on the counter to put the ladder there. I didn’t like the staging of a dining table right in front of the bedroom’s French doors. Too crowded and awkward.

VA: I guess being on the autism spectrum allows you to act like a selfish jerk. 🙄

Cabo: I can’t believe they bought that shoebox. I live in a studio apartment, but it has a real stove with an oven and four burners.

California has e-filing of court documents; however, the judge wouldn’t sign the final decree of divorce in the middle of the night.

Maybe Maggie was burning her with a cig on the trip through the bridge! 😆
