Agreed. Felt like when both were developments, he would have to choose. With several sort of upset that he'd obtain both. While it ain't happening this year I imagine the chances are a little better than winning a lottery. The Raiders would have to win the AFC in the 2028 & 2032 seasons. The further we go in time the easier things would become as the NFL often adapts & changes things at the 11th hour. For instance, someone else calling the game or a different network. Lastly, I hardly thing it's a big deal as it'll be up to the other teams to disclose info that would make the difference between winning & losing

I'm not sure if one could call this revenge, but in a way Detroit's rout over Dallas avenged 2023. Might have changed the entire postseason picture. Maybe at the expense of the past season's participants. Maybe not. Detroit probably doesn't lose to Green Bay, but maybe Dallas loses to Los Angeles. Then you're having the Rams travel to Santa Clara and who knows. They win and from there, the outcomes that the Lions felt would result in a trip to Vegas where their QB goes opposite the guy he's never lost to. On the other hand, SF survives over LA, or Dallas gets them first, and then nothing matters. But I'll never know

The Lions are good, the NFC North is good. So this sucks. On a business level, anything that helps San Francisco is not good, and Aidan going down is not cool. That's on a real life level.

Although it's been nearly 2 decades since they've been crowned, it really does appear that "Texas is back" as they remained solid to solidify their top ranking. Oregon's big win resulted in them replacing the team they beat, and Penn State can taste it, I guess. They're very, very close to that top ranking. They probably need for Texas to trip up, and while that's not that probable it's more probable than not that it'll be a moot point. After matching teams within The Rankings, there's a little bit of a difference with the AP and the Coaches. Of course, both had Ohio State falling, but not by much. Can't say the same for Mississippi. The Buckeyes and UGA are reversed, and after that, it's the same 6-8. Spots 9-12 have the same 4 teams; however Tennessee fell in the AP poll in favor of Iowa State. By the way, Army & Navy are both ranked in the AP Poll, while the latter is receiving votes in the Coaches Poll

Roamyn, I think you're fine right now. Ohio State will be one of final 12 when all is said & done. Until proven otherwise, and that takes a collapse (which isn't easy since many teams that would benefit finds ways toward saying "no thank you"). Even with 2 more losses just win in the postseason and there you go. Just as long as it doesn't occur at the end of next month there's nothing to worry about. Oregon probably doesn't lose again. We'll see how they play against the champs, but I'm not seeing them lose twice before the end of next month. Pennsylvania State University hosts the Buckeyes which would have meant nothing to them had they failed to escape after losing on Saturday. Finally, we'll see what happens with Indiana, but that'll help if OSU wins out, with the game being at the Horseshoe, I believe.

Second consecutive week where a Top 10 team goes down. Unlike the previous week, this was automatic. Not sure what that final play was, but when you're up against it (especially in Eugene), that can happen I suppose
