  1. Exciting episode. To where I forgot there was an IC. Never, ever, do that "advantage" again, show. At least at the point/twist during the game!
  2. Meh, I think that was still a DISadvantage, but I think Heidi may have survived any meaningful backlash
  3. If she does, I'm okay with it as much as it's not cool. What if Matt brought his bag Probably because she's probably done
  4. Heidi might be better off getting Yam Yam out. If not, I agree that she's a goner if her call is the difference
  5. The fact is that if I'm ever at this point, the FIRST thing I'm doing is getting that note, keeping it to myself, and THEN eat & drink
  6. I think it was more of a rout than what was shown on television (head to head)
  7. It's change for more than the sake of change
  8. Yeah this is sorta dumb, but I'm still looking forward to the outcome
  9. It's not the dullest ever, but that's just me. Plus, it's been super-easy to tune it out as of this point
  10. Figured it would show up in some way so I didn't want to start it! Yam Yam sorta might wanna shut up. He survived big time, not a big deal

    The NBA

Well, so much for Milwaukee's hope for a team to help hinder another great team in advance for that other great team not being 100% for the best team to knock them off before the ECF. In other words, and as mentioned, Boston, who I think will run over Atlanta, still wins in a series against (the physical) Miami, but not before having to earn it. From there, it might have helped Philly in a likely EC Semi round, which in the long run could help Milwaukee (who would not have to face Boston if Philadelphia takes them out). I just don't want to see Golden State vs Boston, but I also would rather not see Phoenix vs Milwaukee. OTOH, the latter might be worth it with the KD factor
  12. No sudden, out of nowhere WD from Jon Rahm (total joke from earlier). On Seve's birthday, the hottest player of 2023 wins his second major & first Green Jacket. Halfway home toward the career grand slam. I often say sports are scripted (they aren't), but it was just fitting, and the perfect story that Rahm wins 40 years after Seve on the latter's anniversary of his date of birth. Jon has had a lot of great moments & wins prior to this season. While I would've been okay with Brooks winning, I'm so glad that it was Jon Rahm. Didn't see it until his Friday charge (though it was Koepka's event to lose, though he may have lost it to someone else anyway)
  13. Lefty is who he is. Despite the latest, unlike Tiger, he can still compete at a decent level. Great run, and nice showing by Mickelson. However, the only way Phil will have a real, legit chance at the 2023 title is if Jon Rahm actually withdrew for less than NO reason, period
  14. Rahm & Koepka are pretty much back to where they started, and Tiger is not back as he has WD. SuprSuprElevated: Great point(s) re: Tiger. I pretty much could not agree more. It's easy for me to "brush off" Woods' off-course behavior only because IDC about celebrity/athletes/etc life outside of what I see. I'm aware of it & am disappointed of course. However, like many things, I probably wouldn't know about stuff if I don't hear about it. That being said, I'm a fan of what he does on the course. He's a trooper, does whatever it takes to continue on. Not a stat-padder or whatever it's called, but if he's able to continue in a sport where father time is still undefeated but one where the "victory" doesn't come as quick as in other sports, who can blame him? At the end of the day, twoods is on point with the conditions which may have helped contribute to his injury. With the constant change in weather & time, injury history & lack of playing, it wasn't meant to be. Too bad he's out but hopefully it's possible that he'll be better next time
  15. It depends on how he's feeling, I believe. The suspension of the third round, AND the decision to call it off as early as they did (as opposed to trying to hope for a restart) may have been the best thing for him. He'll still have to play a ton on Sunday since the plan is for them to finish as scheduled. Despite what I've heard on TWC, a Monday finish isn't that probable. The good news is that there's no pressure to make a cut, and I'm not betting on him posting a 50 (and even that may not be enough). If the weather had been an issue, I could see him bolting, but it depends on if the necessary rest is enough to continue long enough to finish 72 holes. As for Rahm vs Koepka? Meh. I actually don't hate the latter, but I think it would be better if the former won. 40 years removed from his idol, whose birthday is actually on Sunday
  16. CBS hasn't said this yet, but this is from the Masters outright
  17. It's a mess right now, but it looks like they'll at least have a contingency plan. What's important is that the got through the delayed second round. With Woods backdoor courtesy of Thomas (and IM), we'll see if he can even get to Sunday. I'm not sure when he goes. Might be when CBS goes live at 3 instead of before that time
  18. Pretty decent tribal. No big deal who left between Josh or Yam-Yam
