I have tended bar at many, many weddings in a beautiful catering hall. From a simple roast chicken meal to fabulous, almost beyond comprehension amounts of food. For the best presentations, my money is on ANY Mediterranean culture be it Italian, Greek, Turkish, Israeli or Persian/Middle Eastern. But I understand the southern Baptist non-drinking non-dancing values which to me would necessitate preparing some kind of luncheon or dinner. I think the Kellers and the Bates did very well with little money and some volunteers. No one went away starving or sugared-out or freezing.

Just wondering...Jessa Mom and Dad were married at Cross Church, had their vow renewal there and Jill had her wedding there. She knew it could hold over 1,000, there was an inside venue in case of rain, a partially covered area and a big yard. Why didn't she just have her wedding there, maybe an FU Mom and Jilly?

Just rewatching for the pills and, yep they are there. My neighbor's son had seizure disorder and took little white pills. He also required speech therapy, used his hands in awkward ways similar to Josie (when she waves it always seems backwards) and was clumsy. With lots of therapies, he is fine today and works as a carpenter! Why don't they give her what she needs. Oh just saw poor James having below-level math tutoring. This is sad, I would not compare/contrast the Duggar kids to a mainstream kid, but they are still worlds apart from the Bates kids, who live under similar circumstances.

I recently caught the Duggars Do Dentist rerun, and Jilly Muff went practically catatonic at the thought of having her wisdom teeth pulled. If I remember correctly, having my teeth pulled was a lot easier than having a baby, and my kids were not particularly big. I've had three children, and that huge stomach Jilly Muff put on display grossed me out, "TOTALLY". Agree with Famy, cannot figure these people out, don't kiss until the day of devirginizing, and then show practically everything to the world via television because it is the holy birth .
